Abstract

This research was conducted at the tax office in the center circle pratama Java II of theregional office of the Directorate General pajak.Judul this research is “The Influenceof Personality Characteristics,, Motivation and commitment, the attitude of Employeesin Organizational Change” The study population comprised 451 employess. Method ofsampling is purposive sampling. the samples echelon strata four of 25 respondents anda layer of non-position employees 100 respondents. “the data analysis to determine the effect of variable characteristics of personality, motivation and commitment to employee attitudes in this study were calculated using analysis Path (Path analysis).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh harga, citra perusahaan, kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pemilihan kuliner di kawasan wisata alam kemuning Karanganyar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan wisata ke kawasan kemuning dan juga pernah melakukan pembelian makanan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 94 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dengan bantuan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Simpulan yang dihasilkan adalah adalah harga dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pemilihan kuliner di kawasan kemuning karanganyar. Lokasi paling berpengaruh dalam pemilihan tempat kuliner di kawasan wisata alam kemuning.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that affect the capital structure of a case study on property and real estate company that went public on the Stock Exchange 2008-2012. The aim of this study was to determine the optimal capital structure in a company. To measure it, the study uses five independent variables, namely the structure of assets, the company’s growth, company size, return on assets, and current ratio. The research sample using 37 property and real estate companies.This study uses egression analysis techniques. Results of this research is the size of the company and the current ratio significantly affect trade off theory according to which the company is more focused on profit, that profit is not reduced to pay installments external parties. Current ratio is a significant negative effect because the average property and real estate companies use more of its own models in comparison with debt

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh: 1) kinerja tenagakesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus. 2) kepatuhan ketepatan jadwalmakan terhadap kepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus. 3) kepatuhan jenis makanan terhadapkepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yangdiperoleh dari jawaban 100 orang responden dengan metode accidental sampling. Alatanalisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian instrumenmenyimpulkan bahwa semua variabel valid dan reliabel sebagai alat pengumpul data.Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh kinerja tenaga kesehatanterhadap kepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus. 2) Tidak ada pengaruh kepatuhan ketepatanjadwal makan terhadap kepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus. 3) Tidak ada pengaruhkepatuhan jenis makanan terhadap kepuasan pasien diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Dewi Sri Karawang Hospital Employee Cooperative. The phenomenon that occurs is the development of the number of members, deposits, and sales in the year 2008-2015 which tends to rise, but the acquisition of remaining unstable business results, even in 2010 suffered losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Total Members, Deposits, and Sales on the Return of Operating Results in 2008-2015, either partially or simultaneously.      The method used in this research is Quantitative Method. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from Annual Financial Report of Cooperative Employees Hospital Dewi Sri Karawang year 2008-2015.      The result of partial research on the number of members to the rest of the business results shows that t count is less than ttable that is 0,742 2,365 which means that the number of members has no effect on the rest of the business result, the saving to the rest of the business result shows that -thount is bigger than -ttabel ie - 0,509 -2,365 which means that the deposit does not affect the rest of the business results, and sales to the rest of the business results show that -thount is greater than -table is -0,286 -2,365 which means that the deposit does not affect the rest of the business results. The results of simultaneous study of the number of members, deposits, and sales shows that F count is smaller than Ftable is 0,213 19,2 which means that the number of members, savings and sales simultaneously (together) has no effect on the rest of the business results.

Abstract

Accreditation of hospitals is very important to do as an effort to improve quality and patient safety. Many of the standards that must be implemented in hospitals, requiring an optimal role for all stakeholders (stakeholders), especially the participation of employees. This condition greatly be affected by employees’ perception of the benefits of hospital accreditation. The purpose of the study is to examine employee perceptions about the benefits of accreditation associated with participation, satisfaction, commitment and employee performance. The benefits of this research are expected to be input for the hospital management, to encourage all employees to learn about the hospital accreditation standards. Data from the study was obtained by means of a survey of hospital employees, using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data do tests of validity and reliability and path analysis (path analysis), to see the correlation between variables. Research conducted on 259 randomly selected respondents, composed of physicians, nurses, medical support, as well as administrative personnel. The results of this studyindicate that there is significant influence between the perception of the benefits ofaccreditation to the participation of accreditation with a significance level of 0.000, the perception of the benefits of accreditation with the organizational commitment amounting to 0,016, the perception of the benefits of accreditation and job satisfaction amounting to 0,000, participation accreditation with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, accreditation participation with satisfaction employment amounting to 0,000, accreditation participation with performance amounting to 0,000, job satisfaction with organizational commitment amounting to 0,039, organizational commitment with performance amounting to 0,018, job satisfaction with performance amounting to 0.000.

Abstract

        This is an action research conducted with empowerment effort which is addressed to housewife in Dusun Dukuh Imogiri Bantul. The data collection used in this research is observation method, document and interview. This study aims to improve the knowledge and skills of housewives. Efforts to empower done by considering the surrounding natural resources that have not been optimally utilized herbs that thrive in the yard of the community. The empowerment effort is done by training activity, that is the training of wedang uwuh making and marketing training of wedang uwuh. In addition to improving knowledge and skills as well as providing alternative productive activities, this training is also an effort to eradicate poverty because the sale of wedang uwuh can improve the economy of Dusun Dukuh.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja dosen dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal dan hal ini dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Jenjang Jabatan Akademik merupakan salah satu prediktor untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dosen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan Jenjang Jabatan Akademik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen di salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Bandung, pengambilan sampel memakai probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Metode studi literatur, survei dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan juga focus group discussion (FGD) sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Uji instrumen memakai uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta analisis data memakai ANOVA. Simpulannya, ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja berdasarkan Jenjang Jabatan Akademik, semakin tinggi Jenjang Jabatan Akademik, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerjanya. Berdasarkan mean, kepuasan kerja Lektor Kepala sebesar 4.568, Lektor 4.038, Asisten Ahli 3.505, dan yang belum memiliki Jenjang Jabatan Akademik 2.673. Facet kepuasan kerja yang tertinggi dari Lektor Kepala yaitu mereka memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja sendiri di tempat kerja, puas terhadap gaji apabila dibandingkan dengan jumlah pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan, dan kebebasan untuk menggunakan penilaian mereka sendiri. Secara keseluruhan, facet yang paling kecil nilai kepuasan kerjanya adalah kesempatan untuk menjadi “seseorang” di komunitas, maka saran bagi manajemen perguruan tinggi adalah melibatkan dosen dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama aspek yang memiliki pengaruh langsung pada kinerja dan tingkat kepuasan mereka. Apabila manajemen perguruan tinggi melakukan hal ini, kemungkinan para dosen akan merasa bahwa eksistensi mereka dihargai. Hal ini dapat membuka jalan ke hubungan yang lebih berbasis kepercayaan antara manajemen perguruan tinggi dan para dosen. Bagaimanapun juga, kepuasan kerja para dosen akan menguntungkan semua pihak yang terlibat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepribadian manajemen dalam tata kelola perusahaan dalam konteks keputusan akuntansi perusahaan. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara narsisme CEO dan sejauh mana praktik manajemen laba yang dilakukan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 259 perusahaan non keuangan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Narsisme CEO tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik manajemen laba perusahaan. Hal ini berarti bahwa narsisme CEO (CEO dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi) ternyata tidak akan menggunakan kebijakan akuntansi untuk mempraktikkan manajemen laba atau dapat disampaikan bahwa CEO yang lebih narsis tidak akan mendistorsi informasi keuangan yang tersedia bagi investor dengan mengelola pendapatan (praktik manajemen laba).

Abstract

Pangandaran is one of the famous tourist destinations because it is complete with several attractions such as natural attractions, cultural tourism, artificial tourism and conservation. To develop a very potential destination, a comprehensive development strategy is needed. The methods used in this study are SWOC and AHP, the first of which is the exploration of SWOC to identify factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. The second stage is to sabotage the proposed strategy obtained with AHP. Hasil  this research there are4  proposed strategies, namely  optimizingsocial media for promotion (weight 0.419), involving  Stakeholders to participate in the development of  Pangandaran  (weight 0,300), making tour packages that include existing attractions(Homestay,  protected forest) (weight 0,168), and building a sustainable Pangandaran  system. integrated g (weight 0.113). Pangandaran development must follow existing trends with social media technology that can expand marketing reach.
