Abstract

The problem underlying this research is a perception of slow development and advancement labeled to Indonesian as a result of low working spirit in comparison to its neighboring countries known as “Little Dragons” such as South Korea, Taiwan, China and Singapore. Moslem dominate Indonesia as a major religion; whether Aqidah has influences on a person’s working spirit is the main focus of this research. It is very important to prove whether there is a positive relationship between a person’s Aqidah and his/her working spirit.Data analysis is carried data tabulation method and correlation analysis (Pearson Correlation). The result show that almost, the correlation of the variables shows quite low correlation between the tendency of Aqidah thought and working spirit. It can be concluded that Aqidah is not the sole factor influencing the person working spirit. There must other factors outside Aqidah in particular and religion in general.

Abstract

Writing is a skill derived from a long way of learning and exercises. Different from other language skills, writing is considered the difficult language skill to acquire since it involves many aspects of linguistics, social, and writing knowledge and conventions. There are at least three important elements of writing useful to produce a good piece of composition, language competence, writing competence and cultural  competence. This paper shows the influence of these three elements in order to produce good, readable, communicative, and successful writing.

Abstract

This research aim to know about interpretation and implementation low of Public Service in Surabaya. This is qualitatif research and take many public officials as informan with snowball sampling methode. This research show that implementation law of public service not opptimaly because many resion: there are not minimum standart public services, quality of human resoursches, and carrying capacity of services not good. Beside that, there is not guide line to interpretation about low of public servise, so many officials have problems to implentation. So, needed change paradigm of public officials  that they should give service not serviced by public. But, in generally, many officials public services aware that low of public servises in Surabaya is commitment type by government to increase quality of public service espesialy for Surabaya  citizen.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia lahir dari Bahasa Melayu yang pada zaman dulu menjadi bahasa lingua franca, yakni bagasa perdagangan antarpulau di nusantara. Kemudian dikukuhkan menjadi bahasa persatuan melalui momen Sumpah Pemuda. Bahasa Melayu menjadi dominan di kala itu dikarenakan fleksibelitasnya akan bahasa-bahasa lain. Dengan fakta tersebut, tepatnya 28 Oktober 1928, bahasa Melayu diangkat sebagai bahasa persatuan dan tahun 1945 diresmikan sebagai bahasa negara.Permasalahan yang muncul dalam eksistensi bahasa Indonesia adalah bagaimanakah cara mempertahankan eksistensi bahasa Indonesia? Tidak hanya masalah eksistensi saja, tetapi sanggupkah bahasa-bahasa daerah di negeri ini memperkaya kosa kata dan istilah bahasa Indonesia? Selain itu, bagaimanakah potensi bahasa Indonesia di era globalisasi?Eksistensi bahasa Indonesia, selain dipengaruhi kekonsistenan penggunaanya, juga didukung oleh kemampuan bahasa tersebut dalam mengungkapkan fenomena baru yang berkembang. Oleh karena itu, perkembangan bahasa Indonesia sangat tergantung pada tingkat keberhasilan menciptakan kosa kata dan istilah-istilah baru. Bahasa Indonesia sudah mulai mengglobal karena bahasa Indonesia memiliki sifat terbuka dan  demokratis. Perkembangan yang terjadi sekarang dan yang datang tidak hanya menyangkut masalah struktur dan bahasa, tetapi lebih jauh mengungkapkan permasalahan manusia baru yang dialami manusia di dalam sebuah proses perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

Pembangunan sektor pertanian masih relevankah menjadi prioritas pembangunan Indonesia di era globalisasi ekonomi saat ini, merupakan sebuah tantangan besar. Mengingat sebagian besar masyarakat kita adalah bertani dan menggantungkan hidup dari olahan hasil pertanian, maka pembangunan sektor pertanian adalah suatu keharusan. Konsep Bertani Secara Berkesinambungan (Sustainable Farming) menawarkan model bertani yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas hasil pertanian, sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan impor, terutama beras.

Abstract

Agama sebagai sumber nilai dapat merubah alam menjadi suatu sumber kehidupan yang positif (manfaat) maupun negatif (madarat). Sebagian ahli pikir mencoba menggunakan Islam sebagai sistem nilai dan norma untuk memecahkan masalah kehidupan seluruh makhluk di bumi ini sebagai ungkapan rasa tanggung jawab. Lingkungan hidup merupakan satu kesatuan sistem dan memiliki hubungan yang sanagat banyak dengan penghuni, banyak interaksi dan korelasinya. Lingkungan hidup dalam pandangan Islam tidak terlepas dari proses penciptaan Allah yang tidak secara kebetulan. Kejadian alam semesta yang sistematik mengarahkan manusia agar mampu menghayati wujud, keesaan dan kebesaran Allah. Mengingat karena semua kerusakan atau pencemaran lingkungan disebabkan karena ulah manusia, maka amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar adalah cara terbaik untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut dengan tinjauan secara teologis dan fenomenologis.

Abstract

Many incidents happen in the universe. They are make humans embittered and try to understand about them. Things about incident were searched in this research : how an incident emerge, actor of all incidents in universe, and formula that represents all incidents in universe and with the using of it. Inductive thinking by using datas which they are not results from an experiment was used as research method. The results of the research are : 1) An incident emerge because a movement, 2) Actor of all incidents in universe is mosen, 3) Formula that represents all incidents in universe is input = output. The formula called incident formula, 4) The using of incident formula is for the basic of zero change postulate making, which the postulate’s statement is, “ there is no change in each incident in universe. Change that happens is not real “, the incident formula is also used for the basic of mosen cycle postulate making, which the postulate’s statement is, “ each movement of mosen is a cycle ”. Point 1 to 3 plus zero change postulate called incident theory.
