Pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea) are the most common complaints in women. To reduce pain during menstruation (primary dysmenorrhea) there are several ways including the use of drugs - drugs analgesic, anti-inflammatory, the use of herbal remedies, relaxation techniques, exercise period, as well as massage therapy. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of consumption of dark chocolate and ginger to reduce the scale of pain in primary dysmenorrhea. This type of research is a Quasi experiment, the type of study design pretest - posttest with control group. Respondents in this experiment is a student hostel Bhakti Husada Polytechnic of Semarang Kemenkes a level 1 each - each group of 17 people for giving dark chocolate, Ginger and Control. The instruments used are NRS (Numerik Rating Scale). Data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate.Obtained results showed p-value of 0.029 (α 0.05) showed that there were significant differences between awarding dark chocolate and Ginger to decrease menstrual pain compared to the control group. Dark chocolate and ginger can be a complementary therapy to cope with menstrual pain.Pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea) are the most common complaints in women. The awareness about the importance of contraception in Indonesia still needs to be improved to prevent the increases in population. The use of LTCM an effective method of contraception helpful and efficient in the long term with less serious side effects. However, the use of LTCM in each year is less when compared to non LTCM.The study was conducted to analyze the factors associated with long-term use of contraceptive methods in the Northern District of Magelang This is an explanatory research with cross sectional approach. The study population is the mother of active family planning acceptors. The number of population is 3949 mother. Research Subjects 363 acceptors. Data was collected through interviews with a structured questionnaire and were analyzed by Chi-Square test and logistic regression. Results showed that mother who use LTCM as much as 51.8%. Results of univariate analysis age categories as much as 56.2%, secondary education as much as 51%, income above the MSE as much as 50.4%, the number of children as much as 69.7%. Most respondents have a poor knowledge (51.6%), have a negative perception (51.8%), had the support of health workers is less support (73.6%), husband support less (54.5%), and less attitude support (56.5%). Availability of tools (85.7%), largely at their own expense (68.6%). The results of the bivariate analysis of factors associated with the use of LTCM is earnings (p = 0.041) levels of knowledge (p = 0.002) attitude (p = 0.000) support of health workers (p = 0.037) availability of tools (p = 0.011) and the availability of funds (p = 0.002 ). Results of multivariate logistic regression (OR value = 4.157 and p = 0.000) in the acceptor attitude factor is the most influential factor on the use of LTCM. Acceptor attitude factor is the most influential factor on the use of LTCM Rated OR = 4.157, CI 95% of 2623 the lower limit and upper limit 6586.

Labor pain as a contraction of the myometrium, is a physiological process with a different intensity on each individual. Pain arising in childbirth cause great concern and usually creates fear and stress. Pain management method of the first stage of labor was known two types, it is pharmacological management and non-pharmacological. One way of the non-pharmacological management to decrease the labor pain is endorphine massage. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of edorphine massage to decrease the pain intensity scale of the first stage of the active phase of labor. This research method usingQuasi experimental designs One Group Pre-test Post-test. The sample in this study were 30 respondents primigravid maternal in the region of Tembarak Temanggung health centers was selected using purposive sampling techniques, and using Wilcoxon test to analysis. In this study 23 respondents showed a better response to a pain scale of the first stage of labor after endorphine massage. While seven other respondents showed no change after being given endorphine massage treatmen. Based on the research results obtained using the Wilcoxon statistical test significance value (p value) of 0.000. It can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, there are effect of endorphin massage decline pain intensity scale of the first stage of the active phase of labor. From the results of the study are expected health workers, especially midwives in its role to empower the family in reducing labor pain by conducting socialization in the family and the husband of endorphin massage during a class of pregnant women or antenatal care so that when labor was accompanied by family, especially her husband.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of lavender aromatherapy on pain control first stage of labor on maternal. This research was conducted in Jumo primary health centers Temanggung. This study uses a quasi-experimental design One group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all women giving birth in Jumo primary health centers Temanggung using a sampling technique total sampling obtained a total of 33 maternal. The results showed that there is the effect of lavender aromatherapy on pain control first stage of labor on maternal p value of 0.001. From the results of the study are expected in particular health care services for women giving birth in order to provide a service that not only focused on physical problems, but also solves the problem of psychology is to optimize the role of health workers, particularly midwives in intervention, not only collaborative action alone.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of iron tablet and mung green bean ekstract on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This research was conducted in Puskesmas Pare Temang-. This study uses a quasiexperimental. This study population is pregnant women TM III in Pare Primary Health Care Temanggung using total sampling technique sampling which are divided into two groups: the intervention group 32 pregnant women and 32 pregnant women control group. The results showed that there is the effect of iron tablet and mung bean ekstract on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with a p value of 0.000. From the results of the study are expected midwife can improve health services, especially for anemia in pregnant women by providing health education to pregnant women about the benefits of mung bean ekstract as a food ingredient that can increase maternal hemoglobin levels and prevent anemia

Leptospirosis is spread all over the world, on all continents, except the Antarctic continent. Most incidents are found in tropical countries, including Indonesia. According to the International Leptospirosis Society, Indonesia is a country with a high incidence of leptospirosis, and ranks third in the world for mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude with the prevention behavior of leptospirosis infection in pregnant women. The type of research is explanatory research using cross sectional approach method. Subjects were all pregnant women who were not suffering from leptospirosis infection in Bandarharjo Semarang Public Health Center. Sampling technique using Total Sampling. Univariate analysis of each variable with percentage size. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square statistic. The result of this research got the knowledge level of pregnant woman to behavior of prevention of leptospirosis infection in Bandarharjo Semarang Public Health Center mostly belong to good category (70,6%). The attitude of pregnant mother to behavior of prevention of leptospirosis infection in Bandarharjo Semarang Public Health Center mostly belong to positive category (58%). There is correlation between knowledge and attitude with behavior of prevention of leptospirosis infection in pregnant woman in Bandarharjo Semarang Public Health Center area. This research is expected to motivate people to be more active in finding information about leptospirosis or other health problems.

The prevalence of dysmenorrhoea is quite high in the world, where an estimated 50% of all women in the world suffer from dysmenorrhea in a menstrual cycle (Calis, 2011). Menstrual disorders require special attention because if not handled can affect the quality of life and activities of daily living (Iacovides, 2013). The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of abdominal stretching exercise on pain intensity dysmenorrhoea. This study was conducted in Junior High School 1 Wonoboyo Temanggung. The method used quasi-experimental research design is one group pretest posttest. The population in this study were all students of Junior High School N 1 Wonoboyo the academic year 2015/2016 with a history of dysmenorrhoea in the last 2 months (December and January) as many as 55 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample of 48 respondents. The results showed that the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain abdominal stretching before exercise 75% of respondents experienced a moderate dysmenorrhea and there were 8 respondents severe dysmenorrhoea. The intensity of dysmenorrhea pain after abdominal stretching exercise showed that out of 48 respondents, no respondents with severe dysmenorrhea pain and 85% had moderate dysmenorrhea. P value 0.000 and the value of z = 4, 689 means no abdominal stretching exercise influence on the intensity of pain dysmenorrhoea with. From the results of this study are expected Adolescents who experience painful menstruation or dysmenorrhea should do abdominal stretching exercise to reduce the intensity of the pain.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of soybean tempeh nuggets consumption to weight gain stunting. This research was conducted in Tlogomulyo Primary Health Care Temanggung. This research is a quasi experimental design with Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population was all children under five with malnutrition status using total sampling technique sampling. The results showed that consumption of soy tempeh nuggets effective against weight gain stunting in the work area Tlogomulyo Temanggung 2016 with a p value of 0.000. From the results of the study are expected midwife can improve health services, especially to address malnutrition among children under five by providing health education to mothers about the nutritional needs of toddlers by providing food ingredients derived from soy tempe having a protein content as the one food that can increase the weight toddler body.

Screening IVA inspection helpful to know that there are lesions on the cervix. The incidence of cervical cancer in Wonosobo 1.1% higher than the incidence in Central Java province and 1.5% higher than the incidence of cervical cancer in Indonesia. This research method using cross sectional analytic method correlational retrospective approach and supported by qualitative. Samples of all women of childbearing age who check the cervix with IVA method in Wonosobo district health center in 2013, as many as 1710 people The results of the bivariate statistical analysis using chi square p value = 0.043 with RP = 1,638 (CI 95% to the value range 1023 -2622). This means that there is a significant relationship between history kaknker in families with positive VIA test results. Cancer family history is a risk factor for cervical lesions WUS in Wonosobo regency. Conclusions history of cancer in families at risk of cervical lesions occur 1,831 times compared WUS patients with no history of cancer in the family. WUS age and the age of first sexual activity is a risk factor protective whereby 95% confidence interval for the number one in women of reproductive age
