Abstract

Specific targets of this activity are: (i) SMEs can increase turnover; (ii) SMEs can enhance variety of design products; (iii) SMEs have skilled human resources on product design; (iv) SMEs can prepare financial statements; (v) SMEs have a standard quality assurance; (vi) SMEs can improve product quality and speed up the production process; (vii) Obtaining copyrights products. Methods of implementation of this program include: training and assistance with activities such as: the manufacture of machinery and production equipment, supply of equipment, participation in exhibitions, arrangement of storage space and show room, cooperating with other parties as well as the processing of copyright products. The results obtained from these activities, first with the brass foundry furnace and molds made of firebrick resulted in increased speed of production processes as well as fuel efficiency and cost of production for SME-1 "Whisnu". It took only three hours to the cooking process cast brass with a capacity of 120 kg previously take longer that 5 hours. Secondly, Machine Mixer Fiber Materials for Partners "Java Fiber" can shorten the process of mixing the fiber material to be faster, employees are not tired and product quality is getting better and there is no defective products. Fiber material mixing machine can stir 25 kg fiber material for 5 minutes, while the previous manual way takes 1 hour to stir 25 kg fiber. Thirdly, it has been conducted Partners Products Exhibition. Fourth, it generates three new product design by SME-1 "Whisnu" and 4 design new products by SME-2 "Java Fiber". Fifth, the proposed copyright has begun to partner products to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. This activity resulted in increased revenue of SMEs 10% per year.

Abstract

These outreach activities conducted in the framework of community empowerment of Banjarejo village, Ngadiluwih district, Kediri Regency. Banjarejo village is one of the villages that are in Ngadiluwih Subdistrict, district of Kediri. Banjarejo village has an area of 3 km2 with a population of 4800 inhabitants and 1353 households. The community of the village Banjarejo the majority of the profession as farmers (especially sugar cane farmers) and the land that is tilled land belonging to other people, so the resulting income is for the results with the landlord. Mothers day activities in the hamlet of Banjarejo is as housewives, so that family income depends only on the results of farming done the head of the family. Low productivity and earnings are still below the average UMK (Minimum Wage) make the economic conditions of the community of the village Banjarejo are below average. The low income community also makes it difficult to create field efforts independently. The situation of the Islamic religion which is very pronounced in the environs of the village made the village Banjarejo has the potential of local wisdom. In addition, sewing skills possessed some housewives in the hamlet of Banjarejo can provide potential business ventures. These outreach activities aim to increase productivity and income through Banjarejo Village society empowerment mother-housewife. By using the minimum skills in terms of tailoring which dikolaborasikan with the local wisdom, then tailoring business activities diwujudkanlah fashions will be done by a group of mothers of households of the village Banjarejo. Partners are divided into two groups, each group consists of three cadres housewife. Activities carried out through counseling, capital assistance, training and mentoring. Outreach is done in order to add insights about the fashion and entrepreneurship. Capital assistance granted to support operational business activities in the form of a sewing machine and raw fabric and yarn. Training conducted to improve the competencies of the partners in terms of tailoring and management efforts. Whereas mentoring is done to maintain consistency, help overcome difficulties and give the spirit of trying to group partners. The result of this activity is to increase the productivity and income of the Group assisted SMEs. Furthermore, the results of these activities are expected to create employment for the whole community of the village Banjarejo, so there is an increase in earnings and productivity for the whole community of the village Banjarejo. Development of business activities can create a hub of muslim fashion in the hamlet of Banjarejo so that it will come true convection tourism for domestic and foreign tourists.

Abstract

Education and training effort Managerial Behavior developed using experience-based education methods (Experiential Learning), which is the process of learning in which learners combining knowledge, skills and values through direct experiences through outdoor activities. Business development goals are to meet the needs of the community-based education and training of the EL. The method of implementation is applied is to maintain the existing condition of raw materials / clients, improve services through the ownership of assets, equipment, understand the needs of clients and supervision, good management, marketing strategy of segmenting and targeting, pricing, promotion, and human resources are adequate. Our operating results have been achieved which is kept to maintain the existence of raw materials / clients, improvement of service procedures, improvement of security procedures, create training modules, the addition of new games, website development company and information management systems training, adjustment of the price of services, developing services such as construction outbound park and camping ground, include employees and facilitators in the training of tax and e-SPT, workshop Facilitating Skill for Rope Courses, workshop First Aid and High Ropes, Certified facilitator and workshops in the other, to develop cooperation with the Asosiasi Experiential Learning Indonesia (AELI) and Himpunan Provider Outbound Indonesia (HPOI), as well as establish business entities Limited Company and register the business brand. The impact was an increase in revenue from year to year.

Abstract

Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs) have contributed significantly in regional and national economics. Stakeholders in the region have much expected that SMEs should play more important role as solution in decreasing unemployment and developing small scale business. Kelompok Makanan Olahan Darma Karya (Darma Karya Processing Food Business Group) in Harjobinangun Village, Pakem, Sleman, DIY is one of small medium enterprises that has been continuously received supervision from the Directorate of Research and Community Service, Universitas Islam Indonesia (DPPM UII). Over the time, the development of this business group have been much progressive. However, this group still need assistance in developing their business, viewing the fact that the business rivalry has been more competitive. In such, it is expected that the business group can further develop and contribute to the economic development in the region of  Sleman. The decision to have a proper marketing strategy is one of the efforts offered by the management and economic experts from DPPM UII in supervising Darma Karya Business Group. This marketing strategy utilizes Grand Matrix SWOT.

Abstract

Cara untuk memaksimumkan nilai pemegang saham adalah dengan cara meningkat tingkat pengembalian dari investasi tersebut. Bagi perusahaan yang belum go public dapat diketahui dari naiknya aktiva perusahaan, dan bagi perusahaan yang telah go public dapat diketahui dari harga saham di pasar modal. Dengan kata lain apabila harga saham naik maka nilai perusahaan mengalami kenaikan juga dan sebaliknya apabila harga saham mengalami penurunan maka nilai perusahaa mengalami penurunan sehingga akan berdampak bagi pemegang saham perusahaan. Akan tetapi nilai perusahaan dapat disebabkan oleh beberap faktor diantaranya ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, volatilitas pendapatan, hutang dan resiko bisnis..               Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini pertama untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedua untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketiga untuk mengetahui pengaruh volatilitas pendapatan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keempat untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kelima untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, keenam untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, ketujuh untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh volatilitas pendapatan dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, kedelapan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiko bisnis dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, volatilitas pendapatan,  dan resiko bisnis berpengaruh simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada saham JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, secara parsial volatilitas pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sahaam JII (Jakarta Islamic Indeks) di Bursa Efek Indonesia, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hutang tidak memberikan hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, resiko binis dengan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan volatilitas pendapatan memberikan hubungan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan hutang sebagai moderating

Abstract

Universitas Islam Indonesia is private university with the biggest faculty number in Indonesia. Physically, the building has expansion rapidly as much as the academic facilities. The improvement of student number means problems in the parking lot. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of parking and parking space requirements for the existing and five years later. Primary data obtained by direct observation such as entry and exit of vehicles parking areas and parking facilities inventory. From the analysis of parking index, it shows that 3 parking locations are no longer able to accommodate the needs at FIAI, FTSP Lecturer and FPSB-Rector. Appropriate parking needs of students are 269 SRP. According to the Ministry of Transportation requires 4812.95 m2, which means it meets the UII parking lot of existing condition. However, for the next 5 years it needs 443 SRP which means the existing parking lot cannot meets the requirements.

Abstract

AbstractThe business unit developed called IbKIK Talent Management Consultancy Services (IbKIK JKTM) with main activities as a provider of research and development services in business and economics. Short-term goal is to meet and support the needs of the community, partners and businesses of of consultancy and training services in business and economics field. While the long-term goal IbKIK JKTM is the creation of a system of good governance, among others: a data base of research results and superior technology, a data base of client needs, index of client satisfaction, guidelines for unit activities of IbKIK, the working mechanism of IbKIK, creation of favorable cooperation between the UWP Surabaya with industry, local government and the community, an increasing number of new entrepreneurs of lecturers and students. The method applied is to maintain the existing condition of raw materials or clients and maintaining good relationships with customers or clients, especially clients remain. The production had a very adequate instrument assets, production process starting from understanding the client's needs until the implementation of the consultation as well as feedback and supervision to maintain good relationships with clients. The management is still not good so it need improvement, the marketing is done by segmenting and targeting strategy, pricing, promotion and maintaining good relationships with clients (developing relationship). While human resources are adequate to the needs of training and development, the existing facilities dedicated space business unit, but the ingredients are still to be developed. From the financial side, the financial return in 2016 are projected to reach Rp. 500.000.000, -. Accountability income and expenditure of money is managed independently by the management. The next steps to operate the business are improving organizational management especially in financial management, improving marketing strategy, developing products, increasing human resource competencies, maintaining existing clients and increasing public training.
