Data was collected using the Self-Regulated in Online Learning Questionnaire (SOL-Q) and analyzed using univariate descriptive analysis. Results: The results showed that 52.2% of students with divorced parents had high self-regulation in learning and 47.8% of students had low self-regulation in learning. On the other hand, some of the students with parental divorce issues were in the low category on several aspects such as metacognitive skills (51.3%), persistence (52.2%), environmental management (49.6%), and seeking help (47.8%); and more than one third of respondents (38.1%) are also in the low category on the time management component. Conclusion: This study shows that respondents with high and low self-regulated learning are almost in equal proportion. The nursing profession can contribute to various collaborative efforts to improve student self-regulation in learning to improve students' psychological well-being and optimize their learning outcomes while studying in college.

Increasing the capacity of community health volunteers as partners of health workers in the early detection of pulmonary TB becomes a program that needs to be considered.Purpose: this study aims to identify the effect of community health volunteer training on the early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: the study design used quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test types with a control group. The study was conducted in February-March 2020 in the working area of the Kutowinangun Primary Health Care Facilities. The total sample of 32 community health volunteers for each intervention and control group was selected by purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used were observation sheets and modules developed by researchers. The training was conducted in 5 sessions over 5 days with a duration of 60 minutes per session. Data analysis using paired t-test and independent t-test. This research has passed the ethical test from the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. Results: there was an effect of community health volunteers' training on improving early TB pulmonary detection skills significantly with a p-value = 0,000 (p 0.05).Conclusion: refreshments of community health volunteers must be planned in the annual work plan program design. Increased skills have a positive impact on the increasing findings of new cases of pulmonary TB. Community health volunteer training can be integrated with the DOTS program in primary health care facilities.

Abstract

Background: the nurse scheduling problem (NSP) is a serious and complex challenge in the medical industry. Effective, efficient, and high-quality services must be carried out by nurses in hospitals.Purpose: the goal of the systematic review was to find out how nurses have a positive impact on shift schedules on professional nurses in hospitals. Methods: employed the PRISMA approach. Electronic search engines from Proquest, Science Direct, and Ebsco were used to locate pertinent publications. Only English-language publications released between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021, had an inpatient hospital focus. Results: after identifying 265 references initially, duplicates were eliminated, and then authors from 6 pertinent papers were chosen. Overall, nurses reported that 12-hour shifts had a favorable impact on retention, including "the ability to retain experienced staff." Most nurses are flexible, don't get too tired, and will respond to patient requests like "better handoff" and "improvement of morale", Conclusion: Given that shift nurses are supposed to work about 37 hours per week and that 12-hour shifts are popular (i.e., three shifts of 12-hours). Nurse managers may think about taking action to assist nurses in reducing potential job stress brought on by the need to work shifts in order to maintain patient care. More investigation is required.

Abstract

Background: stroke is a disease of the brain in the form of focal nerve function disorders caused by disruption of blood circulation to the brain and causing symptoms in the form of neurological deficits. As the number of stroke patients increases, the assessment needs to focus on neurology and is an emergency.Purpose: analyzing the effectiveness of the assessment method NSSS and NIHSS in determining the number of diagnoses actual nursing and the speed of time to determine the diagnosis of stroke patients in the Emergency Room. Methods: this study used a pre-experimental approach. Theerty sample were used from a new patient with a medical diagnosis of stroke, while the sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. Data collection on each sample was directly carried out using two assessment methods. The SSS assessment consists of 5 components and the NIHSS 11 components. Data analysis used sperm correlation and correlation coefficient interpretation test. Results: the results of the sperm correlation test in the SSS and NIHSS methods both show p=0.000. The level of closeness were analyzed using the correlation coefficientthere is a very strong relationship is NIHSS to the length of the duration of determination (r = 0.858).Conclusion: the SSS and NIHSS assessment methods are effective in establishing the diagnosisactual nursingin stroke patients in the Emergency Department, however, in terms of duration of assessment and determination of the number of diagnoses, SSS is more effective, while from the duration of determining nursing diagnoses, NIHSS is more effective.
