Abstract

Teacher’s role is very important in school because they who will give the lessons to their students. Therefore, ateacherwhowillteachin theschools shouldhave the competencies, especially in personality competency. This research is belonged to Fuzzy Inference System with Tsukamoto method for determining the competency based on the teacher’s personality with a web base. In Tsukamoto method each consequent to the rules in the form of IF-THEN should be represented by a set of fuzzy with monotone membership function. The output inference of each rule is given explicitly (crisp) based on α-predicate (fire strength). The end result is obtained by using weighted average.Fuzzy data used is score data or value of personality competence. The rating score with scale A means (very good), B means (fair), C means (less good). Each personality competence component mentioned is used as figuration rule data by producing 243 rules. These rules are used to find µ-score in each variable that has been determined to find z score

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar dan tingkat kehadiran mahasiswa terhadap nilai mahasiswa pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto menggunakan teori kuantifikasi fuzzy. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode literatur, angket dan dokumentasi. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengetahui berapa besar motivasi belajar terhadap suatu mata kuliah. Metode dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data kehadiran mahaiswa dan nilai mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara indikator motivasi terhadap nilai mahasiswa dengan kehadiran lebih dari 11, dan indikator dapat mempertahankan pendapat yang paling berpengaruh, dengan nilai bobot kategori y = 3,5538µ(x) atau 0,2961x dan nilai tambahan konstribusi sebesar 2,5618µ(x) atau 0,2135x terhadap nilai mahasiswa.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP) dalam memberikan penghargaan bagi lulusan terbaik ke-1 sampai ke-3, dilaksanakan pada saat acara Yudisium berlangsung. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan lulusan terbaik di nilai dengan beberapa faktor, antara lain faktor nilai IPK, lama studi mahasiswa, jumlah nilai dibawah nilai “C” dan sebagai tambahan yaitu skor TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) dan keaktifan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemilihan lulusan terbaik adalah Fuzzy Logic metode Mamdani, yang akan menghasilkan keputusan yang proporsional karena sistem yang dibangun terlebih dahulu didefinisikan sekumpulan aturan yang mengakomodir permasalahan yang ada. Setelah Prototype Model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Fuzzy Logic Metode Mamdani terbuat, dilakukan uji coba menggunakan data lulusan Fakultas Teknik UMP periode Oktober 2013/2014. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dihasilkan data lulusan terbaik ke-1 sampai ke-3 dengan bobot mamdani masing-masing 66.08, 65.52, dan 65.35. Hasil uji coba tersebut dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan lulusan terbaik khususnya di Fakultas Teknik UMP menggunakan bantuan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis fuzzy logic metode mamdani

Abstract

This research aims to design up a program of expert system to diagnose the damage of CRT monitor (Cathode Ray Tube) with a solution of repair. This system using knowledge base rules and decision table as its knowledge representation. The programming language in use is Visual Basic 6.0. Research results is a system with consulting, addition of a base rule, and increased knowledge menus. This expert system application is able to diagnose damage to CRT monitor also provides solutions in fixes

Abstract

Predictions based on student learning achievement motivation levels, interests, and student discipline in following lectures using fuzzy logic applications have been made. This study is a follow-up of research prediction student learning achievement based on the value of the test of academic potential, NEM, and motivational learning using fuzzy inference system Mamdani method. This research is a study of the development of computer software with data inputs in the form of value of the test of academic potential, national exam score, and levels of learning motivation, and generate output in the form of student achievement results prediction (GPA). The programming language used is MATLAB version 7.0. The Data is taken from the sample as many as 216 students i.e. students of Informatic Engineering of Engineering Faculty. Data retrieval method used is the question form and documentation. Question form method used to obtain data on students' learning motivation levels, while the method of documentation used to obtain the data value of the test of academic potential score, national exam score, and GPA up to semester gasal 2011/2012. Steps of system development through stages of fuzzyfication, inference, and the determination of output. The results of this study showed that the use of applications of fuzzy logic with Mamdani fuzzy inference method can be predicted students learning achievement based on the value of test of academic potential score, national exam score, and motivation levels. This system is engineered visually, so users can use it just by doing a drag on its visual images. Based on a regression analysis that was done, the three input variables have an influence on the learning achievements of students, so that the student is expected to increase the motivation of their learning to achieve learning achievements (GPA)

Abstract

The expert system is a computer program that can replicate the thinking process and expert knowledge to solve specific problems. In this case, the expert system is used  by breeder and hamster lovers to detect diseases that commonly infect hamsters. The purpose of this research is to build the expert system as a tool to identify and provide advice on the appropriate treatment of hamster disease. The expert system was made by backward chaining inference method and designed using PHP as the programming language. The working process of this expert system is the user search based on the visible symptoms and at the end the users will get the name tracking the disease and its treatment advice. With the expert system, the user, specifically hamster lovers, are expected to save cost and time, in this regard to the cost of the vet to diagnose and treat hamster diseases

Abstract

This research is based of students low learning achievement of students in calculus II courses coupled with a lack of students' learning activities. Accordingly, in this study developed a system of interactive CD containing the course material of Integral in Calculus II subject, to assist students in learning the course material. The method used is developing with the following specifications: the model used in this development is the creation of interactive multimedia learning CD that contains material of Integral, practice items and their solutions, the manual of this media. Design validation is performed by experts (lecturer of this course) and validation of users (students) as a field test. Technique data collecting by observation, interviews, and tests. Research instruments include instructional media that consists of instructional materials, computer hardware and software that supported. Evaluation tools are used are test and observation sheets. Technique of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative in the form of average. This research result is a system of interactive multimedia CD that contains material that covers Integral Calculus and Its Application. The effectiveness of this system has been tested by the increasing activities of students' learning and increase student achievement of an integral material that is reflected by scores that tend to increase.
