Abstract

Implementation of Social Security Policy in Public Sector Study in Brawijaya University Malang. The establishment of Social Security Provider through Law Number 24 Year 2011 on National Social Security Provider is the implementation of national social security program which aims to provide welfare guarantee for all Indonesian people. Employers other than state organizers in accordance with the scale of their business since July 1, 2015 must register its employees to be a participant in Social Security Provider of Manpower (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan). Policy for registration stages as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants are set in the Presidential Regulation No. 109 Year 2013. Educational institutions are targeted by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan because in it has a workforce that has not get a guarantee for his work. Brawijaya University has received socialization from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Malang and approved the existence of the policy. As a State University, Brawijaya University has a lot of manpower, but still has not enlisted its workers to become a participant in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Key words: Implementation, Policy of Manpower Social Security Program, Membership Staging

Abstract

The study examine the challenge of Indonesia education is how to build human resourse in a compete with other nations in the world. The acceleration of human development not only the government responsibility, but also must be involve all stakeholders becomes the starting point in answering the challenges. Furthermore, in the study used theoretical basis of thuman resource management in educational perspective, research methodology usede qualitative method. Abstract

The growing national development, higher education was temporarily changed, following the dynamics of globalization. As an educational institution, higher education has a noble mission, which is to educate and improve the quality of human resources, either through formal education in the framework of knowledge development, or through training (non-formal education) in order to improve skills. This research was conducted with the aim to know the influence of workload and prosperity of lecturer to job satisfaction and burnout. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is SEM analysis by using PLS. The results in this paper show that (1) There is no significant influence with the negative direction of Workload on Job Satisfaction; (2) There is no significant influence with the negative direction of Workload on Burnout; (4) There is no significant influence with positive direction of Welfare of Lecturer to Burnout at lecturer at University of Indonesia, (5) There is no significant influence with positive direction of Job Satisfaction on Burnout to lecturers at universities throughout Indonesia. Keyword: Workload, Lecturer Welfare, Job Satisfaction, Burnout

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect or relation between website quality and society satisfaction through hypothesis testing research is the website quality in the e-Kiosk service has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction which formulation of the problem is whether simultaneously and partially the dimensions of variable website quality has a effect on society satisfaction and which of them are the most dominant effect on society satisfaction. The type of this research is correlation research with a quantitative approach through survey method of primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The indicators that used in this measurement is WebQual, include usability (X1), information quality (X2), and service interaction quality (X3) against the society satisfaction (Y) based on expectation satisfaction, experience satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. This research population totaled 7.854 peoples and research sample totaled 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. Based on research results, the regression equation is Y = - 0,474 + 0,089 X1 + 0,437 X2 + 0,012 X3. From the results of the statistical data analysis, indicators that used in this research are valid and reliable. The results of classical assumptions test is free from the problem of multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, and normal distibution. Simultaneously, three variables are effect on society satisfaction. Partially, usability and informational quality has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction, whereas service interaction quaity is has not a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction. Keywords: Website quality, usability, information quality, service interaction quality, society satisfaction.

Abstract

Since the era of reform in Indonesia, the role of government in realizing good governance especially in terms of service delivery to the public through the improvement of the performance of the state apparatus has become one of the steps taken to perfect the bureaucratic order, leading to the process of bureaucratic reform. Even since formulated Law no. 23 of 2014 on local governments directed to be able to provide an innovation in the provision and improvement of service quality. The formulation of the problem in the lift in the performance study of service quality in sub-district gubeng surabaya city. The method used in this research is the method of quality analysis of data management techniques in the form of a description of words, from interviews or observations in the field then analyzed in order to get a conclusion. Based on the authors observation about the performance of service quality in sub-district gubeng surabaya more improve the service quality which is considered less satisfactory in the service process that is the dimension of physical facility (tangible) so that society can feel satisfied and comfortable while carry out service in Sub Gubeng. In order for the continuity of service to run smoothly, should be considered again facilities and infrastructure in the office, such as parking space in the extension, seats for the community, waiting for the service process should be adequate and feasible to use.Keywords: Performance, quality of public service

Abstract

Role of bumdes in empowerment of district community in Ngadirojo Pacitan. People in Cokrokembang Village have many businesses, both in the field of brick making, batik making, broom making, screen printing, cake maker. But until now their business is still managed independently. In this study researchers used qualitative methods with descriptive approach that is by doing observations and interviews directly with business actors and with the Village Cokrokembang. Until now that has been running only for units of savings and loans. Bumdes has not been instrumental in improving the promotion and marketing of products from the Cokrokembang community. If Bumdes in Cokrokembang village is well managed then it is expected to increase community empowerment in terms of economy. Keywords: village owned enterprise, independent village, empowerment.

Abstract

Implementation of Prima Services on Representative Account (AR) in KPP Pratama Wonocolo Surabaya. Account Representative is the officer in charge at the Pratama Tax Office, which has already applied modern administrative system. This research aims to gain an overview of the characteristics of excellent service implementation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo. The implementation of excellent especially by officials Account Representative (AR) departmend of supervision and and consultation. The data were obtained from observations and interviews with relevant parties, especially AR department of supervision and consultation at the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo and the taxpayer. The results of the interviews and the data collected were analyzed using descriptive method with interpretive approach. Results from the research showed that in general the officials Accounting Representative (AR) of KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo indicates excellent service with good implementation, the overview of the implementation of service excellence at the KPP pratama Surabaya Wonocolo was shown with attitudes approach related to care, efforts to serve with the best act that is based on ability, attitude, attention, appearance, actions, and responsibilities. To support these actions must be supported by integrity, professionalism (accountability and commitment), synergy, services (sincerity and transparency) and ethical code. Meanwhile, to achieve the objective of satisfaction was shown with some of the responses from taxpayer in general. Keywords : implementation, Accounting Representative, excellent service

Abstract

The best human resources in the organization give so important effect. The best of an organization is affected by the quality of the people. The government is an organization that is cooperation in their jobs description. In addition to quality, achieving goals, even operationally able to provide satisfactory service to the public. The problem of this studi is about significant influence between of human resources to service quality. This study aims to determine the significant influence of human resources to service quality. The method used quantitative data collection techniques used questionnaires with Likert scale or interval. Mechanical analysis used simple linear regression analysis by SPSS. There are 100 respondents surveyed in this study by answering statements based on questionnaires given to assess public opinion on the human resources and the effect to quality of service. Independent variables is human resource and the dependent variable is quality of service. The P-value of t test is 0,000 the value is less than 0,05 and the value of correlation is 0,821 or 82,1% (R2) and the coefficient determination is 0,674 or 67,4% (R). The result show that human resources affect significantly and correlation effectly to quality of service at Government Office of Kutorejo in Mojokerto. Keywords: Human Resource, Quality of Service

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the quality of service in the Museum Kambang Putih, Tuban in providing services to visitors. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.The focus of research is based on five dimensions of the five dimensions of service quality (SERQUAL) by Parasuraman that is tangible, reliability, responsivenees, assurance, and empathy. These results indicate that the quality of service in the Museum Kambang Putih, Tuban already implementing tangible dimension, reliability, responsivenees, assurance and empathy and its indicators going pretty well. Dimensions responsivenees, assurance and empathy has been running very well and in line with expectations of visitors. But there are several dimensions and their indicators have not been going well and does not meet the wishes of visitors, among other tangible dimension to the indicators amenities to make the inconvenience visitors in museum and includes facilities are not complete, as well as dimensional reliability indicator of officers in the field of education is not in the room so the clerk there and help provide information on the collections and historic objects, due to the lack of education officials in the Museum Kambang Putih, Tuban.Keywords: Quality of Service, Public Service, Museum

Abstract

Implementation of tourism destination development policy in Gresik Dsitrict in 2017. This study aims to determine the implementation of development policy of tourist destinations in Gresik regency. The reason this research is conducted is the potential of tourism destinations that support to be used as a place of tourism. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how the implementation of tourism destination development in Gresik regency as well as to know what factors that drive and hinder the implementation of tourism destinations development in Gresik regency. This research uses descriptive research method using qualitative approach. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate the existence of existing tourist destinations in Gresik regency management has not been perfected by Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaanbecause of the status of land that still belongs to the village. The driving factor for the development of tourist destinations is tourism potential in Gresik regency proper to be developed into tourism area. While the inhibiting factor is the problem of management that is constrained by the status of land still belongs to the community. Keywords: Implementation, tourist destination, Gresik regency
