Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar meliputi bagian pengadaan dan pengembangan koleksi, pengolahan bahan pustaka, pelayanan sirkulasi, layana OPAC (Online Public Acces Catalog), layanan e-journal, internet, dan layanan koleksi digital. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berdampak positif dan efisien terhadap peningkatan layanan dan pelaksanaan tugas pustakawan serta temu balik informasi kepada pemustaka. Hambatan yang terjadi adalah kurangnya perhatian dan dukungan personal, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, dan kurangnya SDM yang menguasai TIK. Hambatan lain karena pilihan teknologi yang kurang tepat atau sudah ketinggalan. Kata kunci: Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, otomasi      Abstract The use of information and communication technology at the Hasanuddin University Library includes the procurement and development of materials, processing of library materials, circulation services, OPAC services (Online Public Access Catalog), e-journal services, internet, and digital collection services. The use of information and communication technology has a positive impac and efficient on improving services, the implementation of librarian duties and information retrieval for library users. The obstacles that occur are a lack of support and personal attention, a lack of facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of human resources who master ICT. Abstract

This study examines articles of sociology using bibliometric studies. A bibliometric study of this article is important to determine the development of sociology. This study aims to determine obsolescence, half-life, and to find out the results of ZIPF's postulate for 2015-2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a bibliometric study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 10 articles in 2015-2018. The results showed that the half life in the Sociology article was the highest, which was 24 years, and the zipf postulate of this Sociology article with the highest word ranking, namely the 11th rank of the article entitled Adolescent Behavior Using Gadgets: Sociological Analysis of Educational Theory.
