JUSIFO (Jurnal Sistem Informasi) is published twice a year; in June and December. In this journal, reviewers will review any submitted paper. Review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. Abstract

Objective weighting methods can produce different criterion priorities and may consequently alter TOPSIS rankings. This study compares RECA, G2M, and LOPCOW within a common TOPSIS framework using a supplier performance dataset comprising seven suppliers and six benefit criteria. Each weighting method was applied to the same decision matrix, and the resulting supplier rankings were evaluated against a reference ranking using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. RECA produced a moderately balanced weight distribution, G2M generated nearly uniform weights, and LOPCOW yielded the most differentiated pattern, assigning greater importance to availability, communication, and responsiveness. RECA–TOPSIS and G2M–TOPSIS generated identical rankings and each achieved a Spearman coefficient of 0.9643, whereas LOPCOW–TOPSIS obtained 0.8571 and produced more shifts among middle-ranked suppliers. The findings show that distinct objective weighting mechanisms can substantially change criterion weights while preserving broadly similar ranking structures within the analyzed case. These results should be interpreted as case-specific rather than as evidence of general methodological superiority.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information Systems require structured IT service management to ensure reliable incident handling and continuous service monitoring. This study assessed the maturity of Incident Management and Monitoring and Event Management at Al-Irsyad Hospital, Surabaya, using ITIL V4. A case-study approach combined questionnaire data from 40 HMIS users with an interview, direct observation, and document review. Questionnaire results initially indicated level 3 (Defined), with mean scores of 3.43 for Incident Management and 3.49 for Monitoring and Event Management. However, triangulation showed that both practices were more accurately positioned at level 2 (Managed) because procedures, records, escalation mechanisms, event classifications, and monitoring documentation had not been comprehensively standardized. Each practice therefore showed a three-level gap from the hospital’s long-term target of level 5 (Optimizing). Based on these findings, Service Value Chain–based recommendations, key performance indicators, and initial targets were formulated to support policy development, standardized workflows, official reporting channels, ticketing, automated monitoring, and subsequent performance evaluation. These recommendations constitute a structured implementation roadmap and require subsequent implementation and empirical evaluation.

Abstract

Large Language Models (LLMs) offer substantial potential for healthcare information support, yet concerns remain regarding privacy, semantic reliability, and harmful language generation. This study developed and evaluated Syarief Med AI, a locally deployed healthcare chatbot integrating a quantized seven-billion-parameter LLM with a Flask backend and React frontend. The system incorporated safety-oriented prompt design, input screening, and post-response filtering, while all inference and conversation storage were performed locally. Evaluation used 30 Indonesian healthcare-related questions, with BERTScore F1 measuring semantic similarity and a multi-attribute toxicity classifier assessing linguistic safety. The chatbot achieved a mean BERTScore F1 of 0.727, indicating measurable semantic correspondence with the reference answers. Toxicity-related scores were generally low, with a maximum overall toxicity score of 0.395403 and severe toxicity remaining near zero. These findings demonstrate the feasibility of combining local LLM deployment with complementary semantic and linguistic-safety evaluation. However, the results do not establish factual accuracy, clinical validity, or medical safety, and further expert validation and user-based evaluation are required.

Abstract

Internship administration at Universitas Muria Kudus remains constrained by manual attendance records, physical logbooks, limited progress monitoring, and the absence of location-based validation. This study developed and evaluated a web-based internship information system integrating geolocation and geofencing to support attendance control and multi-actor academic workflows. The system was implemented using the PHP Laravel framework and MySQL database following the Waterfall model. Its core functions include geofencing-based check-in, digital logbook submission and verification, early warning monitoring, partner classification, assessment, and administrative reporting. Functional validation showed that the geofencing module produced the expected responses for locations inside, on, and outside the configured boundary, as well as when location access was unavailable or inaccurate. Black Box Testing confirmed that all six tested functions operated according to their specified requirements. Performance testing across five trials per process produced mean response times ranging from 1.76 to 3.14 seconds. The system provides an integrated foundation for structured, location-aware internship management in higher education.
