Abstract

AbstractEnvironmental aspects covering various sectors in practice has given rise to conflict and overlap of authority between various departments and agencies, as well as between central and local governments. This is caused by each factor defined in the legislation each time it is not prepared in time, there is before the issuance of environmental laws, some are after the environmental laws so that there is a possibility of differences in perceptions of the content and meaning contained in its maxims. There are many inter-sectoral activities that are not integrated or unified but not aligned. This situation will get complicated with the realization of the wisdom of giving emphasis of local autonomy which real and responsibility to the regions.Keyword: environmental impact control, local autonomy

Abstract

AbstraksiPelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak terlepas dari kemampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikannya. Semakin cepat seseorang dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut maka dapat diartikan orang tersebut memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah metode kerja yang dipergunakannya. Karenanya telaah metode kerja ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam metode kerja tersebut sehingga apabila ada langkah-langkah yang tidak perlu dapat ditiadakan sehingga produktivitas dapat meningkat. Pada pekerjaan plesteran terdapat 6(enam) metode kerja yang dilakukan oleh tukang batu dan diantaranya ada yang menghasilkan prouduktivitas yang paling tinggi. Abstract

Abstract Automation control has significant role in human life, specifically for science and industry. Numerous modern applications are the rockets fire, space plane, robot and many others used system control principle. Control systems are necessary in industry operation, examples temperature control in tank, humidity air control in a room, and concentration control in mixing tank. The principal process to produce a drink tea is mixing between sugar water and tea water. Level tea at mixture water must be controlled (stable) to have tea concentration equal value in each product. This sensor to monitor output concentration and the information is used to produce error signal. Routh-hurwitz criterion and bode plot are used to get system stability information, while root locus method used to design compensator. The result of shows that the function of PID and lag-lead compensator are improving transient response and steady-state error. The function of lead compensator and PD are improving transient response, while the function of lag compensator and PI are improving steady-state error. Engineer can used compensator to make system have performs and steady state error appropriate with his specification. Keyword : routh-hurwitz, bode plot, root locus, compensator.

Abstract

Abstraksi              Karakter Kota Abad Pertengahan merupakan proses pertumbuhan kota dari peradaban yang tidak aman kepada peradaban baru. Pada kota-kota awal Abad Pertengahan kebanyakan kota tumbuh tidak terencana (organic growth), contohnya kota Cesky Krumlov. Selanjutnya pada pertengahan Abad Pertengahan kondisi kota-kota menjadi tidak aman, sehingga dibangun benteng-benteng sebagai pertahanan, sehingga tumbuh menjadi kota benteng. Perencanaan kota baru pada akhir Abad Pertengahan menggunakan pola grid iron pada lahan kosong contohnya kota Monpazier. Market square dan gereja merupakan ciri khas Kota Abad Pertengahan.            Perencanaan kota Abad Pertengahan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi social, ekonomi dan politik. Bangunan-bangunan Kota Abad Pertengahan dibangun dengan skala manusia, sehingga lebih manusiawi. Terjadi kebangkitan ekonomi di masa Abad Pertengahan, ditandai dengan banyaknya kegiatan perdagangan. Akibatnya adalah, square mengalami perubahan fungsi dari simbol kekuasaan pada masa Yunani dan Romawi menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi di Kota Abad Pertengahan.    Kata kunci: kota, Abad Pertengahan

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia has so many traditional architecture, that spread throughout the Nusantara, there Minangkabau Architecture, Baduy Architecture, Java Architecture, Kalimantan Architecture, until Asmat Architecture in Papua.  Java Architecture as part of the Nusantara Architecture, we must keep and maintain its existence, both in terms of physical buldings and on the philosophy and basic principles of design.Java Architecture here means the architecture that exists around Central Java and Yogyakarta.  Java Architecture is divided into several sections based on its territory, namely Pesisir Kilen, Pesisir Wetan, Negariagung, Bagelen, and Banyumasan.District Banyumas, particularly Kota Lama Banyumas, still very fortunate to have quite a lot of architectural heritage, both building architectur of Java, Indische Architecture, and Pecinan Architecture.  The buildings are still preserved its authenticity.Considering the variety architectural in Banyumas, particularly in Kota Lama Banyumas, it would be very interesting if that diversity can be explored in more dept, ranging from the history and development, basic concept of design, building form, space plan, and landscape.Keyword : Architecture, Java, Kota Lama Banyumas

Abstract

AbstractFace recognition is a non-contact biometric identification that tries to verify individuals automatically based on their images. The main problem is to determine face features that represent face.  This paper uses geometric feature extraction method to explore primary face features by distance measurements.
