Abstract

Web technology is growing rapidly, with today's website being a role to improve effectiveness, the design of the web can be said to be good when it meets usability aspects for testing the products, which are compatible with the manufacturing and easier access to the site. One of the implementations of the effectiveness of website technology is the implementation of the website to assist with learning teaching at the covid-19 pandemic. Nganjuk district will maintain it by creating an e-learning based website called Si-Prestasi. But in the user data found on the si-prestasi website, there is a user decline from the Si-Prestasi website. In January 2021, student users reached 731,621 and in April 2021 to 187,590 times and teacher users, 3,658 times opened the applications for their accomplishments, and in April 2021 down to 11,612 times. Thus the study aims to analyze Culinaire's usability system by referring to the 5 aspects of usability: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The results of this research demonstrate that the aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, and satisfaction are at a good category value and the error aspect falls insufficient category. Therefore, improvements need to be made to optimize the website and improve on the server si-prestasi websites.

Abstract

Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPSS) is a place to collect waste from various community activities which will later be transported to the final disposal site by garbage trucks. There are many considerations in choosing a TPSS location, so the selection of a TPSS location is very important in supporting the collection of waste that will be transported to final disposal. The Jember Regency Environmental Service is an agency in charge of waste management, including the selection of TPSS locations. Choosing the location of TPSS so far is still manual, where manual selection cannot be separated from human error, so that choosing the location of TPSS is not accurate can cause new problems in the community. In addition, there is no standardized assessment system in the TPSS selection process, so a decision support system is needed that can be used to assist the process of selecting the best TPSS location recommendations. In making this research system, we implemented the hybrid method of AHP and TOPSIS. Where the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria while the TOPSIS method is used for the selection process for TPSS candidates.

Abstract

Financial distress is a condition in which a company begins to show signs of bankruptcy due to a decline in the company's financial condition. XYZ Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative that needs to be aware of experiencing financial distress. What's more, the XYZ cooperative has experienced fluctuating asset conditions, even for profit in a certain month, it has experienced a negative or loss condition. Another problem that occurred is the covid-19 pandemic which made it difficult for people to carry out their obligations such as paying credit. This made the XYZ Cooperative's income experience a drastic decline from the previous year. Meanwhile, currently XYZ Cooperative does not have a prediction system or has never predicted financial distress in its company Based on these problems, an idea emerged to design and build a financial distress prediction system at the XYZ Cooperative using the Modified Altman Z-Score method. This model was chosen because the financial ratios used in prediction calculations are in accordance with the financial ratios of the XYZ Cooperative. The final result of this research is the construction of a prediction system using the Altman Z-Score Modification method on the desktop-based XYZ Cooperative. From the 3 years of financial reports that were tested from 2017 to 2019, the prediction results were at a safe point, namely the Z value above 2.6. The calculation results for 2017 is 8.19, 2018 is 8.11 and 2019 is 7.82. However, the predicted Z value from 2017 to 2019 has decreased, although it is not significant. The accuracy calculation obtained compares the prediction results with the real situation of the cooperative using the average comparison formula and the typer error II formula. Where from the 3 sample data tested, the results of the sample received were 3 with a data error of 0.

Abstract

At present the selection of strategic health facility locations is not easy, to determine the right location and in accordance with the needs of patients must use the right calculation. Bintang General Hospital (RSU Bintang) has difficulties in determining the strategic location of new health facilities. The difficulty is due to the absence of data processing from the current system so that in determining the location of strategic health facilities is not based on data that has been analyzed. Based on the problems experienced by RSU Bintang and to assist in making a decision in establishing a strategic health facility location, a study was made to design a decision support system that can perform calculations to determine the location of the most strategic health facility with the title "Decision Support System. Determining the Location of Strategic Health Facilities Using the Naive Bayes Method at RSU Bintang”. Decision support system that is built will have several functions, such as processing patient register data, user data processing, alternative location data processing, criteria data processing, data processing rules, Naive Bayes calculations and managing several reports that can be used as decision support for the RSU Bintang. in determining the location of the most strategic health facilities. In this system, testing has been done by using blackbox testing which gets the test results in accordance with the system design.

Abstract

Nowadays, Scheduling subjects is one of the first steps for starting the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. To do so, The role of teachers and school staff is very important and not easy because it takes a long time to compile it. SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar is one of the schools located in the city of Denpasar which is located on Jalan Kebo Iwa No 8, Padangsambian Kaja, Denpasar, Bali. It is a vocational high school that has a tourism expertise and computer engineering study program. Based on current results of observations and interviews, the process of making the subject schedules that run at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar is still being done using Microsoft Excel, this has resulted in frequent errors in managing schedules such as conflicting schedule and it takes a long time to correct it. Tabu Search is an optimization method based on local search, where the search process moves from one solution to the next by selecting the best solution which is not classified as a prohibited solution. It is a combinatorial optimization problem-solving method that is incorporated into local search methods. This method aims to streamline the process of finding the best solution of a large-scale (np-hard) combinatorial optimization problem. Tabu search method to optimize the process of making the subject schedule and combined using PIECES analysis (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services). From this analysis, several problems will be obtained, which in the end can be identified clearly and more specifically, so that we can conclude some suggestions that will help in designing a new and better system. The Tabu Search method can be used to optimize the process of making the subject schedules at SMK PGRI 4 Denpasar, so that the scheduling process will be more easier than using Microsoft Excel.
