<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Figur merupakan faktor utama dalam pemenangan pemilu. Faktor ini mempengaruhi keterpilihan seorang calon legislatif dalam pemilihan umum tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Klungkung khususnya Dapil Nusa Penida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana faktor figur menjadi pengaruh terpilihnya seseorang sebagai anggota legislatif. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah mengapa faktor figur dapat mempengaruhi keterpilihan anggota legislatif Partai Gerindra di DPRD Kabupaten Klungkung pada pemilu 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sumber data dalam peneletian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dan melakukan penentuan informan dengan membuat tabel matrix informan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dengan informan yang sudah dipilih dan mengumpulkan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan materi penelitian. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini adalah figur menjadi sebuah pengaruh dalam pencalonan seseorang pada pemilu, pencitraan yang baik serta popularitas seorang figur dapat mempengaruhi keterpilihan figur dalam pemilu 2014, dan elektabilitas seorang figur membantu calon legislatif untuk memenangkan perolehan suara dalam pemilu Kata kunci : Faktor Figur, Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2014, Kabupaten Klungkung, Partai Gerindra]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Kinship system is referred to as Batak Association, such as Punguan Pomparan Raja Naiambaton (PARNA) that located in District of Simalungun. The purpose of this study to determine and describe the influence factors of Parna Association in the election District of Simalungun 2016. The theory used is theory of identity politics with primordial approach. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Research data collection techniques by observation, interview and documents. The results of this study found that Parna Association legitimacy as a majority is dominating community in District of Simalungun at the election by supporting one candidate regent that have relation. People in District of Simalungun still give prioritize aboriginal to become a leader in the region that can be seen from the way determining the choice of candidates still based on several factors: blood ties, races, religions, and regions. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The enforcement of general election in Papua province especially in mountainous area in Papua still uses Noken system. A chieftain has an important role in making decision. The important role of a chieftain is not only in the tradition order but also in the country government system. The purpose of this study is to know the role of a chieftain in Noken system from the general election in Kamu District Dogiyai Regency of Papua Province 2013. This research used qualitative method and descriptive approach. The data source is primary and secondary data. The primary data was taken from the direct interview and documentation of the informant. The secondary data was collected by using the formal scripts inscriptive. The determination of informant is done by making the informant matrix table. The technique of data collection is by doing interview with the selected informant deeply and by collected the documents which have connection with this research. The result of this study is found that Kamu District in Dogiyai regency still uses Noken system in general election process. The system is hang system or string system where they still consider to deliberation process. The role of a chieftain is decision making in Noken system. The role of a chieftain is a social role and does not bound with the formal law in a country. The loyalty of the community based on the loyalty to chieftain. Based on the result, the roles of chieftain in Noken system are firstly, summon the people to give instruction about the general election process. Secondly, explain about candidate’s vision and mission. Thirdly, control the entry process of ballot as the result of the togetherness agreement into the Noken. Fourthly, bring and give the result of ballot to the organizing committee. The result of this research also found the negative impact of the chieftain role. The negative impact of the chieftain role is the greasing the palm happening where was done by the candidates. These candidates used the authority of the chieftain in making decision. <![CDATA[ABSTRAK Stand-up comedy yang telah populer lima tahun terakhir di Indonesia menyajikan sebuah bentuk hiburan baru di masyarakat Indonesia. Pementasan sebuah komedi yang dilakukan dengan monolog menjadikan comic sebagai pelaku stand-up comedy menjadi pusat perhatian penonton. Berbagai macam hal dapat dijadikan materi oleh comic, dan sering mengangkat isu-isu yang sedang berkembang. Tidak hanya mencari tawa melalui stand-up comedy nyatanya juga dapat mendekati isu-isu sensitif seperti politik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut , menjadi menarik kemudian adalah bagaimana stand-up comedy dapat dikatakan sebagai bentuk dari komunisai politik di Indonesia. Cara penyampaian pesan yang dilakukan Sammy sebagai subjek penelitian juga akan memperlihatkan, bagaimana pesan politik dapat disampaikan melalui hal yang ringan seperti stand-up comedy. Pemilihan metode analisis isi menjadi tepat digunakan dalam menjawab masalah yang ingin diketahui. Penggunaan teori terkait seni penyampaian pesan yakni retorika juga relevan digunakan dalam menganalisis pesan politik yang terkandung didalam stand-up comedy. Penyampaian pesan politik oleh Sammy Notaslimboy melalui stand-up comedy dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, mulai dari penyampaian bit yang memiliki pola serupa dan terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian, sampai penggunaan bentuk emosional dengan menggunakan kata-kata maupun penggunaan intonasi. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi dan teori retorika dalam meneliti stand-up comedy sebagai bentuk komunikasi politik, dapat diketahui bahwa stand-up comedy merupakan salah satu bentuk dari komunikasi politik. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The role of the Catholic Church Timor - Leste brings an interesting dimension in which the occurrence of a marriage between the State and Religion. The influence of the Catholic Church has existed since 450 years in Timor - Lifau to be Timor - Leste. The Church is so varied in their efforts to draw closer to the public for increasingly legitimized in the heart of the community it creates religious actors who have a role in the political constellation Timor - Leste. Period - a difficult period experienced by Timor - Leste in 2006 there has been a mess as a democratic state where the Timor - Leste should be able to run a good election no wonder the Church does not remain silent but the Church falls directly to supervise elections in 2007. And what about the actors religious view politics itself using qualitative research - verification also direct observation using deliberative democracy theory analysis on the relationship of state and religion to see the influence of religious actors of the State and this study will prove the role of religious actors in the political constellation Timor - Leste. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This paper aims to see how such a family-based organization MGPSSR (Maha Gotra Pasek Sanak Sapta Rsi) determine political attitudes in the elections of 2015. Simultaneously Karangasem Soroh seen as social ties within the community people Hindus in Bali which refers to one lineage (dynasty) the same one. This potential was realized by interest groups as one of the factors for support. The emotional response of citizens Pasek (MGPSSR) start flowing on candidates who have a common background of the offspring.Depart by using the theory of dramaturgy and qualitative research methods-descriptive. Research conducted in Karangasem regency showed that the formation of the Volunteer 157 as a continuation MGPSSR to engage in politics and support the candidate of his choice. This study found the implication that soroh can be a major factor supporting the victory of candidates who have the same background as well as to be the main factor causing the impartiatyof victory itself. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT In achieving power through political channels, the network becomes a factor decisive victory of candidates, the establishment of the network through the tournament ceki seen will be able to influence voting results candidates. This research was conducted in Denpasar, Singaraja and Jembrana and examines the development of the network through the game entrenched in society that ceki game. Powercube theory or the theory that describes the power cube in three dimensions, namely levels, space and form. Associated with the tournament ceki, the initiator who is chairman of the political parties that are in the first dimension that has stratified the top, the second dimension is the space where the tournament as a party to organize and coordinate with the community and participants, the third dimension dimensional shapes, participants ceki and volunteers become abgian the third dimension is either in open or closed. Qualitative Descriptive deemed appropriate peel this issue because it will be able to clarify the phenomena that occur in the community post-implementation ceki tournament. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Political parties is a means or a place for the community to achieve power in government. One political party in Indonesia is still showing its existence until now is the PDI-P. Bali province is one of the strong base PDI-P. The power of PDI-P not only be seen in the central government in Bali but also in all regency in Bali. Klungkung regency is one of districts in Bali that showed the dominance of PDI-P. It can be seen with the victory of PDI-P in local elections and legislative elections. But in 2013, PDI-P was defeat in Klungkung elections. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the defeat causes of PDI-P in Klungkung regency election in 2013. The theory used is the Theory of Symbolic Interaction with the approach changes the meaning of a symbol of a political party. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study found that, PDI-P defeat in the election of 2013 was influenced by internal and external causes. The determining candidates late from DPP PDI-P, less solid political machine PDI-P that does not fully support the decision of the DPP PDI-P, and there are cadres are disappointed because it failed to become a candidate recommended by the DPP followed by supporters who ultimately did not choose PDI-P became the main cause of the internal side. In external side the ownership of cooperative from other candidates, incompatibility of candidates that determined PDIP with community's desire, and and the emergence of issues discrimination another candidate that gave rise to fanaticism of regionalism is a major cause of the external side. In this study concluded that Klungkung society is now more pragmatism in selecting candidates such as see figure and vision and mission that brought in compare the political party in the election. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The phenomenon of resistance by the senganan of the prospective head region in the election outright by 2015, became the basis of what's interesting about this research to show how the action of rejection can make the benchmark for other villages in the fight to make choices in the implementation of the election. As a step a theoretical, this study uses the theory of James C. Scoot the resisten and the mobilization, in doing analysis on the results of research. The method used in this study is the method of qualitative descriptive, while the techniques of collecting data through interviews, chat with a lot of people, and analysis of documents. The findings in the field indicate the presence of the dominance of the prospective head region to influence the vote in the implementation of the election in a way of the village chief to influence people in the award of a potential partner number.. Furthermore, resistance.the villagers senganan by using two ways namely resistance and resistance in disguise. Impilikasi the theoretical to show that the theory of domination and the mobilization of society affects the resistance of the village senganan in the implementation of the election outright by 2015.
