Abstract

Puskesmas Gesi is a public health service centre institution under Sragen  Regency  Government  having  responsibility  in  public  health  sector. Medical data service and process still run less effectively because all of activities are carried out manually either recording in the form of document or archive. Therefore that was less effective and error often occurs. This research and system design employed library study with pieces analysis method and UML design. Library study was a process of looking for theoretical basic sources to be discussed in this topic. The analysis method used was  to  analyze  the  performance  of  Puskesmas  by  conducting  survey  and identifying the information need. UML design represented the system plot to be made  with  use  case,  class  diagram,  activity  diagram,  interface  designing, database designing using SQL Server 2000, report writing using crystal report 8.5, and supporting software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This design and development of Inpatient Data Processing Information system facilitated the medical personnel in processing and recording medical personnel  data,  patient  data,  drug  data,  outpatient  data,  inpatient  data,  and report.Keywords: Pieces Method, UML, SQL, Crystal Report and Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

The use of information systems in business is needed for the development, exchange of information electronically to the application of business strategies, such as: marketing, sales, and customer service . So also in the field of commodity properties for rent boarding houses and rented houses. The development of information systems increasingly fast can put to good use through a lot of things in the system, but some managers and prospective tenants boarding home rental business and rented houses are still experiencing difficulties in having an integrated system. Many of them are still making sales / reservation directly in everyday life. In terms of the consumer, still have to make purchases at the location where the manager was and limited information about the available types. Boarding houses and rented houses a rental dwelling that is destined for temporary shelter, in the case study authors wanted to use information systems to allow people to find a boarding house and Houses Rented Houses in accordance with the information needs or the needs of one's home. With the creation of the system in Information Systems Rent House Rented in Surakarta boarding and web-based, it can be several conclusions, among others, have created a web-based system that can be accessed through the website by logging in at capacity level as well as the users of this system can assist in the billing process, assist in providing information to consumers about the waiting time and the status of reservations effectively.Keywords : Systems , Information , Website , Dorm , House , Rented , Effective

Abstract

The most practical and efficient system in handling incoming and outgoing mail is to use pengagendaan number system, so every incoming and outgoing mail both internally and externally can be recorded in the agenda. Numbering (coding) letter done in order to know how many letters have been circulating in the activities of a company or organization. The system is made in this paper to record all incoming mail received, automation numbering outgoing mail, appointment letter and invitation creation is integrated into the application MsWord. Integration into MsWord, letter format changes can be done easily. Outputs of this system besides outgoing mail through MsWord also mnghasilkan letter category list, the list of incoming mail and outgoing mail per period. PIECES methods used to analyze the weaknesses of the current system, as well as analyze the needs of the system being developed. In the design of the system is developed flowchart system, data flow diagram, design inputs, design outputs and database design. Abstract

BAU tasks are done regularly every month is made recap employee attendance, both lecturers and employees. Even though there is register attendance by using fingerprint attendance but every month BAU still manually recalculate a legitimate attendance of each employee. Of the types of existing employees, and hours of attendance calculations differ from one another so that employees BAU requires precision to sort attendance constituted under the working hours of each type of existing employees. BAU also have to look at the data of employees who get a letter of assignment or license in question to add presence that is not stored in the attendance machine. In this research has created a system to help employees BAU in calculating the amount of the legitimate presence of all employees based on the applicable rules and the presence of data taken from the fingerprint machine that already exists. Needs analysis system consists of the functional and non-functional requirements, phase analysis using the system flaws PIECES analysis. This system design using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams. Input and output design made to serve as a basis for making a form using Visual Basic. Design database contains an pegawai table, table jam, Table ijin, hitung tables, table rekap and relationships between tables. In the system created can enter employee data that permits or is a task which is attached the official letter. Of rules and data entered license or assignment can generate a list of employee presence and validity of the information on Presence do. Abstract

This study reviews Satisfaction Analysis Website users with the methods EUCS Information Management Framework based CMS (Content Management System). Case Studies in the trial is progdi informatics management at AUB Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine how much of the expected value and the value of reality obtained (satisfaction) of the student or student to facilities / features of the website management informatics. Estimated value of the results of this analysis will be used as guidelines for courses in evaluating and developing the quality of education in D3-winning Information Management adi Bhirawa STIE Surakarta to become universities that excel in quality of education and teaching. In this case study, the research instrument that will be used is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which means the satisfaction of users who use the software. In the method of analysis of satisfaction with EUCS approach, the variables used to measure satisfaction there are 5 dimensions to be studied to measure satisfaction, namely: Content, Format, Accuracy, Ease of Use, Save time. The test instrument used in this study using SEM methods, and data analysis are also using SEM. Data were used to analyze user satisfaction is a student information management that are still active, will pass and that has alumni. The results of the analysis of these variables to calculate how high student satisfaction and student of the website features information management.Keyword: CMS, eucs,  Informatics management.

Abstract

In today's world of electronics and control progressed very rapidly and so quickly revolutionized through the means or medium. Electronics technology also provides a kind of contribution to human life by the very rapid development in this field. Along with the uncertain weather changes that occur, use dryer facilities which can certainly save time and effort. In this moment to try to create a tool which is the application of the system design, ie a grain dryers that use moisture sensors and temperature sensors, as well as using a dryer. This tool created by the end of the process under the appliance door will open itself automatically. With the drier and measuring the water content aimed at speeding up the drying time of the rainy season and can be performed continuously without having an effect on the weather, and can help alleviate human tasks, especially in drying grain.Keywords: Dryers and gauges, water content, grain
