There are several methods for performing feature extraction, one of which is the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). FFT is an effective way to convert signals or time series data to the frequency domain. This study uses the FFT method for image data. Image data is transformed using FFT and returned using the Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT). From the results of the feature extraction test on nine image files, it was found that 78% of the image data experienced a decrease in size, 11% of the images had a fixed size, and 11% of the image data experienced an increase in size.

The issue of data security and confidentiality of communications on the network is one of the most important aspects. Data security in the Inventory System is currently not completely safe; this is because the Inventory System has not implemented client and server communication security. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is one of the efforts that can be made to prevent illegal attacks. This study applied the SSL method, in which SSL acted as a data security protocol in client and server communication networks. The purpose of this research was to implement SSL in order to improve data security in the Inventory System at Sanggar Tari Natya Lakshita. The process of observing and analyzing the data security of the Inventory System was carried out using Wireshark tools. The results showed that the implementation of SSL in the Inventory System was successful; this was evidenced by the results of observing and analyzing the data packets captured by Wireshark; the data was not easy to read. The success rate of doing 3 trials, namely logging in, inputting and deleting the data packet, was 100% encrypted.

In the present era, the industrial 4.0 revolution marks technological advancements in the fisheries sector, making fish farming industries increasingly effective and efficient. Predictions related to future fish harvest production can be used as considerations in planning. This research aims to build a prediction system for fish farming harvests by comparing four regression methods: linear regression, polynomial regression, random forest regression, and support vector regression to obtain accurate predictions. With the existence of this harvest prediction system, it is expected to provide information about the quantity of future harvests, enabling harvest partners to take appropriate steps to enhance their profitability. Based on the research results, the best regression model is polynomial regression. This model yields an average Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value of 4.39 and an average Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.41%. This indicates that the regression model has good and accurate prediction capabilities.

Countries around the world were shocked by the outbreak of a new virus in 2020, which quickly transmitted and attacks humans of all ages. The virus is COVID-19. The government has advised through social media to stay at home and got vaccinated. YouTube has become a platform for the government, especially the Ministry of Health, to share public information in the COVID-19’s pandemic. Public can put their comments on video uploaded by the Ministry of Health. An analysis of comments is needed so that the information in comments can be useful for those who read and evaluated by the government so that they can provide information that the public can understand. In analyzing toxic comments, it can used text mining. And one of that is the Naïve Bayes Classifier. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to determine the results of the analysis. Measuring the value of accuracy, this study using the Confusion Matrix evaluation. From the final result, the highest accuracy value is in the comparison of 90%:10% with an accuracy value of 80%. And from the results of the analysis, the most toxic words used are the words ‘dead’, 'business', ‘public' and 'fool'. From the results show that there are still many people who do not believe in the existence of COVID-19 and think that vaccines can cause death in people who are vaccinated.

The Internet of Things allows a sensor node to collect data from a place and send it to the Internet of Things platform. In its application, the Internet of Things has several protocols for sending data such as Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT), Hyper Text Transport Protocol (HTTP), and Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP). These three protocols have their own characteristics and differences. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the performance of these three protocols. This research focuses on analyzing the comparison of the Quality of Service of these three protocols in terms of packet loss, delay, and jitter parameters with the object used is sending temperature data to Thingsboard. The result shows that MQTT excels in sending data with short time intervals and CoAP excels in sending data with long time intervals.

Population data is something that really needs to be maintained and managed well. Using the old method of recording population data manually carries a fairly high risk of losing that data. The use of a computerized system is an option that can be taken for more effective and efficient management of population data. Therefore, it is necessary to design a population management system to design a population data management system so that it is more structured in a computerized manner. UML is used as an object-oriented system design method and is also a tool to support system development. With this system, the work of collecting population data will be easier and the data stored will also be safer because it uses integrated and computerized storage. This system also makes it easier for residents to handle administration or obtain information online without having to go directly to the management. This system design is based on a mobile application so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Cooking represents a significant and enjoyable activity, enabling individuals to create delectable dishes. However, the challenge of discovering recipes that align with available ingredients and personal preferences persists. To tackle this issue, a recommendation system is introduced, employing a content-based filtering approach that utilizes Jaccard similarity to harness users' ingredient ownership. Additionally, an item-based collaborative filtering approach employing cosine similarity is utilized to propose recipes based on user preferences and those of fellow users. This comprehensive approach delivers precise and pertinent recipe recommendations, optimizing ingredient utilization and elevating the cooking experience. Furthermore, the assessment of recommendations based on user preferences reveals varying outcomes.

Liver health is very important for the human body. The liver as an organ that has the main task of neutralizing toxins in the body makes toxins that have been entering through our bodies from food or the environment can be neutralized by the liver. Based on the results of interviews conducted online to dr. Felix who works at Bhayangkara Hospital, one of the problems that occurs in the medical world is that people who are not medically trained if they experience symptoms of liver disease do not understand the ways to overcome them or the solution. If ignored, liver problems can get worse and more difficult to treat. Therefore, to overcome these problems, development is carried out by creating an expert system that can detect liver disease early by implementing the Naïve Bayes Method on the expert system. The expert system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. By making a design consisting of use cases, activities, class diagrams, database design and user interface design. Implementation in this expert system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. After the system is successfully created, the system is tested using the blackbox testing method which shows that the functionality of the expert system is running well and testing the user acceptance test (UAT) by distributing questionnaires to respondents to get the percentage of feasibility of 76.7% with a suitable category for use
