Abstract

AbstractWorld peace is still something that is not easily realized. One ofserious threats on world peace comes from acts of terrorism. Actsof terrorism in the name of religion are being brought in somecountries. The number of victims of terrorism continues to increaseover time. And the present moment is the worst condition throughoutrecorded history. Acts of terrorism in the development not onlytargets the State with all its symbols, but also the civil society. Soyou could say the conditions today are very asymmetrical.Departing from these conditions, then Indonesia as a country witha large Muslim population, it is appropriate to perform a mission ofworld peace. The mission of world peace can be played bymaximizing the role of the citizens of Indonesia diaspora. Thediaspora has the potential to develop a peace mission which initself will improve the reputation of Indonesia.Keywords: diaspora; Indonesian muslim; world peace

Abstract

AbstractEfforts which done to increase teacher’s quality such as givingtraining about curriculum, learning method, and continuing studyfor those who have not under-graduate program yet. But thoseefforts seem did not work well maximally to increase processquality and learning result. For those reason, Action Researchtraining is needed to increase profesional competence of IslamicEducation teacher. This research was conducted with the aim toproduce a product, that is the management model of ClassroomAction Research based on Islamic moderate for Islamic EducationTeachers, which will be packaged in the form of a manual ofclassroom action research training model for Islamic educationteachers handbook. This study used the Research Development(Research and Development) approach, which was preceded byqualitative descriptive method as the first step in this research. Abstract

AbstractThis paper discusses about the social conflict in terms ofsolutions, including the Koran specifically, also discusses aboutthe kinds of social and religious conflict, whether conflictsbetween religions and between religious communities. Theapproach taken in this research is objective interpretativeapproach while the method used in this study is a qualitative.This research concludes that the Qur'an recognizes the conflictalthough it is considered a factor of negative factors in society,and recognizes that the conflict in the laws of God in theuniverse because the dispute is based on the reality of diversityand pluralism in this life. Al-Qur’an also shows us a number ofways to pay for these conflicts, management and turn it into apeaceful relationship and friendship save society from fallinginto the conflict in each of the Meccan and Medina verses.Keywords: tolerance; peaceful; temporary thinking

Abstract

AbstractIn his research on the history of the Holy Qur’an, the writer hasbeen able to show the dimensions of the Qur'anic Islamictolerance and how to establish the acceptance of the other, inthe most sacred of the Muslims, which is related to the words ofGod. It is through the historical approach that the researcherbegan to search until he finds the dimensions of the manydifferent Islamic tolerance aspects that appear through thehistory of the Qur'an and its mysteries. Among these aspects: thediversity and variance in the letters of the Qur’an that camedown from above the seven heavens, and the side of writing onthe types of materials available at the time, and the side of themultitude of synonyms and differences and books written in thestatement, and other dimensions and other important aspects.In summary, Muslims adhere to the principle of consultationeven in matters related to the words of God. They also adhere tothe spirit of religious tolerance that permeates Islam in generaland in the history of Qur’anic Koran in particular.Keywords: muṣḥāf; history of al-Qur’an; tolerant

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to elucidate and to look for efforts todeter spreading radicalism phenomena in the world. The terrorattacks have engulfed many part of the world and blamed onradical and extremist groups who have put Islam and Muslim onworld attention. Indeed the terror attacks have heightened agrowing sense of Islamophobia. And therein is the paradox! Shouldthe activities and “sin” of individual Muslim(s) or group(s) bevisited on an entire community and relegion? As a consequenceIslam is perceived as religion with a predilection to conflict, aggressionand violence, peace is the kennel of Islamic religion and one ofits significant ingredients. Many factor causing these phenomena,one of them is misunderstanding and misperception on Islamicnorm and teaching they had got. It must be wrong in the process ofnorm transferring and teaching-knowledge, and values. Educationis the rational answered and effort to prevent and deter radicalismphenomena. Compatibility of goals, matter, method of teachingwith development (especially moral development) of student willproduce internal power as a result of educational process.Madrasah as a varian of education or Islamic aducation empiriclyhas been contributed shaping moderat muslim, known now asIslam Nusantara.Keywords: madrasah; islamic education; radicalism;misperception; moderat
