Abstract

Indeed, it was inevitable that there is a correlation between religion and mathematics. It is shown that the relationship between the science of religion based on the Qur’an with science and mathematics. Mathematical understanding by most people is known as an exact science. Certainty in mathematics is defined as a clear. Meaning, there are clear rules, regulations, laws, formulas, and steps that are logical. Similarly, in fiqh (Islamic law) also governs the conduct and governance of worship which clearly and unequivocally based on the arguments described by the Qur’an to the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. Hadith form. Thus, based on the similarity of the nature and character of course mathematics has contributed positively to the context of jurisprudence which became amaliah Muslims in daily life, for example, in determining the amount of water two kulah, counting prayers, calculating zakat, the division of inheritance rights, counting favors (reward), and so forth. Whether consciously or not, the presence of mathematics provides a significant contribution by helping to make it easier to resolve the problem through the formulation of instructions or a simple formula. The objective is to study on the contribution of mathematics in the context of fiqh.

Abstract

During this time, there are still many teachers who likens the learning process with students as blank paper and still found a teacher who suppress learning through rote formulas and specific strategies to solve specific problems so that the knowledge gained survive only in short-term memory of the child. Learning through the use of props at SDN 1 Sukowetan encourage students to make observations on an object independently, to train students to learn to find new ideas and their relationships with the concepts that have been known, and can increase the concentration of learning and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the observation of students in learning activities changes in the shapes of objects through the use of props that have increased as well as the completeness achieved from 60% in the first cycle increased to 90% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Here are various virtues of learning the description text for the seventh grade students, especially students of VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan. First, an understanding of the description text is required so that students do not consider that the same description text with the text of the report on the observation. Second, learning compose the text of fiction in the novel, the structure of the text descriptions into one filler. Therefore, preparation of the text descriptions into something that must be understood by the students of VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan. In addition to learning the primacy of the text, there is a map technique causes life with photo media should be applied in the preparation of instructional text description. First, psychologically, individuals experiencing different events that can be captured through photos. These events may be applied to various text, one text description. Second, map the life of the photo media is one way to visualize events that never happened clearly in your mind quickly. Based on the significance and cause of the research aimed to assess the accuracy of the activities of teachers and students as well as the thoroughness of learning outcomes on student learning preparation of the text description VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan the academic year 2016/2017. This research uses experimental research design with quantitative descriptive method. Therefore, the data presentation in the form of pemerian or breakdown with numbers as supporting data. In addition, the data in this study were collected by the teacher activity assessment sheets, assessment sheets student activities, and student learning test result sheet. The results of this study as follows. First, the activity of teacher in the preparation of the text descriptions in class VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan very appropriate because the activity score of 87. Second, the activities of students in the preparation of the description text in class VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan appropriate because the activity score of 80. Third learning outcomes preparation of the text description of class VII-C SMPN 1 Trowulan complete because the average value of students was 74,81.

Abstract

Library essentially, is an information manager which has been packaged in the various forms of media. The library service management must be on the need oriented and the user satisfaction. It is based on the kinds of library, the objective of library establishment and the principles of library services by utilizing the development and advancement of information technology. There are three systems of services that can be implemented in a library that is open services system, the system covered services and system services mix. The implementation of the service depends on the circumstances of each library.

Abstract

Organizations must be seen as an open system today. With the open-ended nature of leaders and leadership is a strategic factor in an organization. The process of leadership in organizations occurs because of the element leader. Leaders are human individuals. Meanwhile, the leadership is inherent to him as a leader. In this case, there are many theories about leadership styles are offered, all have strengths and weaknesses. Theories that are considered effective or superior are the theory of transformational leadership. Namely, a leadership approach to doing business alters consciousness, to excite and inspire subordinates or members of the organization to expend extra effort in achieving organizational goals without feeling pressured or stressed. From the description, assessment of transformative leadership is necessary, including development of leadership transformative with the focus of discussion: 1) the origin of transformative leadership, 2) development of the concept of transformative leadership, 3) the development of the definition of transformative leadership, 4) development of the implementation of transformative leadership in educational institution.

Abstract

Quality assurance is how to organize all the activities and educational resources aimed at customer satisfaction in Raudhatul Athfal. Everyone involved in the educational process of carrying out the task with vigor and participate in the improvement of educational services so as to provide educational services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Implementation of quality assurance systems in Raudhatul Athfal run PDCA system, which is oriented to meet the quality standards that have been defined and are internal. Implementation PDCA will impact on the emergence of Kaizen in the Raudhatul Athfal.

Abstract

Supervisors always improve their competence through either self-taught or continue studies S-2 or S-3 to be more professional in carrying out their duties as superintendent of education, namely from control to help teacher or school’s Headmaster. Supervisors in terms of supervision of the teachers need to understand the teachers prototype so that it can carry out supervision with the approach of the directive, non-directive and collaborative.Supervisors must have a strong personality in performing their duties so that teachers and principals respect him.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an as the main source of ethical decision in Islam providessome models of teaching, especially for children. This paper focused on educational concepts in Islam based on story of Luqman al-Hakim. According to him, Islamic educational concepts consist of Islamic monotheism, worship, amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar, and akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

The characteristics of the Prophet Yusuf leadership among other things: 1) A leader of professional, honest and provide exemplary; 2) Have the ability and high intelligence and wisdom; 3) The leader of a fair; 4) Thorough leader and mandate; 5) Leaders are consistent; 6) Ability to work hard to create a climate of tolerance; 7) Be confident (optimistic). The concept of leadership is understandable based on the story of Prophet Yusuf, a proactive leader, and have a clear objective of improving the welfare of its people. Yusuf is a multi social leader, knows no ethnic differences, so keep nurturing it all.Keywords: Educational, Leadership of The Prophet Yusuf.
