Abstract: Delivering da’wah by using the foreign language is one of the new approaches in da’wah strategy. Some of the preachers aware on it and indirectly involved in this kind of da’wah by using Mandarin language. That is why the are several of da’wah associations like PERKIM, YADIM and MACMA use the language of Mandarin in da’wah. Hence, the purpose of the paper is to discuss the using of Mandarin language among some of da’wah associations by concentrating their contributions dan their roles in presenting da’wah in Malaysia. Abstract: This study uses a type of library research (Library Research), namely by reading works related to the issues to be studied. The author will examine the principle of communication in the perspective of the Qur'an in terms of the elements of communication using the "(contenst analysis)" method (content analysis). The method "(contenst analysis)" is to analyze the principle of communication in the perspective of the Qur'an which is viewed from the elements of communication.The principle of communication in the Alquran describes that Qaulan Maysuran (words that are easy and proper), emphasize more on ethics and the message conveyed by communicators to communicants. A communicator in communication is required to be able to adjust himself to the state of the communicant and communicator must be able to convey a message that can be understood by the communicant, so that the communicant understands the message conveyed, namely an easy and appropriate message. Qaulan Ma'rufan (good words) emphasizes the ethics of communicators in conveying messages to communicants, so that communicants understand and do not have negative thoughts the message conveyed by communicators. Qaulan balighan (effective words), emphasizes the message conveyed by communicators. Because in this context a communicator communicates with a hard-hearted communicant or who is difficult to understand from the message conveyed or also the hypocritical communicant. Here a communicator must be able to convey a message that imprints on the heart of the communicant and advice that can make the heart of the communicant hard can soften, the message conveyed can also make a good effect of the communication process that occurs Keywords: Communication principles, communication elements

Abstract: The slogan plays an important role in the process of captivating the mad‘u in the context of Islamic preaching. The selection of slogansneeds to do through a specific process to allow them to be disseminated to the Muslim public. A good, effective slogan (tagline) will fulfilthe goals and vice versa. The slogan “Hold or Return to the Qur'an and the Sunnah (Q&S),” popularly known by the religious scholars, representing any individual or organization must be demonstrated in theory and practice, ideal and reality, outward and inward. Issues and challenges will inevitably arise if the outward and inward are incompatible and not in harmony. In this situation, a process of preaching can be transformed into a process of prayer, which is seen as wrong, perverted, misguided and even lost. The slogan “Hold on to Q&S” or “Return to Q&S” is widely used, both internally and externally. This article aims to address this issue from the background and developmental perspective; views of the Qur'an and the Sunnah; issues and challenges with various polemics that have emerged among the khawwas and ‘awwam. The findings show that the use of slogans has several objectives, for the Mu’minin people, something ideal needs to be realized in life. For Muslims, something is ideal and everyone should try to realize it, while for Munafiqin, opportunist and hypocrites, it is something that can be used for two-pronged purposes. Abstract: Standardization of the preacher has two dimensions that lead to the agree and contradiction of the ulama, the muballigh and da'i. As an effort to realize good competencies and qualifications for the preacher is a very positive thing so that the stake holders become enlightened. If this is desired from standardization, it will be a hope and necessity for all Muslims. Through gathering forums activities can be improved on preacher capacity. However, if standardization is used as an effort to select, assessing credibility regarding the grade of study taken, or limiting the material of the sermon, then this is contrary to the existence of the preacher and the existence of mosques in Indonesia. Because, mosques that stand in this country are self-help communities and those who choose people to become preacher are selection based on their moral size and religiosity qualifications. Therefore, based on this research, the standardization of preacher is not needed at this time, and Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program is deemed not necessary to involve itself in the issue of preacher standardization. Abstract : Fanatic is a view that does not have a theoretical backing or a foundation of reality, but is deeply embraced so that it is difficult to straighten or change. Fanatic attitudes arise in the form of excessive trust in the teachings adopted. A fanatic person in the teachings that he professes rejects all the different forms of teaching from his beliefs. The problem is how is the method of guidance and counseling qurani in overcoming fanatical attitudes. Fanatic causative factors according to the Koran are internal factors and external factors. Abstrak One of Ulama Nusantara's works, Sheikh Abdussomad al-Palimbani, which until now continues to receive attention from academics, is a book called Sairussalikin Ila Ibadah Robbal ‘Alamin. This monumental work describes aspects of the creed, fiqh and Sufism, and the study of Sufism seems to be more dominant than other aspects. Interestingly in the second volume the Author also explained about the concept of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. This paper will explain Sheikh Abdussomad al-Palimbani's thoughts about amar ma'ruf nahi munkar: Its relevance to the implementation of da'wah. Abdussomad al-Palimbani believes that in amar ma'ruf nahi munkar there must be al-muhtasib, al-muhtasib alayhi, al-muhtasib fihi, and nafs ihtisab. Abdussomad al-Palimbani's thoughts can be applied in the implementation of da'wah at this time, especially on the issue of preaching targets which must also be oriented to the authorities or officials.
