Abstract

Sistem informasi dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan. Sistem informasi juga menjadikan perusahaan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pengolahan data menjadi informasi sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan. PT Jaya Mandiri Indotech merupakan perusahaan manufaktur produsen komponen berbahan dasar logam, termasuk komponen otomotif. Dalam memproses pesanan customer, mulai dari penerimaan hingga pemenuhan order, aktifitas pengolahan data berjalan secara manual. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya belum ada penyimpanan data terkait pengelolaan order serta riwayat transaksi sales order, sehingga terjadi kesulitan pencarian data saat customer memesan produk yang sama. Selain itu sistem pengelolaan sales order belum terintegrasi menjadikan proses pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait sales order menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan integrasi aliran data antara bagian yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan order customer dengan melakukan konfigurasi sistem ERP Odoo modul Sales, mengintegrasikan proses bisnis pengelolaan order customer untuk mengurangi redundansi dan perbedaan data serta memungkinkan pembuatan laporan yang akurat untuk mendukung pengontrolan dan pengambilan keputusan. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model incremental. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem yang memberikan dukungan pada sistem pengelolaan sales order mulai dari penerimaan inquiry, pembuatan quotation, sales order, delivery order, memfasilitasi pengiriman order bertahap, sampai dengan penerbitan invoice. Rancangan implementasi sistem ERP sales order ini mendukung pengelolaan sales order menjadi lebih efisien dalam waktu dan sumber daya lainnya, lebih mudah, serta mengurangi resiko kehilangan, ketidakkonsistenan dan ketidakakuratan data. Hal ini sangat penting mengingat pengelolaan sales order merupakan salah satu ujung tombak untuk memberikan respon yang cepat terhadap order customer sampai dengan penyelesaian order.

Abstract

There is no application that allows customers in the motor vehicle repair shop to get information and notifications containing reminders of vehicle service time, causing customers to spend a lot of time waiting in line when the vehicle is in the process of being repaired. This paper presents the design of a motorized vehicle service time reminder application for garage customers, by utilizing Internet of Thing (IoT) technology. A chip containing a program is implanted in the user's motorized vehicle to obtain data in the form of information about the distance traveled or the current month, where the data will be sent to the cloud server system and will then send notifications to the user's smartphone as a reminder of vehicle service time. The results of the design are expected to be tested and implemented in the future to make it easier for motorized vehicle owners to manage time in carrying out routine vehicle servicing on a regular basis.Keywords: Internet of Thing; Android Based Application; Cloud Computing AbstrakBelum adanya aplikasi yang memungkinkan pelanggan pada usaha bengkel kendaraan bermotor mendapatkan informasi dan notifikasi berisi pengingat waktu servis kendaraan, menyebabkan pelanggan menghabiskan banyak waktu untuk menunggu antrian saat kendaraan dalam pengerjaan perbaikan. Makalah ini menyajikan rancangan aplikasi pengingat waktu servis kendaraan bermotor bagi pelanggan usaha bengkel, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Thing (IoT).  Sebuah chip berisi program ditanam pada kendaraan bermotor pengguna untuk mendapatkan data berupa informasi mengenai jarak yang sudah ditempuh atau bulan berjalan, dimana datanya akan dikirim ke sistem cloud server dan selanjutnya akan mengirimkan notifikasi ke smartphone pengguna sebagai pengingat waktu servis kendaraan. Hasil rancangan diharapkan dapat diuji dan diimplementasikan di masa mendatang untuk mempermudah pemilik kendaraan bermotor mengatur waktu dalam melakukan servis rutin kendaraan secara teratur.Kata kunci: Internet of Thing; Aplikasi Berbasis Android; Cloud Computing

Abstract

One way to ensure students understand a topic is by giving them essay questions. Essay questions provide a more accurate evaluation compared to other types of questions. However, this raises new problems where lecturers often have not found an effective way to assess answers to essay questions. The large number of students makes the assessment process take a long time. However, in reality, there are many similarities in the answers between students. These similar answers can be grouped and given the same grade. Unfortunately, if done manually, this grouping takes a very long time. Clustering is one way that can be used to determine variations in student answers as a whole. TF-IDF and K-Means are the clustering algorithms that are considered the strongest and most popular. By using TF-IDF and K-Means to help lecturers group students' descriptive answers, it turns out to be quite effective because with a percentage of conformity to the grouping results of 65%, lecturers can group descriptive answers in a much faster time than manually grouping descriptive answers.

Abstract

Learning platform adalah sebuah platform digital yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara jarak jauh, sangat relevan dalam era pendidikan modern di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Fungsi utamanya adalah untuk pembelajaran online, yang telah menjadi tren yang signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Mamina Mom and Baby Treatment, bisnis di kota Malang yang spesialis dalam layanan perawatan untuk bayi, balita, ibu hamil, dan ibu menyusui, telah menyadari pentingnya memanfaatkan platform online untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar para ibu hamil dan menyusui. Mamina Mom and Baby Treatment mengimplementasikan e-learning berbasis website sebagai media pembelajaran terbaru yang memberikan akses mudah dan cepat ke berbagai jenis materi pembelajaran, serta fitur-fitur interaktif seperti komunikasi, tugas, dan monitoring. Platform ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran, serta memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam dan bermanfaat. Dengan adanya platform ini, Mamina Mom and Baby Treatment berharap dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengetahuan yang mereka berikan kepada para ibu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, terdapat perbandingan hasil kuesioner anggota sebelum menggunakan platform dan sesudah menggunakan platform mencapai 90%, menunjukkan efektivitas yang signifikan dari implementasi platform ini. Ini menandakan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks layanan perawatan ibu dan anak, dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

In the present era, the industrial 4.0 revolution marks technological advancements in the fisheries sector, making fish farming industries increasingly effective and efficient. Predictions related to future fish harvest production can be used as considerations in planning. This research aims to build a prediction system for fish farming harvests by comparing four regression methods: linear regression, polynomial regression, random forest regression, and support vector regression to obtain accurate predictions. With the existence of this harvest prediction system, it is expected to provide information about the quantity of future harvests, enabling harvest partners to take appropriate steps to enhance their profitability. Based on the research results, the best regression model is polynomial regression. This model yields an average Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value of 4.39 and an average Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.41%. This indicates that the regression model has good and accurate prediction capabilities.

Abstract

The popularity of the creative industries continues to rise around the world, both among consumers and entrepreneurs who are due to a variety of factors, including technological advances and changes in consumer behavior. Malang City has also been recognized as one of the cities that has great creative economic potential. The direction of development of Malang City is also increasingly clear leading to strengthening its status as a creative economy city marked by three milestones. To build an optimal industrial ecosystem in the creative economy sector, especially in Malang City, requires a hexahelix synergy approach which refers to cooperation between six entities in developing a better and sustainable innovation ecosystem. Collaboration between industry and academia has a very strategic role because it can provide significant benefits for the quality of innovation and research development of the creative industry. The government also strongly encourages academics to collaborate with industry, government, media, and society, where various programs are directed to encourage collaboration between universities and industry to conduct joint research and development. A concrete example is the existence of an independent research center called ISDEI (Intelligent Systems and Digital Economic Innovation) which has collaborated for research and community service. With great academic research potential with the existence of more than 50 higher education institutions, the Association of Creative Economy Academics (AACE) is committed to being an aggregator in the creative economy ecosystem at the Malang Creative Center (MCC) that synergizes academic activities from academics with creative industry players, the Malang City government, and the creative economy community in Malang City.

Abstract

Creative Economy SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) Indonesia, as part of micro, small, and medium enterprises, play a vital role in the national economy with their creative and innovative value addition. This sector encompasses 17 subsectors, including culinary, film, and applications. Malang City, recognized as one of Indonesia's creative cities, exhibited significant growth with 12,345 creative economy MSMEs in 2022, a 10.5% increase from the previous year. The three dominant subsectors are culinary, applications and games, and film, video, and animation. However, MSMEs in Malang face challenges such as lack of capital, low product quality, unappealing packaging, and difficulty in reaching markets. To address these issues, an innovative collaboration platform has been developed, connecting MSMEs with communities, investors, academics, and the government. Through these efforts, MSMEs are expected to enhance competitiveness, product quality, and market access, supporting sustainable growth in the creative economy sector.

Abstract

Air pollution poses a significant threat to human health and environmental sustainability, exacerbated by anthropogenic activities such as industrial emissions, vehicle exhaust, and fossil fuel combustion. Major pollutants include carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), hydrocarbons (HC), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3), particulate matter (PM2.5), particulate matter (PM10), and etc. In this study, an Early Warning System (EWS) was developed integrating sensors, microcontroller, IEEE 802.11 network, web interface monitoring, and Instant Messaging. The system uses the CART algorithm to analyze the data, with sensors that detect CO, NO2, and HC. The evaluation of the system demonstrated its effectiveness, with recorded pollutant concentrations of 1.401 ppm for CO, 0.639 ppm for NO2, and 0.860 ppm for HC, and identified correlations between these pollutants. The EWS proved capable of providing timely alerts, ensuring continuous monitoring and management of indoor air quality, and contributing to public health and environmental protection.

Abstract

Irrigation involves the artificial application of water to the soil, crucial to promoting crop growth where rainfall is insufficient, thus supporting healthy plant development and increasing yields. In Indonesia, a large part of the irrigation infrastructure is in disrepair, affecting agricultural productivity and causing food shortages and economic instability, especially among low-income populations. To manage this, local organizations oversee the maintenance of irrigation systems categorized into primary, secondary, and tertiary canals, prioritizing repairs based on severity. Meanwhile, mobile phones have become an essential part of everyday life in Indonesia due to their affordability and utility, which facilitate access to digital resources. Anticipated to reach 97% smartphone penetration by 2029, particularly with Android devices, this technology supports an innovative mobile application strategy for irrigation maintenance. This app enables farmers and community members to report issues collaboratively, accelerating the identification and repair process to improve agricultural management. Complementing this approach, OpenStreetMap (OSM) provides an editable global map resource, continuously updated by users and leveraging tools such as Leaflet JS to offer developers the ability to create interactive and customizable maps, enhancing infrastructure management through community participation. This study introduces a mobile reporting system for managing irrigation infrastructure, integrating several technical components to effectively address maintenance needs. Requiring compatible browsers like Chrome and Safari with specific minimum versions and at least Android 4.0 for accessibility, the system features a public-facing mobile website using OpenStreetMap for mapping. It includes a back-end server that serves mobile and monitoring applications and uses Firebase to store images of irrigation damage while managing database operations with PostgreSQL. The technical setup involves Windows 11, Visual Studio Code, PHP with Laravel for backend operations, and React JS with Leaflet JS for front-end design, running on hardware featuring an Intel Core i5 CPU and NVIDIA GTX 1650 GPU. Key APIs like Get Close Segments, Post Report, and Get The system facilitates data submission with locations and photos, provides report history viewing and filtering, and enhances user engagement through transparency in infrastructure management. The test with local farmers demonstrated the responsiveness and compatibility of the system across various platforms, ensuring that user reports are processed efficiently with reliable admin access for monitoring and tracking.

Abstract

Mosques play a vital role as centers of worship and socio-religious activities. However, information dissemination often goes unnoticed, even when shared through messaging applications. Baital Ma'ruf Mosque in Malang Regency faces similar challenges. Therefore, a mosque information display system was implemented. This community service program aims to standardize information and make it easier for mosque administrators to update content in real-time. The results of this initiative show that 85% of congregants feel it's now easier to get information. The Baital Ma'ruf Mosque administrators have responded very positively, affirming that this mosque information system brings significant benefits to both congregants and the wider community, making it an innovative solution for the mosque's digital transformation.
