Abstract

Abstract – Saat ini energi listrik yang digunakan oleh masyarakat, industri dan perusahaan terus meningkat pemakaiannya, pertumbuhan penduduk semakin meningkat, rumah-rumah, gedung serta industri juga semakin lama semkin banyak. Bangunan tersebut terkadang perangkat listriknya seperti contohnya lampu masih menyala diluar jam kerja dan yang di rumah-rumah pun terkadang masih menyala sampai pagi hari. Masalah tersebut dikarenakan masyarakat lalai dalam mematikan perangkat elektronik tersebut. Hal itu kalau berlanjut terus menerus maka akan mengakibatkan pemborosan dalam mengkonsumsi energi listrik. Maka dari itu perlu adanya solusi agar supaya dapat menghemat konsumsi energi tersebut. Salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan sistem kontrol perangkat listrik dari jarak jauh menggunakan internet. Penelitian ini mengajukan perancangan user interface berbasis mobile yang dapat digunakan sebagai server untuk sistem otomatisasi rumah. Perancangan ini berupa perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemrograman android.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah user interface berbasis mobile yang dapat digunakan untuk kontrol dan monitor sistem otomatisasi rumah dengan memanfaatkan internet dan OpenHAB.

Abstract

Abstract  This research discusses about the Geographical Information System (GIS) mapping of Police Station in the city of Pekanbaru in  Riau province. The absence of information about the existence of digital spread Police Station in the city of Pekanbaru that makes people want to take care of these needs when police agencies Pekanbaru be hampered because it takes a long time to find the police station .. It is underlying this research. SIG provides information to the public regarding the location and type Police Station in the city of Pekanbaru, so as the public will more easily find the Police Station to take care of the police office purposes. Besides GIS also helps the police Pekanbaru in determining the crime- prone locations occur so police can take preventive measures or planning to build a new police station. The information systems using programming language HTML, CSS, JQuery, PHP, XML, and Google Maps,  and then MySQL as a database. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi pengembangan modul E-Prescribing di Rumah Sakit Sardjito Yogyakarta berdasarkan metode PIECES. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara terhadap dokter, apoteker, staff dan manajemen di poliklinik eldewise di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode evaluasi PIECES merupakan metode evaluasi sistem yang terdiri dari enam variabel yaitu performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, service.Pendekatankualitatif untuk menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap implementasi modul E-Prescribing di Rumah Sakit Sardjito Yogyakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis efektivitas Kinerja Implementasi Modul E-Prescribingberdasarkan data hasil wawancara persepsi pengguna terhadap atribut PIECES. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Efektivitas kinerja implementasi modul E-Prescribing di Poliklinik Eldewise RSUP Sardjito Yogyakarta diperoleh skor efektivitas adalah 80,95%. Sebanyak empat atribut mencapai skor maksimal (100%) artinya sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, namun sebanyak dua atribut  mempunyai skor efektifitas belum optimal artinya masih ada permasalahan yaitu pada atribut performance (57,14% ) dan infomasi (66,67%). Permasalahan dalam aspek peformance adalah masih ada penggunaan resep manual khususnya resep untuk pasien BPJS karena untuk klaim syarat ada resep yang ditandatangani dokter, pengguna kadang-kadang merasakan loading system yang lama, walaupun tidak banyak terjadi. Permasalahan dalam aspek informasi adalah informasi stok obat yang kadang tidak sesuai antara data stok obat di sistem dengan data stok obat aktual. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah modul E-Prescribing perlu segera implementasi e-prescribing di poli yang lain, namun dengan beberapa perbaikan diantaranya adalah: 1) Perlu regulasi terutama obat yang masih penggunaan resep manual khususnya resep untuk pasien BPJS untuk penyakit kronis tertentu karena untuk klaim syarat ada resep yang ditandatangani dokter, 2) Perlu adanya pembenahan khususnya dalam query dalam sistem dan loading system, 3) Update data persediaan (stok) obat yang kadang terjadi selisih. Ketersediaan stok kadang terjadi selisih antara stok obat di sistem dan stok aktual. Evaluasi Sumber Daya Manuasi (SDM) dalam keakurasian serta ketepatan input data dan prtotab, 4) Perlu adanya penambahan pengadaan fasilitas perangkat keras komputer khususnya computer client dan jaringan untuk implementasi poli yang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the variables determining the success of information systems proposed by DeLone and McLean on the information system of DAPODIKDAS. Data collection technique used was questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used was with simple regression analysis technique. The biggest variable relation was the relationship between Service Quality variables and Intention to Use, while the biggest variable influence was the influence of Service Quality variables on Intention to Use. The smallest variable relationship was the relationship between intention to use variables against Net Benefit, while the smallest variable influence was the influence of Intention to Use variables against Net Benefit.

Abstract

Setiap  peserta  didik  pada  setiap  satuan pendidikan berhak mendapatkan beasiswa bagi yang berprestasi yang orang tuanya tidak mampu membiayai pendidikannya. Salah satunya adalah Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (Beasiswa-PPA). MADM  adalah  suatu  metode yang  digunakan  untuk  mencari  alternatif optimal dari  sejumlah  alternatif  dengan  kriteria tertentu. Salah satu metode MADM adalah Model Yager. Abstract

Ethernet is the most popular network technology today. All devices connected within the network must follow protocols in order to communicate. One of the protocols in the TCP/IP protocol suites is the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP). The function of ARP is to translate logical addresses into physical addresses. This research aims to simulate the role of ARP in the Ethernet using Packet Tracer. The address resolution process performed by ARP, which originaly took place very quickly and was not visible. It can be observed in detail and clearly by the simulation. In the simulation, communication betwen hosts in the network can be done if the physical address of the destination host is known. If the physical address is not known then ARP will perform its function.

Abstract

Abstract-- In the organizational structure of a study program, always led by a chairman of the study program. In STMIK Musi Rawas, the process of selecting the head of the study program is usually appointed directly by the chairman of the foundation. The shortcomings of the direct appointment process is not able to see the capabilities possessed by the candidate chairman of the study program be it social skills, planning, management of learning, management of Human Resources, Finance and so forth. Decision support system is a system that can be used to help make decisions based on existing criteria. In this research the method used is Profile Matching method. The concept of Profile Matching method is to compare individual competence into job competence so that it can know the difference of competence (also called gap), the smaller the gap that is generated, the greater the value the greater the greater the chance for someone to occupy the position. The end result of this research is obtained information about the highest value of each candidate chairman of the Study Program based on the calculation of Profile Matching

Abstract

Berhasilnya tata kelola organisasi saat ini sangat bergantung pada sejauh mana tata kelola dari Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang dilakukan. Penerapan TI ini akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ditunjang dengan suatu tata kelola TI yang baik pula. Pelayanan dalam bidang akademik adalah salah satu aktivitas utama perguruan tinggi yang berfungsi sebagai penyelenggara pendidikan. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa dan program studi, UMP harus meningkatkan layanan TI yang digunakan, dalam hal ini adalah layanan sistem informasi akademik. Proses pengelolaan permasalahan pada sistem informasi akademik merupakan hal penting karena proses tersebut berkaitan dengan penyediaan layanan terhadap seluruh civitas akademika. Proses pengelolaan permasalahan pada sistem informasi akademik di UMP belum optimal, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan lambatnya penanganan terhadap permasalahan yang muncul pada penggunaan layanan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan as-is dan to-be pada sistem informasi akademik UMP, khususnya pada proses pengelolaan permasalahan (DS10) dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai tingkat kematangan as-is pada seluruh atribut secara umum berada pada level 2 (Repeatable but Intuitive). Untuk memenuhi kondisi sesuai tingkat kematangan to-be pada level 4 (managed and Measurable), maka diperlukan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi organisasi supaya perbaikan dapat berlangsung secara efektif.
