Abstract

Skin diseases often thought as a insignificant problem compared to diseases with high mortality, such as HIV/AIDS, ischemic heart disease, stroke, tuberculosis, malaria and cancer. However, skin diseases are some of the most common diseases seen in the developing country. Skin diseases diagnosis and treatment is important because there are a lot of skin diseases that shows similar symptoms and screening for sign of skin disease is an important way for systemic diseases. Prediction of skin disease is diffucult because of a lot of skin disease shows similar symptoms. Data mining with clasification algorithm can be used to predict skin disease. Four data mining clasification algorithm C4.5, Naive Bayes, KNN and SVM was used for data analysis. Medical dataset used in this research is dataset download from UCI repository site. From the tes result by comparing accuration, precision dan recall, it is known that Naive Bayes has the highest accuracy and precision.

Abstract

Woven fabric cual Bangka currently used as one of the identity of community pride in Bangka Belitung Islands. The specificity of this fart cual fabric interesting to study because of the motives that have similarities with songket palembang. Woven fabric cual Bangka and Palembang songket cloth looks similar because the same cloth-making techniques - both using techniques sungkit. The purpose of this research is how to recognize a particular motif woven fabric cual fart. This research using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) to classify some specific motifs that exist in woven fabric cual fart. Experts in the field of woven fabric cual is to inform you that the woven fabric cual farts have tabled motif, motifs or patterns, motifs fabric edge, motif gold thread, fabric base material, as well as the specific color. The research involved four experts that the results of the questionnaires is processed by software Expert Choice 2000. The results showed that the main peculiarity of the woven fabric cual fart is in a pattern or motif with a percentage of 31.5, and is the chosen alternative product is songket with a percentage of 25.4.

Abstract

In the era of globalization this has much to do application of information technology in various fields. Now with increasingly sophisticated technology (hardware) such that the greater memory, faster processor, and hard disk capacity is greater and is followed by the development of software technology. software) is increasingly diverse as multimedia applications and others to make the needed information will be quickly met. But besides those two factors there are some important components that must be considered is the human (brain-ware) and the database (database). Use of the database is intended as a means of data storage or computerized information. It can reduce errors during the operation which is still done manually. Therefore, to support effective civil information systems need to be designed a database system more comprehensive staffing so that it will facilitate the processing of data - the data required. Based on the above scope, need to be seen as the existence of a database application to store all data in a controlled and relatively secure from viruses and other damage to both. This database whenever possible should be easily accessible by employees of high school computer science "MNO" which typically have permissions to display the data on applications based intranet is necessary server database, should also be able to interact or relate to software infrastructure of this campus so easy to implement. For writing PHP coding (For this application builder script), MySQL (a database server or storage of the data base), Apache (as a web server because these applications based intranet, or local). All this software can relate and interact with software infrastructure on this campus, sehigga easier for employees as users.

Abstract

Currently very rapid development of technology systems, payroll information system is usually applied in an organization that is done using computers as the main tools in helping achieve the objectives of the organization, company or institution where relevant. No exception SME agencies that currently enjoy doing a lot of young entrepreneurs. Rental VCD and DVD is an attempt to borrow a DVD movie in the form of a strip that eventually the rental will lend to borrowers and given the range of time for merka borrowing and given the cost of borrowing is already in the set. Rental VCDs and DVDs themselves have enough fans among the community itself. This is due to see a lot of people want a movie film original and not pirated. Because if you see the pirated in terms of quality, sound, and so very not good so it becomes less attractive seen. Shops "JKL" itself presents films which are original in terms of quality is very mempuni to be enjoyed by the public. But in its management processes are still using paper and not computerized. By because it Shop "JKL" want to create computer applications to overcome it. Which later can be arranged neatly in its management. In making this application applied his design method is DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and using the JAVA programming language and MySQL as the database editor. The final results were achieved from this research has been the establishment of a computerized system either in the process of data storage and transaction reports.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk membantu dan menunjang disegala bidang salah satunya bidang kesehatan. Penggunaan teknologi infrormasi dibidang kesehatan untuk mengurangi permasalahan dalam tindakan klinis maupun non klinis. Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemui dalam bidang kesehatan adalah gizi balita. Gizi balita merupakan salah satu dasar acuan perkembangan anak. Untuk melakukan pemeriksaan gizi balita diperlukan buku Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) yang digunakan pedoman dasar tumbuh kembang balita. Pemeriksaan gizi pada balita menggunakan KMS digunakan standar antropometri dalam penentuan status gizinya. Dalam Penentuan status gizi, terdapat empat kategori yang dijadikan standar yaitu umur balita, berat balita, tinggi balita dan jenis kelamin balita. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan antropometri juga digunakan metode inferensi fuzzy sugeno dalam penentuan status gizi pada balita. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) status gizi yang telah dibangun dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno dan pengujian menggunakan standar baku antropometri memiliki hasil 84% dari 25 data yang diujikan terdapat 4 yang tidak sesuai, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa unjuk kerja sistem berhasil.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pendataan mahasiswa kerja praktek di Bank BRI Unit Cot Girek Kanca Lhokseumawe masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan pendataan terhadap mahasiswa kerja praktek yang masih menggunakan media kertas sebagai bentu daftar pendataannya. Dalam setiap pendataan yang masih dilakukan dengan belum optimal ditakutkan akan menimbulkan hilangnya data yang mungkin masih diperlukan dimasa yang akan datang. Perkembangan sistem informasi dalam pendataan yang lebih baik dan modern dengan memperhatikan sisi keamanan dan keterjaminannya memang perlu diadakan sebagai pengganti bentuk pendataan yang masih manual dengan menggunakan kertas sekaligus dapat menjadi standar baru sistem pendataan mahasiswa kerja praktek di bank BRI Unit Cot Girek Kanca Lhokseumawe. Dalam penelitian ini selain memaparkan kajian teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan, juga akan dibahas mengenai perancangan sistem informasi. Sehingga diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan dalam sebuah instansi yang akan memperbaiki segala kekurangan yang ada pada sistem lama

Abstract

Supplier sebagai mitra bisnis telah mengambil peranan penting dalam proses bisnis dan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Apabila supplier tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan perusahaan dalam pengadaan bahan baku maupun peralatan pendukung operasional yang sesuai dengan kriteria dan kebutuhan perusahaan, maka proses bisnis dalam perusahaan akan terhambat dan dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Mengingat supplier mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses bisnis perusahaan, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penilaian terhadap supplier sebagai penyedia barang, sehingga perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan apakah akan melanjutkan kerjasama dengan supplier tersebut atau tidak. Dalam studi kasus ini PT. XYZ memiliki beberapa supplier pendukung operasional dalam hal ini peralatan pendukung teknologi informasi (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, Part Komputer). Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 kriteria sebagai parameter penilaian, agar dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode perusahaan menghasilkan nilai untuk supplier A1 sebesar 3.11, sedangkan supplier A2 sebesar 3.67. Sedangkan perhitungan menggunakan sistem menghasilkan nilai untuk supplier A1 sebesar 5.56 dan supplier A2 sebesar 6.56. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan menggunakan metode perusahaan dan menggunakan sistem memberikan perbandingan yang sesuai.
