Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the Evaluation of E-Government Development at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis. The subject of this research is the Bengkulu Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office which has carried out E-Government Development in the context of bureaucratic reform based on Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Information and Statistics Office. Data collection techniques used include: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) The Bengkulu Provincial Government has made preparations in the development of e-government, namely by creating a website with the name bengkuluprov.go.id which is one of the portal websites that functions as a means of information, communication and transactions between the public and the government. can be done via the internet. (2) At the maturation stage in the development of E-Government at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office, two things have been done, namely the creation of an interactive and easy-to-access public information site, and the creation of interfaces with other institutions or applications that are indirectly connected. / link with websites owned by other institutions in the Bengkulu provincial government. (3) The bengkuluprov.go.id website is an application developed by the Bengkulu Provincial Government as a form of communication and information facility in improving the quality of services to the people of Bengkulu Province. (4) The bengkuluprov.go.id website is a service application by the Bengkulu Provincial Government to the people of Bengkulu Province. So that the function of providing information services by Government to Government (G2G), Government to Business (G2B), and Government to Citizen (G2C) can be carried out by the Bengkulu Provincial Government.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Performance of the Cooperative Service, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in an effort to overcome poverty through the small Sukabumi program in Sukabumi City". This study aims to provide an overview of how the performance of the Sukabumi City Diskopdagri in dealing with poverty in Sukabumi City. This research is motivated by the problem of not yet optimal implementation of the Sukabumi Kece program carried out by Diskopdagrin against poverty in Sukabumi City. In addition, the training and assistance program provided by the Sukabumi City Diskopdagrin to the community did not fully run optimally due to the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in this program being carried out first before its implementation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Sukabumi Kece program is still not optimal in dealing with poverty in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Woman trafficking is an act of crime against humanity, especially women. DP3A Sukabumi Regency is the implementer of the policy of handling woman trafficking cases which has the responsibility to handle and prevent this case, In the range of 2016 - 2022, female trafficking cases in Sukabumi Regency reached 112 cases, which means that the role of DP3A in handling these cases must be implemented effectively and efficiently so that there will be a reduction in these cases in Sukabumi Regency. This study aims to find out and analyze the role of DP3A in handling women trafficking cases in Sukabumi Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique itself is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique in this study uses triangulation techniques and data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the handling of woman trafficking cases carried out by DP3A has run optimally when viewed from the handling of cases carried out such as existing policies, strategies carried out, communication and case resolution. However, in terms of therapy or assistance to the victim, it is not optimal. This is what can hinder the success of the handling of woman trafficking cases carried out by DP3A and needs to get an evaluation to be better in the future.

Abstract

The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) have 169 targets, 319 indicators and 17 goals from 2015 to 2030. The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are in line with the vision and mission of President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin. National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024. Of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) that has received the most attention so far is poverty. This is because all the goals of the SDGs are encouragement and efforts to achieve the goal of “no poverty”. This type of research data uses qualitative methods. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data types. While the sources of data used in this study came from observations and interviews conducted in Sukabumi City, especially those involved in implementing sustainable development plans, in this case poverty alleviation will be discussed in more detail. In order to maximize the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) free of poverty, various efforts have been made to reduce poverty, but with the SDGs poverty reduction gets a different handling formulation so that the topic of poverty that often occurs every year can be slowly resolved.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Access is a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia engaged in the business of providing network infrastructure construction and management services that will encourage the growth of broadband access networks in Indonesia. PT. Telecommunications issued Indihome products that can provide easy access to the internet with trusted access speed, in its implementation Indhome products have various types of disturbances experienced by customers such as damaged modems, unable to browse, excessive network quality (Underspec), damage to Clouser tools or Aeriel (ODP LOSS) which causes the death of more than one customer network, and mass disruption, for that PT.Telkom Access Area Bengkulu must be able to improve the service complaints of Indihome network interference. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The aspects used in this study are based on Minister of Finance Decree Number 63 of 2003 and Good Corporate Governance namely certainty of time, discipline, politeness, and friendliness, transparency, and accountability. The results of this study are seen from the aspect of research, the certainty of time has not gone well because of the discrepancy between the promised time and reality when doing service. In the aspect of discipline, courtesy and friendliness show that PT Telkom has done a service with a polite, friendly attitude. The transparency aspect shows that it has not gone well because the official page cannot be used in matters of complaints, and the lack of openness in explaining the terms, procedures and costs. In the aspect of accountability, it is intended that the lack of awareness of employees in performing procedures in accordance with the regulations, and the services provided by PT. Telkom Access are correct, appropriate, and legitimate.

Abstract

Pos Indonesia (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). If the services provided by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) satisfies the community and has good quality, of course it will greatly help the community's economic activities and realize the welfare of the community. On the other hand, if the service provided disappoints the community and is of poor quality, it will certainly hamper the community's economic activity and have an impact on increasing poverty rates and hampering the welfare of the Indonesian people. The number of complaints about the services provided by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sukamerindu Branch, Bengkulu City is the reason why researchers conduct research on service quality at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sukamerindu Branch, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the quality of service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sukamerindu Branch, Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with purposive sampling technique and with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research based on aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, adapting, and actively participating in helping develop the community's economy, it shows that: PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sukamerindu Branch, Bengkulu City is of poor quality, 2. People think that employees do not serve in a friendly and polite manner. 3. People think that they have not been served quickly and responsively. 4. People think that they have not received comfort and security, 5. People feel that employees do not serve with a caring attitude, 6. Employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sukamerindu Branch, Bengkulu City believes that they have served the community as well as possible, but the community is often the cause of misunderstandings in the service delivery process.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Transparency of Village Government in Village Fund Management in 2018 in Talang Kering Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study were obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation obtained based on the aspects of this study, namely looking into the process of planning, implementation and accountability of Village Fund management based on government budget transparency indicators (Kristianten, 2006: 73), namely availability and accessibility of documents, provision of information clear about procedures and costs, ease of access to information and the existence of a regulatory framework that guarantees openness. The results of this study found that, the Talang Kering village government has implemented transparency in managing village funds in accordance with the laws and regulations by providing easy access to Village Fund management documents and delivering information related to Village Fund management to the community either orally or in writing, in the form of socialization or information media such as baleho, bulletin boards and newspapers.

Abstract

Basic food program is a program which has released by the government to tackle poverty. But in implementation of basic food program there are still some problem, such as: 1) less careful from fasilitator in inputing data; 2) less socialization about basic food program to KPM; 3) quality of food is not suitable; and 4) there are not some recapitulation data about empty balace which has experienced by KPM. The purpose of this research is to know the role of social service in distributing basic food program in the Sukabumi District. In this research the writer used qualitative descriptive research. And snow ball sampling technique is used to determine informant. While in this research the writer used observation, interview, and documentation technique to collect the data. Role theory is used in this research by Jim Ife anda Frank Tesoriero (2016). The result of this research shows that the role of social service in distributing basic food program in Sukabumi District has been carried out well when viewed from the facilitating representation and technique role. But in the role of educating, it has not been maximized. This can be seen from the lack of information obtained by the public and KPM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the psychological communication contained in the film Ku Kira Kau Rumah. This study uses John Fiske's semiotic analysis technique which refers to The Codes of Television where film is a text and is studied through three stages, the level of reality, representation, and ideology. In this case, the author takes the sample of the film "Ku Kira Kau Rumah" as a representative study of psychological communication in the film. This research results that the psychology of communication contained in this film is very clear. Therefore, in this case the psychology of communication is concerned with how to achieve effective communication in human interaction. For this reason, understanding humans is an absolute if we want to be successful/effective in communicating with other humans. And this is very much depicted in the film Ku Kira Kau Rumah.

Abstract

Movie posters play an important role in the promotion process of a film. Therefore, to convey the message well, film posters are made as good as possible by presenting unique and interesting poster visualizations. The KKN di Desa Penari film poster is one of the poster art works that is able to focus on visual signs, such as visuals of dancers, cultural elements, and the characteristics of design elements such as colors, layouts, images, logos, and typography. This study aims to determine the meaning of the signs contained in the KKN di Desa Penari film poster. The data sources in this study were divided into two, namely primary data (KKN di Desa Penari film posters) and secondary data (documents, articles, and online sites). Then, the data is translated into language so as to produce information related to the research objectives. This study uses Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory which includes icons, indexes, and symbols in the interpretation stage. The results of this study indicate that the KKN di Desa Penari poster shows something different by presenting a stealth visual with a beautiful form than a ghost figure which is known to be scary. Furthermore, the KKN di Desa Penari film poster also contains cultural elements so that it creates a strong traditional impression.
