Abstract

Kurniawan, 2018. “Public infrastructure is an important determinant forincreasing per capita income in certain areas”. Economic Science,Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri.The purpose of this research is to know the existence of publicinfrastructure, that is, electricity infrastructure of drinking water consumerand transportation (long way) is important determination to influenceincome per capita. Partially through t-test of three pairs of variables of thisstudy, that is the net water variable (X2) has no correlation to the increaseof income per capita in Nganjuk regency. The results rejected previousresearch by Nuritasari (2013), Muhammad & Sari, Diana (2015) andValeriani (2016). While variable of electricity customer (X1) and length ofroad (X3) become important determination to change of income percapita. The results support previous research conducted by Nuritasari(2013), Muhammad & Sari, Diana (2015), Valeriani (2016).However, simultaneously (F test) that public infrastructure ie electricitycustomer (X1), clean water subscriber (X2) and road length (X3)significantly affect the change of income per capita (Y). Researchers usesaturated sample data or all time series data from 2000-2016 collectedfrom the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Nganjuk. Thomas, 2018. “Analysis of factors – factors that affect consumersatisfaction in using bottled drinking water Akuen in Wamena”.Management, Yapis University Papua.This study aims to determine what factors affect consumer satisfactionin using drinking water brand Akuen in Wamena. This research consist ofone variable that is : factors influencing consumer satisfaction withindicator – indicator : image factor, service factor, quality and locationfactor. Population and sample to be taken is equal to 60 people by usingrandom sampling technique of collecting data used is by interview andquestioner. Technique of collecting data used is by interview andquestioner. Technique testing instrument data used is multiple regressionanaliysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The result of theresearch shows that together image, service, quality and locationinfluence to consumer decision inchoosing drinking water of brandpackaging Akuen in Wamena. This indicates that the reliable image ofdrinking water products in providing services to consumers,satisfactoryemployee services and improved drinking water quality factors desiresand strategic location is easy to reach while individually, image,service,quality and location have a positive and significant on consumersatisfaction in choosing brand bottled drinking water Akuen in Wamenathat is well known in the community and a high sense of care can increaseconsumer satisfaction in using brand drinking water Akuen in Wamena.Keywords: Analysis of factors –factors that affect consumer satisfaction inusing bottled drinking water.

In the world of education performanceteacher holds an important role. The success of the renewal of the schoollargely determined by the performance of teachers. The performance is a topachievement of the objectives of the organization which may take the form ofquantitative or qualitative output, creativity, flexibility, dependability, or otherthings that are desired by the organization. This study used a qualitativeapproach. Research conducted at SMK Bhakti Husada Blora. Data analysisusing interactive data analysis i.e. analysis which takes place concurrentlywith the data collection process. The results of this research is the mentalattitude of teachers: teachers work discipline SMK Bhakti Husada Blora ishigh, the motivation of working is quite large and the work ethic is goodenough. Level of education: formal education meets the specified standards,education and training, Bintek and seminars is still lacking. The skills ofteachers that includes the making of a daily work plan (RKH), masterylearning methods, and the grading system is quite good. The supervision ofthe head of school: the school principal has been carrying out theconstruction, supervision and assessment of the teachers at SMK BhaktiHusada Blora. Management leadership: the head of school has been carryingout supervision of learning and performance assessment leadership style on aregular basis, the head of the school is quite good. Health: in general physicalhealth and mental Health of the teachers SMK Bhakti Husada is quite good,but there is no guarantee of good health from health insurance nor the BPJSincurred by the school. Social security: schools have not been able to providesocial security for Health teachers SMK Bhakti Husada Blora. The mastery ofinformation technology: SMK Bhakti Husada Health has not been optimallyutilizing the technology information system to carry out the study as well asservice to the community. The opportunity: an accomplished teachers lesscompeted to improve his work.Key words: teacher, performance, assessment

Research conducted at the Service Office awealth of State and an auction. Research conducted using qualitativeapproach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews,documentation, and observation/observation. Data analysis techniquesusing interactive analysis models. Results of the study shows that theprocedure's E-auction services On Service Office a wealth of State andSurakarta Auction consists of 11 stages, all stages conducted meleluiinternet media, the level of satisfaction of the public against the E-Auction,belongs to the satisfied, because the expectations of society.Keywords: quality of service and E-Auction.

Potentials owned by the village culture, natural beauty,and creative industries be used as capital to increase people's income.One of the tourism in Bandung Regency is Mekarsari village, PasirjambuSubdistrict. Mekarsari tourism village is unlikely to develop without theattention of various parties including local government. The purpose ofthis research is to know how far the role of local government in supportingMekarsari tourism village destination. The research method used isdescriptive analytical with qualitative approach. Data collection techniquesconsist of primary data obtained from respondents and secondary data inthe form of literature, scientific journals both nationally and internationally.From the results of research conducted obtained the results thatmekarsari tourism village to grow and develop with the support ofsurrounding communities in an effort to improve welfare. The role of thegovernment and the banking world is less contributing in developing thevillage of Mekarsari as a tourist village.Keywords: Village Tourism, Cisondari Village, Local government.

Unpublished.This study aims to analyze the empowerment of difabel idiot communityand encourage the empowerment of people with disabilities in the VillageKarangpatihan Balong District Ponorogo East Java Province. Theresearch method used qualitative approach, conducted in KarangpatihanVillage, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java, implemented fromOctober 2016 until January 2017. Data Collection Technique uses indepthinterview, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniqueis done interactively. Result of the research: (1) The empowerment ofpeople with idiot difabel in Karangpatihan Village, Balong Sub-district,Ponorogo Regency, East Java, is done by village apparatus led by Headof Village in cooperation with Self-Help Group (KSM) Rumah HarapanBangkit in coaching and productive activities in form of cassette making,tasbeh And batik. To support the implementation of disabled communityeducation, Karangpatihan village government established early childhood"SMART. (2) Inhibiting factors are communication problems,communication difficulties between village apparatus, KSM administratorsand counterparts with persons with disabilities, the number of personswith disabilities with unequal counterparts, and availability of matmaterials dependent on other parties. In terms of implementation there isno regulation that can be used as a legal umbrella of suchimplementation. The encouraging factors include: community harmonyand living culture bergotongroyong, growing and berkengang communitycreativity to empower people with disabilities idiots, the willingness ofcitizens to make people with disabilities idiots become independentcommunities, the support of village and local government tools to supportcommunity activities difabel idiots, and the support of industry awarenessof the empowerment of people with disabilities.Keywords: Policy, Empowerment, Disability

Unpublished.This thesis describes the process of implementing operational policies toincrease male participation in Family Planning in Gilingan Sub District,Banjarsari District, City of Surakarta.Implementation of operational policies inincreasing male participation in Family Planning in Gilingan Sub District,Banjarsari District, City of Surakarta uses The Policy Theory of George C.Edward, III, and Van Metter & Van Horn, which are: 1) Communication, 2)Resources, 3) Disposition, 4) Structure of Bureaucracy, 5) Dimension andPurpose of Policy, 6) Economy, Social, and Cultural Conditions.Regulation ofThe Minister for Women Empowerment/ Head of BKKBN No. 70/ HK-010/B5/2001 on Organization and Working Procedure of National FamilyPlanning Coordinating Agency (BKKBN) Province and Regency/Cityregulates forming a Male Participatory Increase Section under the Division ofFamily Planning and Health Reproduction Control. This section is in chargeof preparing socially adaptable information packages, also preparing anddeveloping target segmentation to increase Family Planning maleparticipants. The implementation in subdistricts/villages and districts will beconducted by PLKBs (Family Planning Field Instructors) and PKBs (FamilyPlanning Instructors) and their respective Coordinators.ResearchMethodology being used is qualitative descriptive. Data collecting techniqueuses interviews and documentations. Data analysis techniques used isInteractive Analysis Model (Miles and Huberman). The conclusions of thisstudy are: 1) Communication aspect: presence of several socializations,there is consistency and clarity between socializations, and instructors areable to cooperate with related parties and to use many publication andpromotion medias. 2) Resources aspect: availability of good quality humanresource that is the instructors, resource availability of government budget,resource availability of equipment and tools, resource availability ofauthorized programme. 3) Disposition aspect: presence of positiveperception from the PLKBs and PKBs, existence of real and concreteservices from the instructors. 4) Structure of Organization aspect:organizational structure is already formed, roles and responsibilities isalready distributed. 5) Dimension and Purpose of Policy aspect: compatibilitybetween Family Planning and the purpose of bureaucratic reform that isimplementing clean government and good governance. 6) Economy, Social,and Cultural Conditions aspect: presence of support from Sub Districtofficials and related agencies, also conducive community situation inimplementing this policy.Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Operational, Participation
