Instrument research include guidelines for in-depth interviews, observation guides, brainstorming guides, questionnaires, field notes and other devices in accordance with the development course of study. Has developed a digital learning system using the Dokeos. From the aspect of technology has been supported for the hardware and software. Overall the respondents have used e-learning system and no major obstacles. The results of the evaluation of the degree of ease of reaching the average value of 4.25 with a range from 4.18 to 4.36, the willingness of the average utilization reached a value of 3.89 with a range from 2.29 to 4.75 and also the willingness to support an average of value of 4.83 with a range between 4.39 to 5.0. Thus, it can be seen that the whole has a value above the median number = 3, which means the respondents felt a satisfaction which is felt by the high compliance is expected. Keywords: E-Learning, Dokeos Platform, Information Technology, Education

Abstract

Anemia is a common blood disorder that occurs when levels of red bloodcells in the body becomes too low. Data from Riskesdas the year 2013 thenumber of pregnant women suffer from anemia as much as 37.1%, this isvery different to the incidence of anemia among pregnant women in theDistrict General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin with a very low percentage of2.9% to 3.4%. To analyze the relationship between age, parity, education, occupation, gestational age, origin of a referral, and health servicesResearch methodsThis type of research is analytic survey using casecontrol design. Univariate analysis found women with anemia 33.3% andanemia not as much as 66.7%. Bivariate analysis between age <20 yearswith anemia (p = 0.001, OR = 9.549), parity (p = 0.001, OR = 1.955),gestational age (p = 0.027, OR = 1.608), education (p = 0.002, OR =2.338), occupation (p = 0.006, OR = 2.167). Results of multivariateanalysis the dominant variable is the age of the OR (age> 35 years =9.009 and aged <20 years = 6.994). No correlation between age, parity, gestational age, education, work with anemia among pregnant women. allpregnant women at risk for anemia, pregnant women should routinely visitantenatal care, because the mother will get information about thenutritional needs during pregnancy and other factors that can lead toanemia during pregnancy. Keywords: Anemia, age, education, gestational age, parity

Abstract

Anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol rhizome of turmeric was conducted toward white mouse which is induced the carrageenan solution (lambda carrageenan) 1 %, research was conducted by dividing the animals into 5 groups.Group A was given CMC 0,5%, group B was given Indometacin with dose 100 mg/kgBB, group C was given  ethanol rhizome extract of turmeric with dose 400 mg/kgBB, group D was given ethanol rhizome extract of turmeric with dose 500 mg/kgBB, group E was given ethanol rhizome extract of turmeric with dose 600 mg/kgBB. Result of phytochemical screening toward powder and ethanol extract of rhizome of turmeric shows that chemical compounds which are involved are alkaloids, flavonoids, and aetheric oil. In the other hand, result of phytochemical screening toward ethanol extract of turmeric’s rhizome are alkaloids, flavonoids, anthraquinones, glycosides. Result of anti-inflammatory test shows that there is the real difference among groups of mouse which were given CMC suspension (control), suspension of ethanol extracts of turmeric’s rhizome with dose 400 mg/kg BB, 500 mg/kg BB, 600 mg/kg BB (material test) and suspension of indomethacin with dose 100 mg/kg BB (positive comparison). Suspension of ethanol extract of turmeric’s rhizome with dose 600 mg/kg BB shows that anti-inflammatory capability is better than dose 400 mg/kg BB and 500 mg/kg BB, and suspension of ethanol extract of turmeric’s rhizome dose 600 mg/kg BB shows the anti-inflammatory effect which is not really different with suspension of indomethacin with dose 100 mg/kg BB, it is showed by  ANOVA statistic analysis among those comparisons toward indomethacin suspension as positive comparison.Keywords:Anti-inflammatory, Indomethacin, Turmeric Rhizome

Abstract

This Study has tested the antioxidant activity of the extracts from Sida subcordata Span. Testing is done with antioxidant activity using DPPH method provides. Testing of antioxidant activity in vitro with spectrophotometric methods based on absorbance measurements radical DPPH (1,1-diphenylpicrylhydrazyl). All the extracts Showed radical scavenging activity. The ethyl acetate and methanol extracts were the most Appropriate as sources of antioxidant compounds as shown by Reviews their inhibition percentage (IP) values. Percentage inhibitor to extract ethyl acetate and methanol extract respectively 76.16% and 79.28% at a concentration of 1 mg / ml to 0.05 mM DPPH. while the results of the testing activities of antioxidant compounds y pure ethyl acetate extract fraction showed a smaller percentage inhibitor that is equal to 30% at the same concentration. Keyword - Sida subcordata Span, Malvaceae, Antioxidant, Alkaloid

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is still a public health problem in the world. Not only in the world, in Indonesia is also a public health problem both in terms of mortality, the incidence of the disease and its diagnosis and treatment. A lot of factors affect whether a person is obedient and submissive in treatment of pulmonary TB disease, which are due to the role of health workers, the role of the PMO (supervisors of taking medicine), distance and knowledge of the patient. Pulmonary tuberculosis patients must be able to do the treatment on an ongoing basis, where the treatment is done for 6 months without stopping. Noncompliance treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients can increase the number of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Keywords: Compliance treatment, age, distance, PMO's role and the role of health workers
