Abstract

Information is very important in the relationship between parents and students with school. Needs information on the value of student exams in schools for example as a means of supporting academic activities that are very important to be known by parents of students. Submission of information on the academic value of students in schools is generally done every acceptance report cards. The system that has been generated is the development of web based exam score software designed to report the test scores to students and parents through the website. Web-based exam score software has run well. The software exam scores are implemented using the MySQL database, and PHP Codeigniter as a programming language tool. Keywords: Software Value Test, website, Codeigniter.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human thinking way called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. In this research used inference method of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. The design of the system for obtaining output is carried out in stages (a) The establishment of the Fuzzy set, (b) Application of the implication function, (c) The composition of the rule, (d) the affirmation (Defuzzification). To assist the determination in determining a person who is eligible to receive a scholarship then required a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is to use Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto.So the result of the selection is if the value Z = 70.78571, then the decision is Accepted with limitation if the received output value is 70-80 and if the reject between 0-60.This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is the right to receive the scholarship based on the criteria specified[6]. Abstract

Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making is a method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The essence of FMADM is to determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by a ranking process will select the alternative that has been given. Basically, there are three approaches to find the value of attribute weights, namely subjective approach, objective approach and the integration approach between subjectively and objectively.Techniques of this study, the data will be in entrikan students ranging from no registration, name, address, phone, value mathematics, Indonesian, English, and interest, then this value criteria will be incorporated into the approach to Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making which is already available on application that is developed using J2SE, the application will output the majors recommendations. The results obtained from this study models and applications in determining the majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung accurate, approach Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making can be used for the determination of the majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung and Applications determination majors in one Nusa 1 SMK Bandar Lampung can be used as a reference and management students of SMK Bandar Lampung One Nusa 1 in determining the majors.Keyword: Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, SMK Satu Nusa 1 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Fuzzy inference system is a computing framework basedon fuzzy set theory, fuzzy rules in the form of IF-THEN,and fuzzy reasoning. Fuzzy inference system receivesinput crisp. This input is then sent to a knowledge base thatcontains fuzzy rules in the form of IF-THEN. Fire strengthwill be sought at every rule. If the number of rules is morethan one, it will be the aggregation of all the rules.Furthermore, the aggregation results will be defuzzy to getcrisp value as output system (Kurniawan, 2004).The method used in building this system is the method ofTsukamoto fuzzy inference system. Tsukamoto method isan extension of the monotonous reasoning. Abstract

The implementation of quality assurance is based on documents, namely academic documents and quality documents. Academic documents as a plan or standard. The academic document contains the direction/policy, vision-mission, educational standards, research, and community service, as well as academic rules. In contrast to academic documents, quality documents as instruments to achieve and meet established standards. The quality documents consist of quality manuals, procedure manuals, work instructions, supporting documents, and forms. [6] University Quality Assurance It is a Stakeholder concept where university quality assurance system is performed on the basis of internal quality assurance, external quality assurance and program implementation permit. Internal quality assurance is quality assurance conducted by university institution in the way that defined by implementing university. The parameters and methods of measuring the results are determined by the college according to its vision and mission. By carrying out internal quality assurance, the higher education institution should conduct an internal evaluation called periodical self-evaluation. Abstract

In this research will Develop Online Teaching Media Application As A Strategy Strengthening Human Resources Competitiveness Facing Globalization. Where the specific purpose of this research is to help the government in its efforts to educate the life of the nation by providing competitiveness and scholarship skills that could only be obtained in college to the graduates of high school and vocational school who can not follow the education in college, whether because of limited funds and because they prefer to work, for free through online teaching media. This online teaching medium will provide various kinds of knowledge required by its users such as Science Management, Accounting, Information Technology or other scholarship for free, in the form of course content, curriculum, teaching videos, and lectures as well as the interaction between teachers and users using office programs. This online teaching media will also work with several university institutions as a form of social responsibility that the academic community gives to their communities to strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesian human resources in ASEAN Community. Keywords: Text Media Applications, Analysis Model, and Website.

Abstract

Beberapa teknik clusteing yang paling sederhana dan umum dikenal adalah clustering k-means. Dalam teknik k-means akan mengelompokkan objek kedalam k atau kelompok klaster. Dengan itu maka menggunakan metode k-means dapat  mengelompkkan mahasiswa baru dan pengelompokan kelas sesuai prestasi di Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya.Clustering merupakan suatu metode untuk mencari dan mengelompokkan data yang memiliki kemiripan karakteristik antara satu data dengan data yang lain. Algoritma k-meanas merupakan algoritma pengelompokan iteratif yang melakukan partisi set data kedalam sejumlah kelompok yang sudah di tetapkan di awal. Data-data yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dikelompokan dalam satu cluster dan data yang memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dikelompokan dengan cluster yang lain sehingga data yang berada dalam satu cluster memiliki tingkatan variasi yang kecil.Hasil dari pengelompokkan dengan metode k-means yaitu pengelompokkan mahasiswa baru dan pengelompokan kelas sesuai tingkatan prestasi. Kata Kunci : K-Means,Clustering, Prestasi

Abstract

Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalin hubungan antara orang tua dan murid dengan sekolah. Kebutuhan informasi nilai ujian siswa di sekolah misalnya sebagai sarana penunjang kegiatan akademik yang sangat penting untuk diketahui oleh orang tua siswa. Penyampaian informasi nilai akademik siswa di sekolah pada umumnya dilakukan setiap penerimaan raport. Sistem yang telah dihasilkan yaitu pengembangan perangkat lunak nilai ujian berbasis website yang dibuat untuk melaporkan hasil nilai ujian kepada siswa dan orang tua siswa melalui website. Perangkat lunak nilai ujian berbasis website telah berjalan dengan baik. Perangkat lunak nilai ujian diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan database MySQL, dan PHP Codeigniter sebagai tool bahasa pemrograman.Kata kunci: Perangkat Lunak Nilai Ujian, website,Codeigniter.

Abstract

Health is a very important thing since it affects daily activities. If we have health disturbance, we certainly do not like it. One of these disturbances is skin disease. When we want to identify skin disease we usually visit a doctor. However, we sometimes find a problem in handling this skin disease identification which may be influenced by the high cost of visiting doctor. Because of this reason, an expert application system is needed as consultation assistance to replace doctor’s role in giving solution toward problems related to skin disease.This study uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method, of which CBR is one of knowledge based approach methods to study and solve problems according to problem experience in the past to be stored in a system called case-based. In this case, there are 44 different symptoms and 14 kinds of skin diseases. The management of data similarity uses attributive value with the closest margin. These values are calculated by using Nearest Neighbor method in order to find out the highest similarity value among existing 14 old cases. In accordance with the input result from the existing case example it shows that the result of manual calculation and system calculation are the same. This system can assist in diagnosing kinds of skin disease by taking conclusion obtained from the highest similarity value from the existing cases based on some symptoms which are input by the users (patient), and the system can also give solution in handling the problems. Keyword: Skin Disease, CBR, Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

Tentang kualitas manajemen kampus dan telah memiliki sistem penjaminan mutu internal berstandar internasional. Menangani keluhan penting, karena pada proses penanganan yang baik justru akan mempengaruhi reputasi instansi/perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah teknologi informasi yang dapat menampung keluhan, kritik dan saran terhadap bagian operasional kampus dan dosen yang berada pada IBI Darmajaya berupa E-Complaint. Tahapan pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan model SDLC air terjun (waterfall) sering juga disebut model sekuensial linier. Aplikasi e-complaint ini memudahkan mahasiswa IBI Darmajaya untuk memberikan complaint (keluhan) maupun kritik dan saran kepada bagian operasional kampus maupun dosen. Aplikasi ini menggunakan framework bootstrap yang mampu mengelola tampilan aplikasi menjadi responsive. Dengan sifatnya yang responsive maka aplikasi dapat menyesuaikan bentuk pada berbagai ukuran device. Aplikasi ini berguna untuk membantu Quality Assurance Center (QAC) yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga penjamin mutu sebuah kampus .Kata kunci: Aplikasi, E-complaint, Mobile Website, Responsive, Teknologi Informasi
