Abstract

ABSTRACT Social capital has a three main concept which are: trust, interrelation and similiar code of conduct. These three conceptions could be blended in with the character of the political actor. Direct interaction between actor and society create emotional bounding and trusting. The Habitus becoming the fundamental movement of actor’s action angd thought which is combinated disposition as tendency of behaviour and generative clarification scheme in order to be a bases of people’s assessment. The field in this case becoming a battle arena of social capital of actor and Actor’s habitus creator on the election zone 1 with social interactions. The actor's who competed in political arena is supported by social organization and the ability to adapt with society to fighting for position as the people's representatives. The final result of the social capital contention led Masduki Toba as the aclamation candidate of PKB party of electoral zone 1 which coming from the support of society. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Political history of the government was intervend of Political Actors in custom tradition is a problem inherent in the district of Rote Ndao, NTT Province. The research is to find out the role of Political Actors in playing the traditional ritual of Belis in DPRD and government political legitimacy and knowing the existence of interest and the power relations in Belis are useful for building a network in the Rote Ndao district of NTT Province. The theory used is Patron Klient theory, Identity Politics, and Power Networks. This research method is qualitative descriptive. Result collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observations, and documents. The results of this Belis tradition relationship in Rote could not be separated with that ethnic and religious identity factors.This study also received intervention from political actors in the Belis tradition who were interested in building a useful power relationship in Rote Ndao district. Abstract

ABSTRACT In a technologically advanced era of political movements, it can use "memes" in social media, one of which is shown by the Balinese People Forum refuse reclamation through the use of memes in Instagram social media accounts. The purpose of this research is to know Motivation, ideology and purpose of Forbali movement to do political movements of social media instagram in the form of meme. This study focused on the Forbali political social movement and Instagram account "Forbali13". The method used is qualitative. data collection is done through interviews and document studies. The theory used rests on framed versions of entman analysis and political propaganda as its supporting theories. The findings of the research mentioned that there are, First, there is a hidden purpose of the meme movement in the second Forbali instagram. In Meme Forbali there is a message conveyed, namely the ideology and motivation of movement through social media used to frame the information and education. penyampain from meme done by framing process method in social media of Instagram. Abstract

ABSTRACT The struggle of political actors has been viewed by various parties in fighting for the people of Klungkung Regency, especially the District of Nusa Penida. What is the strategy of new political actors in the development of infrastructure district Nusa Penida Klungkung district 2016. The theory used in the research is the theory of political elite, and Rational Choice where the method used is qualitative in obtaining interviews with sources. The results in the study there is a politics of repayment to klungkung mainland that only needs to be maintained Meanwhile, in Nusa Penida needs to be built because there is no decent development for the local community. Support from the central figure in Nusa Penida work together in developing development so that the positive impact where both parties mutually benefited in infrastructure development. Abstract

ABSTRACT Persons with disabilities (PwDs) in Indonesia are still discriminated, especially on election day. Persons with disabilities in elections have not been fully considered. However, Bengkala Village, Buleleng, Bali Province is able to improve and fulfill the political rights for PwDs. Bengkala Village as a best practice for the needs of PwDs and success as an inclusive Election organizer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. In seeing the success of Bengkala Village to fulfill the political rights of disability is by using three theories namely: participation theory, rational choice theory, and dramaturgy theory. The three theories dissect disability community relationships with the fulfillment of political rights in elections in Bengkala Village. The purpose of this study is to find out how Bengkala village can fulfill the political rights of the disability. The findings of this research are, firstly, Bengkala Village meets as inclusive village for people with disability, this is inseparable from a Putu Kanta volunteer who supports the existence of people persons with disabilities. Secondly, although there are problems from the KPU, but people with disabilities can still run an inclusive 2017 Election. Third, the success of Pemilukada in Bengkala village was established in livelihood. Keywords: BengkalaVillage, Disability, Election, Fulfillment of Political Rights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Patriarchal culture tends to be one of the factors causing less favorable treatment for women. Patriarchy is a system of social structures where men dominate women. In the case of determining Udeng Dara Kepak at the Bali Democratic National Party Regional Leadership Council, women were impressed only by following the order made by men. As a research frame, the theory used in this study is the theory of female existentialism. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the data analysis carried out, the findings were obtained that, first, political parties only fulfilled the policy of affirming women's quota as a form of formality so that the existence of women became the object of male construction only. Secondly, masculinity in political parties is formed as a result of the shackles of patriarchal culture inherent in women in Bali and the assumption of women being complementary is legitimized by the existence of cultural products in the form of Udeng Dara Kepak as a political symbol that favors men only. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the determination of Udeng Dara Kepak as a symbol of struggle is one form of gender bias in the viewpoint of the chairman of the Bali Democratic National Party Regional Leadership Council as a "decision maker". Abstract

ABSTRACT Female legislator knowledge about gender is one of the problem in Indonesia, especially at Regional House of Representative (as known as DPRD) Nusa Tenggara Timur. This research aims to find out the understanding from two female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur to responses the overseas workforce gender issues and how they fight for this case at commission meeting. This research used some theories, first Liberal Feminism theory by Merry Wollstonecraft. Second, Political Representatives theory by MichealSaward. And the last is Rational Comprehensive theory by Hoogerwerf. This research also used Descriptive qualitative method which is to find the data by observation, interview and document. Result from this research is the female legislators at Commission V DPRD Nusa Tenggara Timur already understand about gender and they do their duties and responsibilities as appropriate. Their performance has shown their ability and also the other females legislator from another commission to understand about gender issues and how to resolves the gender bias of Indonesia overseas workforce. The outcome from this understanding and female legislator performances at Regional House of representative NTT 2014-2019 is a local regulation has ratified by 2016. The local regulation content talk about Indonesian workers services and control , especially control and mechanism for Indonesia labor abroad. Keywords:Gender and Legislation Process

Abstract

ABSTRACT In 2014, Kunti Bhakti LSM contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position. However, the level of representation of women in the legislature of Tabanan Regency in Legislative Elections in 2014 did not reach 30%. The purpose of this thesis is to know how the obstacles of Kunti Bhakti LSM in improving women representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency in 2014. The theories that used in this research are liberal Feminist theory and Postfeminist theory. The researcher used qualitative method. Based on the result of the reseach, there is non-governmental organization in the legislative election of 2014 that contributed a role to improve women's representation in the legislative position of Tabanan Regency, namely Kunti Bhakti LSM. The efforts that have been made by Kunti Bhakti LSM is to have become a KPU relation and provided the capacity building for women legislative candidates. However, these efforts were experiencing some obstacles, the first is the internal factors derived from the Kunti Bhakti LSM that is still difficult to awaken women to take a part of the political. The second comes from external factors in which the obstacles of political parties where political parties tend to nominate men than women, because there is still a patriarchal culture in Tabanan regency, the cost candidates, the lack of women's understanding of politics, the potential women and the difficulty in getting permission from the family. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine a things behind the resistance af the Community Alliance according to the decree by the Head of East Manggarai Regancy number HK.81-2009 in Lambaleda Distrik and same factors that influence the resistance Alliance Movement’s can be success. The informants in this study are eight people who are member of the Movment Alliance are pastors, youth leaders (student), local goverments Alliance and parties involvet in Alliance Society resistance. This research was conduted in Lambaleda Districk, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Timur province, the research time was from june 2016 until august 2016. Research metho with direct interview and documentation. Data analisis used descriptive qualitative to describe and explain a background of Community Alliance make a resistance movement of mine in East Manggarai Regency succeed. The result of this study have explained, there are several factors behind the resistance movement by Community Alliance which are the lack of community involvement in the formulation of the policy, the lack of the socialization conducted by the Government and the police that’s not target. Some of these factors caused the emergency of the resistance movement by the Community Alliance of hiden resistance (not organized) and open resistance (organized) Keywords: Community Alliance, Resistance, Mining Business License (MBL)
