Abstract

The goal of this research is to investigate the influence of satisfaction and motivation of teacher performance. The method of this research is explanatory survey. Data were collected by questionnaire rating scale 5 scale models. Respondent are teachers of state Vocational High School. Respondent are teachers of State Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data analysis technique using regression. The finding of this research indicated that satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research concluded that the teacher’s performance can be improved by improving the satisfaction and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis the relationship between principal leadership, organizational climate, competency and motivation toward teacher performance and students’ competency. For the study, the verification survey research method was used, in the unit of analysis of vocational teachers in Business and Management Expertise in Bandung. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant contribution of principals’ leadership, organizational climate, competence, and work motivation to teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, the conclusions of the study are the high or low teacher performance determined by the effectiveness of the leadership of the principal, the conduciveness of the school organizational climate, the high and low teacher competencies, and the high and low motivation of the teacher’s work.

Abstract

This study compares the effectiveness of learning model use role playing and group guidance in improving entrepreneurial skills. This study applied true experimental design with postest-only control design model and pretest-postest control group design. The study was conducted on undergraduate students in FPIPS IKIP PGRI Jember as an experimental class with undergraduate students of economic pedagogy in FKIP University Jember as a control class. The finding showed that the role-playing games learning are more effective model instead of group counseling-based learning to improve students’ entrepreneurial skills and spirits. For this findings, it is suggested to the lecturer of this course to not only provides theoretical basis but also required to portray the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

The study aims to explain that the social entrepreneurship management of Marketer Village reviewed from marketing management, operational management, human resource management, and financial management. The four fields of management are the development of management elements that include men, money, machines, methods, materials, and market. Management is an important element in the social entrepreneurship organization so that the business can achieve social missions. The social mission of Marketer Village is to realize the IT literacy community through education and empowerment in the field of digital marketing in District Karangmoncol, Purbalingga. This research is qualitative research with primary data gained through interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research, the manager of Marketer Village focuses on marketing management consisting of product and promotional processes. Operational management aims to generate services in the form of skilled human resources in the field of digital marketing, has mechanisms that control the operation and has a transformation process. Human resource management consists of the development of skills, provision of infrastructure, and compensation. Financial management is made up of funds, and liabilities incurred.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about how leadership functions implementation in the Makassar Departement of Manpower. Research design, data processing and data analysis in this researchis a descriptive approach. The techniques used in collecting data are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results indicate the effectiveness of the implementation of the leadership function in the Makassar Departement of Manpower is quite effective.The results of the indicators, first, decision making functions and delegate functions are classified as effective;second,instructive functions, consultative functions and participatory functions are categorized quite effective. The application of the leadership function in the Makassar Departement of Manpoweris quite effective because leader is able to revive the organization with a good work climate and the leaders in the Departement of Manpowercan always be part of what their employees feel.
