Abstract

Warehouse data is the place where the data can be saved in a wide scale. The capability of this warehouse in integrating data can ease academic division to serve the supporting information of the evaluation and taking decision analysis process. The problem is, in academic division, the warehouse data has not provided yet to serve startegic report of taking decision process in excecutive level. The aims of designing warehouse data which is made is to serve the strategic information such as the total number of the new students per batch, students’ status, and the number of outcomes based on the PGA and predicate. The method used in this research is Kimball method with nine-step methodology. The design of warehouse data which is built is excpected to give an ease to academic division to manage histories data and provide startegic information to support the evaluation and taking decision analysis in excecutive level.Keywords: warehouse data, academic data¸ STKIP muhammadiyah kotabumi

Abstract

Education and Training Agency Central Lampung District has the main task to help organize the housekeeping area by regional authorities in the field of Education and Training and organize helper tasks given by the Provincial Government and the Central Government . Education and Training Agency Central Lampung district as agencies of education and training providers who have the competence to support regional development by creating empowering human resourcesthat are reliable. In order to improve the education and training services, Bandiklatda need to map the business functions within the organization as the primary activities and support activities to provide a basic knowledge of a complete and thorough and consistent . So it is known what is done by each business function. The model used to map business functions using porter value chain and work system framework as a business function decomposition . Abstract

The Education, Culture , Youth and Sport Agency of Metro has not got a plan for main implementation for Information System /Information Technology so the information needed cannot be managed accurately. For that reason, it is really needed an IT-based system to produce precise and puctual information. This study is aimed at identifying data needs and information in formulating the policy and developing strategic information system plan in the educational agency. The main concept in designing this study is a methodology stated by John Ward and Joe Peppard. The steps start from analyzing internal business circumtance and external organization, IT internal analysis and it is continued by processing strategic indentification and doing future portofolio design. The analysis methods used in this study include SWOT, Critical Success Factor, Value Chain, PEST, and Mc Fardan Strategic Grid.The result of this study is a stratgic plan blue print which refers to the organization business plan based on the data derived from the analysis method. The information resulted is then to be used as an integrated method for administrative needs and public services. The strategic purpose is a prime service that can be used to increase the data management for maximizing functions of Educators and Educational Officers (PTK). They are supported with IT factors, IT roles to provide the qualified educational infra structures and develop IT application for improving the quality of educational management. The IT strategic plan produced can be used in planning the next strategic plan and give some priorities for activities to find the great results and are based on the aims to achieve.Keywords : Information System Strategic Plan, Ward and Peppard Method

Abstract

Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making is a method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The essence of FMADM is to determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by a ranking process will select the alternative that has been given. Basically, there are three approaches to find the value of attribute weights, namely subjective approach, objective approach and the integration approach between subjectively and objectively.Techniques of this study, the data will be in entrikan students ranging from no registration, name, address, phone, value mathematics, Indonesian, English, and interest, then this value criteria will be incorporated into the approach to Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making which is already available on application that is developed using J2SE, the application will output the majors recommendations. The results obtained from this study models and applications in determining the majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung accurate, approach Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making can be used for the determination of the majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung and Applications determination majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung can be used as a reference and management students of SMK Bandar Lampung One Nusa 1 in determining the majors.Keyword: Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, SMK Satu Nusa 1 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah di bidang sosia ekonomi untuk mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan nasional. Salah satu pelaksana kebijakan program tersebut adalah pemerintahan desa, peran pemerintah desa dalam hal ini yaitu melakukan pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian data penerima bantuan melalui musyawarah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penentuan penerima bantuan adalah proses pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan adanya alat bantu berupa sistem dengan metode yang tepat dalam menentukan penerima bantuan dan menghasilka ranking dari hasil perhitungan bobot tiap kriteria. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan ialah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan sensus. Sedangkan metode dan alat pengembangan siste menggunakan metode terstruktur seperti Flowchart Document, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart Program, Entity Relationship Diargram (ERD) dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 didukung dengan OsenXP Suite 2006, Crystal Report 8.5 dan MySQL untuk basis datanya.Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan KKS yang menghasilkan data ranking masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan bantuan, sesuai dengan kondisi penentuan pada Desa Pujorahayu. Data rangking tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatifpilihan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam musyawarah.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).

Abstract

One of the classification algorithms are frequently used and got a lot of attention of researchers in predicting the financing problems in banking is Clasifier Naive Bayes and Decision Tree (C4.5). But the disadvantages faced on both these algorithms is the duration and degree of prediction accuracy which is used to make predictions. This issue is also of concern to many researchers to fix it so that the performance time and the prediction accuracy is becoming shorter but performance remains good accuracy. Because of these conditions, the two algorithms are we going badingkan of rate Accuracy and performance prediction of time to improve performance. Step-by-step analysis of the financing method Clasifier Naive Bayes is to count the number of class / label, count the number of the same case with the same class, multiply all variable results, comparing the results with the results of the largest class will be used as a decision. Method of Decision Tree (C4.5) is one of the algorithms used to perform the classification or segmentation or clustering and predictive. Step-by-step analysis of the financing with this method is to select the attributes as root and create a branch for each value continue to divide the case into a branch and repeat the process for each branch until all cases the branches have the same class. Results of analysis of both methods are compared to see the ease of use and accuracy of calculation of foreign respective algorithms. From calculations that have been in trials it shows that the method Decision Tree (C4.5) has a higher degree of accuracy and efficiency in a faster time than the method Naive Bayes classifier.Keywords: Financing, Classifier, Decision Tree, C4.5, Naive Bayes.

Abstract

The research was carried out to get an overview of the extent to which the level of school readiness in applying knowledge management so that the utilization of information technology can bring many benefits in all aspects for the Betterment of mankind. So that the knowledge can be used to its full potential, then the school is in need of a system that is capable of managing knowledge is often called knowledge management system. Through this system, members of the school can exchange knowledge with each of the parties who are in school, so as to provide benefits like the idea, theidea to new innovations that can provide improved performance in school. This measurement is done by typing a few Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor into the aspects of Knowledge Management including aspects of Abstrarct, Soft and Hard. Abstract

Landslide disasters are the events in movement soil or rock mass with a certain amount of various types and kinds such as landslides translational, rotational landslides and ground creep. Landslides may occur if the driving style on a slope greater than the retaining force, the number of victims resulting from natural disasters due to landslide disasters occur suddenly. Needed a tool that can help provide early warning of natural disasters landslides are sudden. Abstract

The Geographic Information System was firstly constructed in 1960 which was aimed at solving a geographic problem. It is a computer-based information system which combines mapcomponents (geographic) and map data attribute. One of information systems currently needed is a geographic information system of nature reserve location spread in Lampung province. This system will provide information on locations of natural reserves, natural reserve width, and kindsof flora and fauna. The information that will be presented based on mapping of Lampung province regions is constructed based on coordinate points and area in the form of data. It is a web-based system developed using prototype method which is an object-oriented method. The functional approach described at the system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language).This system can provide information on map description, nature reserve data, and natural reserve locations in Lampung province. The tools used in constructing the geographic information system are ArcView 3.3, PHP, and MySQL. The geographic information system yielded can integrate spatial data and non-spatial data.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Nature Reserves.

Abstract

The scholarship is the grant in the form of financial assistance given to an individual who intends to use for the sake of the continuity of education traveled. Determination of the scholarship can be grouped based on the criteria of the cumulative Achievement Index (IPK), the level of poverty,dependent parent and student achievement in the process of recruitment of scholarship. Fuzzy CMeans algorithm is an algorithm that is easily and often used in grouping data because making an estimate of efficient and doesnt require a lot of parameters. Some research has resulted in the conclusion that the Fuzzy C-Means method can be used to classify data based on certain attributes.Application of Fuzzy C-Means algorithm in determination of scholarship in kelompokan into three clusters, namely receiving, considering and not eligible to receive the scholarship, sempel 75 student data sebenyak data retrieved three clusters based on the average value of the determination of a scholarship then each cluster are classified according to criteria which is more prioritized with the greatest value at the end of the cluster is receiving a scholarship, whereas the smallest value cluster is a cluster that is not eligible to receive the scholarship.Keywords: scholarship, clustering, Fuzzy C- Means
