Abstract

One fund products offered by the bank to customers are deposits. Deposits are deposits that can be withdrawn only at a specifc time based on an agreement between the customer and the bank. Depositing money in the bank is one means of proftable investments . But on the other hand, in recognition of usury in the public interest to make the banks are having doubts on deposit products. Abstract

The situation these days we see no effort certain groups that seek to divide NKRI both from within and foreign countries. Currently, Indonesia has lost its way and the grip of ideology in the life of nation and state. The reappearance of the Islamic economic system, both in the world and Indonesia as we have seen since about three or four decades has led to a variety of views and attitudes. It is undeniable, that the designation of Islamic economics spawned a diverse impression. For some people, the word “Islam” Islamic Economics positioned on a very exclusive place, thus eliminating keftrahannya as order value for all mankind (rahmatan lil’alamin). Abstract

The realization of a good investment climate, one of them with a conducive industrial relations. The current wage system is still not completely answer the problems of wages is complex, given the rise of workers’ demands related to wages in each year which impact on the weakness of the economy in Indonesia. That requires an alternative solution to the problem of wages complex answer through the fulfllment of the principle of remuneration in accordance with the conditions and needs of workers / laborers Indonesia. Answering the above problems can put the knowledge to be a solution. One applicative knowledge that can address the problems of wages through sharia. Through normative juridical research method with a prophetic approach based on legal materials normative-prescriptive, this study aims to analyze the wage review of the positive law doctrine of Islamic economics perspective on wages sharia. It is intended that knowledge can also contribute solutions to the economic problems in Indonesia, especially in the realm of industrial relations.Keywords: review of wages, positive law, the doctrine of Islamic economics

Abstract

Discourses in Islamic economic system are not new in economic study. There is always a big question behind Islamic economic system, what makes Islamic economic system with capitalism economic system and socialism economic system different! Historically, Moslems had explained earlier before middle century then developed by modern economic theorist. Al Qur’an and Al Hadits have explained how a Moslem must undertake two orientation in his economic activity, there are material orientation and religious orientation. Religious orientation that will be a Moslem can be justful in economic capitalism practice. Even if Moslem has a claim to property but every Moslem is very aware if his property is just a mandate and in property have right a poor and he must distribute zakat/ sadaqah mechanism. Because, zakat/ sadaqah is a social responsibility for a Moslem. so, Islamic economic system look from historical and conceptual view based on al Qur’an and al Hadits that have strong fundamental, so  Islamic economic system is believed to be same with conceptual capitalism economic system and socialism economic system. Abstract

The background of this study because at Ngantru’s region there is one pesantren’s, there is one effort which is Alaina’s Smoke Factory.  Smoke Factory is one effort which of course it have good social impact that impacted big, be or little even but that it must each effort which walk and amends of course it performs to form social responsibility to surrounding society. The type of study is feld research using qualitative and desdriptive approach. The result of this studi is Alaina’s Smoke Factory make do corporate social responsibility, there are responsibility to God,  responsibility to Nature and responsibility to other people. The type is sector religion, healthy sector and economi sector. Abstract

Islamic Economics is a discipline is studying the behavior of human economic behavior are arranged based on the religion of Islam and tawheed with as it is based in the tenets of the faith and the tenets of Islam. All the rules that lowered the Almighty God in the Islamic sistem leads to the achievement of goodness, welfare, priority, as well as abolish evil, suffering and loss on the whole of his creation. Likewise with the economy, the goal is help humans achieve victory in the world and the hereafter. YaPEIM (Foundation of economic development Islam Malaysia) is one of the institutions that fght for the introduction of Islamic Economy concentrated in Malaysia. Embody the spirit of AL-’ ADL in the economy became the spirit of struggle of YaPEIM. This research is a Case Study in YaPEIM in Changloon, Kedah, Malaysia. Abstract

The background of this research is based on an assessment of Islamic law are more likely to provide input for the establishment of national law because it must be recognized that the majority of Indonesia’s population is Muslim and besides it is also good relation between the State and Muslims have implications which are positive for the development of Islamic legal legislation became a national positive law. Then, how does the history of the formation of law number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking? How national legal political conditions during the formation of the law number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking? And the last, how is the analysis of the formation of law number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic banking in the political perspective of national law? Genealogically, the authors concluded that the promulgation of Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking is not free of confgurations and tight political struggles, the determination of these laws have a strong foundation juridical, sociological or philosophical that can later be accounted for. Positivasi about Islamic Banking proves that Islamic law has become a source of national law and have the opportunity to contribute the maximum in the development of national law in the future.Keywords: Islamic banking, Law number 21 of 2008, Political of law

Abstract

In Ulumul Qur’an , the existence of discourse about abrogating (Nasakh) is the real proof that there is a dialectic relationship between revelation and reality. Nasakh is the cancellation of the law. It could be eliminating and releasing the text of the law referring to reading. It also could be defending the text to show the instruction of abrogated law. The research is based on qualitative descriptive study that limits the study on the Mawarits and Wasiyat verses. The paper is expected to provide scientifc contributions in the form of conceptualization of Ulumul Qur’an oriented to legal legislation and to provide intellectual contributions that combine theory of Nasakh in Ulumul Qur’an through a legal context of usul fqh. Therefore, it is also possible to be an alternative development of Philosophy of Islamic Law .Keywords: Nasakh , Legal Legislation, Wasiat, Mawaris.

Abstract

The research aims to know the infuence of biographical characteristics and leadership to performance of employee through motivation as an intervening variable. This study is on BMT’s supervised by Pinbuk Tulungagung. The taken samples in this study were 50 respondents from 7 BMT’s registered in Pinbuk Tulungagung. The Sampling uses a Nonprobability sampling with the technic of quota sampling. The measurements in this study use a scale of Likert. The used data analysis method is a path analysis with SPSS 20th version to test the effect of intervening variable. The results show that the biographical characteristics do not infuence in the motivation; the leadership infuences positively in the motivation; the biographical characteristics do not infuence in the performance of employees; the leadership infuences positively and signifcantly in the performance of employees; and the motivation infuences positively and statistically in performance of employees The result of path analysis shows that biographical characteristics do not infuence in the performance of employees through motivation; and the leadership infuences signifcantly and positively in the performance of employees through motivation.Keywords: Biographical Characteristics, Leadership, Motivation, Performance of Employee.
