Abstract

The aim of this study are to investigate the influence of leadership, organization culture, job satisfaction, to teachers productivity of Muhammadiyah High School 1 Klaten with organization commitment as a moderating variable. The Hypotheses which have been formulated are: there is influence of leadership, organization culture, and job satisfaction, towards organization commitment as a moderating variable to productivity of employees of Muhammadiyah High School 1 Klaten. The research is a survey to employees of Muhammadiyah High School 1 Klaten with 60 teachers as sample. Data have been collected with questionnaires processed with, assumption of regression test, the path analysis, t test, F test and test of R2. The t test result shows that leadership, organization culture, job satisfaction, and organization commitment have influenced to productivity of employees of Muhammadiyah High School 1 Klaten partially. The F test result shows that the leadership, organization culture, job satisfaction, and organization commitment have inluenced to productivity of employees of Muhammadiyah High School 1 Klaten simultaneously. Abstract

This study entitled Analysis is The User Satisfaction on Website Adi Unggul Bhirawa Surakarta. Case Study at STIE Adi Unggul Bhirawa Surakarta. The purpose of this research is to know how much value of hope than reality obtained (satisfaction) of students as a user facility of STIE Adi Unggul Bhirawa website for D3 Program at Information Management. Expectations of the results of this analysis will be used as a guide in the study program to evaluate and improve the accreditation process which is still accredited "C" by SK. BAN PT No: 024/BAN-PT/Ak-XI/Dpl-III/XI/2011 dated 25 November 2011. In this study, the research instruments that will be used is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). In the analysis of satisfaction with EUCS approach, divided into 5 dimensions or variables that will be investigated (unobserved), namely: Content, Format, Accuracy, Ease Of Use, Timeliness, test instruments used in research is the method of SEM, and analysis of data used by the SEM method. While the variables which will be analyzed is the D3-Information Management Students who are still active or about to graduate college.The result is students on D3 Program at Information Management were satisfaction about website www.online-aub.com. Abstract

This paper aims to provide discourse models of co-operative learning courses basics of accounting to improve the skills of faculty and students at the college. Learning management courses basics of accounting with co-operative models for faculty are expected to improve the skills of faculty in teaching courses and basic accounting skills for students diharapkan students in the field of accounting will increase. To achieve these objectives, the learning stage is done by the Research and Development (R & D) in three stages. The first stage identifies co-operative learning models appropriate for courses basics of accounting. The second stage test models of cooperative learning courses basics of accounting in college to determine the increase faculty skills in teaching and improving the skills of accounting students. The third stage construct prototype models of co-operative learning courses basics of accounting, carried dissemination and implementation of models of cooperative learning courses basics of accounting through workshops and action research (classroom action research) in college. Based on the above planning activities, targeted results in learning techniques include: (1) models of co-operative learning courses basics of accounting; (2) implementation guidebook models of co-operative learning courses basics of accounting; (3) guidelines for assessment of learning courses basics of accounting with co-operative learning models; (4) disseminated models of co-operative learning courses basics of accounting to faculty, education policy makers, and (5) the use of the book co-operative learning models to improve the skills of faculty in teaching courses on the basics of accounting college. Abstract

Target of this research is; to test the significance of the influence of labor discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. This research type is quarantitative, that is in research which aim to abtain get satisfaction from a hypothesis by using predicted parametere test (test t) to test question instrument used by validity test and Reliability test. While classic assumption test which used by Multikoliniretas, Autocorelation, Heterokesdastisitas and Normalitas. Based on the results obtained by multiple linear regression equation: Y = -1,704 + 0,427X1 + 0,471X2 + 0,231X3. The results of the t test for variables work discipline obtained p-value 0.000

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) effect of Friday market image to customer delight, (2) effect of Friday market image influence on positive WOM, (3) effect of customer delight influence on positive WOM, (4) indirect effect of Friday market image on positive WOM through customer delight as a mediation variables. The population of this research are all consumers of Friday market of Karanganyar. In this research amount of sample is 100 customers. Sampling method using snowball and accidental sampling. To test this hypothesis, researchers used a path analysis, while for data processing using SPSS Release 12. The results shows that (1) Friday market image has a significant effect on customer delight, thus H1 is supported; (2) Friday market image has no a significant and positive effect on WOM, thus H2 is not supported; (3) customer delight has a significant effect on positive WOM, thus H3 is supported; (4) customer delight mediates the effect of Friday market image on positive WOM, thus H4 is supported. Abstract

Researchers made are search on: "Influence Of Service Quality And Customer Satisfaction Interests Buy Residential Eating Catering-Bogi In Surakarta”. Inthis study a sample of 100 respondents were taken into customers(consumers) Eating Catering-Bogi.The results of path analysis showed that the direct effect of service quality on buying interestis greater than the indirect effect of service quality on buying interest with the mediation of consumer satisfaction. But the total effect to increase buying interest more effectively through customer satisfaction which directly affect the buying interest. Abstract

Puskesmas Gesi is a public health service centre institution under Sragen  Regency  Government  having  responsibility  in  public  health  sector. Medical data service and process still run less effectively because all of activities are carried out manually either recording in the form of document or archive. Therefore that was less effective and error often occurs. This research and system design employed library study with pieces analysis method and UML design. Library study was a process of looking for theoretical basic sources to be discussed in this topic. The analysis method used was  to  analyze  the  performance  of  Puskesmas  by  conducting  survey  and identifying the information need. UML design represented the system plot to be made  with  use  case,  class  diagram,  activity  diagram,  interface  designing, database designing using SQL Server 2000, report writing using crystal report 8.5, and supporting software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This design and development of Inpatient Data Processing Information system facilitated the medical personnel in processing and recording medical personnel  data,  patient  data,  drug  data,  outpatient  data,  inpatient  data,  and report.Keywords: Pieces Method, UML, SQL, Crystal Report and Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

The use of information systems in business is needed for the development, exchange of information electronically to the application of business strategies, such as: marketing, sales, and customer service . So also in the field of commodity properties for rent boarding houses and rented houses. The development of information systems increasingly fast can put to good use through a lot of things in the system, but some managers and prospective tenants boarding home rental business and rented houses are still experiencing difficulties in having an integrated system. Many of them are still making sales / reservation directly in everyday life. In terms of the consumer, still have to make purchases at the location where the manager was and limited information about the available types. Boarding houses and rented houses a rental dwelling that is destined for temporary shelter, in the case study authors wanted to use information systems to allow people to find a boarding house and Houses Rented Houses in accordance with the information needs or the needs of one's home. With the creation of the system in Information Systems Rent House Rented in Surakarta boarding and web-based, it can be several conclusions, among others, have created a web-based system that can be accessed through the website by logging in at capacity level as well as the users of this system can assist in the billing process, assist in providing information to consumers about the waiting time and the status of reservations effectively.Keywords : Systems , Information , Website , Dorm , House , Rented , Effective

Abstract

The most practical and efficient system in handling incoming and outgoing mail is to use pengagendaan number system, so every incoming and outgoing mail both internally and externally can be recorded in the agenda. Numbering (coding) letter done in order to know how many letters have been circulating in the activities of a company or organization. The system is made in this paper to record all incoming mail received, automation numbering outgoing mail, appointment letter and invitation creation is integrated into the application MsWord. Integration into MsWord, letter format changes can be done easily. Outputs of this system besides outgoing mail through MsWord also mnghasilkan letter category list, the list of incoming mail and outgoing mail per period. PIECES methods used to analyze the weaknesses of the current system, as well as analyze the needs of the system being developed. In the design of the system is developed flowchart system, data flow diagram, design inputs, design outputs and database design. Abstract

BAU tasks are done regularly every month is made recap employee attendance, both lecturers and employees. Even though there is register attendance by using fingerprint attendance but every month BAU still manually recalculate a legitimate attendance of each employee. Of the types of existing employees, and hours of attendance calculations differ from one another so that employees BAU requires precision to sort attendance constituted under the working hours of each type of existing employees. BAU also have to look at the data of employees who get a letter of assignment or license in question to add presence that is not stored in the attendance machine. In this research has created a system to help employees BAU in calculating the amount of the legitimate presence of all employees based on the applicable rules and the presence of data taken from the fingerprint machine that already exists. Needs analysis system consists of the functional and non-functional requirements, phase analysis using the system flaws PIECES analysis. This system design using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams. Input and output design made to serve as a basis for making a form using Visual Basic. Design database contains an pegawai table, table jam, Table ijin, hitung tables, table rekap and relationships between tables. In the system created can enter employee data that permits or is a task which is attached the official letter. Of rules and data entered license or assignment can generate a list of employee presence and validity of the information on Presence do.
