Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service during the Covid 19 pandemic at Loa Duri Ilir Public Health Center, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, and to determine the inhibiting factors of service at Loa Duri Ilir Puskesmas, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The focus of this research is Service Quality during the Covid 19 Pandemic at Loa Duri Ilir Puskesmas, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, by analyzing: Service Procedures, Service Time, Service Costs, Service Products and Service Provider Organizations and Inhibiting Factors for Services at Loa Puskesmas Duri Ilir, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview, Documentation, Literature Study, and Data Analysis used is an interactive data analysis model (Miles & Huberman). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the service quality during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Loa Duri Ilir Puskesmas, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency is good enough in providing services to the community. Starting from service procedures that are in accordance with the Operational Standards and Procedures applied during the Covid 19 pandemic, Service time in providing services during the Covid 19 pandemic at Loa Duri Ilir Puskesmas is in accordance with the regulations recommended by the Regional Government and the Central Government, Service costs In accordance with what is obtained, service products in providing services to residents who seek treatment are in accordance with the expectations and needs of residents who receive services, Service provider organizations in the problem of providing services about complaints, suggestions, and criticism are very open. Only in service during a pandemic covid 19, constrained by service time reduced in accordance withregulations applicable and restrictions on medical treatment room due to their social distancing to prevent berkerumunan in one room in a long period of time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the company's financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk by referring to the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 based on the idea that as a state-owned company (BUMN) it should be in a healthy category of performance.The research question examined in this study was whether the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk in 2015 to 2019 is categorized as healthy?This study was conducted using financial management theory, especially financial performance, which focuses on several aspects of assessment. The analysis tools used are Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, CollectionPeriods, Inventory Turnover, Total Assets Turnover / Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Total Equity Ratio (TMS) to (TA). ).The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. assessed based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 in 2015, 2017 and 2019 were categorized as less healthy. Meanwhile, the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Assessed based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 in 2016 and in 2018 categorized as healthy.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of the Current Ratio (CR) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) on the stock prices of Transportation Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. .The theoretical basis of this research is financial management which focuses on each ratio measured by Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA).The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The data used are financial statement data from 2015 to 2018 in the Transportation Sub-Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The results show that the Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the stock prices of the Transportation Sub-Sector in 2015-2018. Debt Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on the Stock Price of the Transportation Sub-Sector in 2015-2018, Return On Assets has a significant positive effect on the Share Price of the Transportation Sub-Sector in 2015-2018. Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) simultaneously affect stock prices.

Abstract

In this study, using data collection techniques with library research, field studies, namely by collecting data through observation, documentation, and interviews to obtain clearer information in accordance with what is needed in the study. describe the principles of assigning employees to the Settlement and Housing Office of East Kutai Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors faced in the principles of assigning employees to the Settlement and Housing Office of East Kutai RegencyOne of the main principles of placing an employee in a position is placing the right person in the right place (The Right Man In The Right Place). However, in reality the placement of a person's position is often incorrect in their placement, as in the East Kutai Regency Settlement and Housing Office, some of the highest positions held by some of its employees do not comply with the appropriate educational standards. Taking into account the limitations of the writer's ability and time, this study focuses on the principles of assigning employees on this basis. It is hoped that employees will be more motivated to do their jobs in order to obtain new positions and assignments through an organized and healthy career development system so that a government apparatus and organization is formed. accountable and qualified.In conclusion, the principles of employee placement have been implemented quite well, but there are still obstacles in their implementation. This is evidenced by the presence of several employees who are not placed in accordance with predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Hospitals are non-profit organizations whose goals are humanitarian, but over time hospitals, especially private hospitals, in carrying out their organizational functions are inseparable from business. One of the private business-oriented hospitals is the Siloam hospital network. For the people of big cities, the name Siloam is familiar because considering the Lippo business group which is quite involved in running this health service business. This is inseparable from the brand communication made by Siloam in building networks, partners and acquisitions of Siloam hospitals throughout Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Siloam hospitals carry out brand communication in introducing identities, health care products, and services that will be provided by the hospital to the wider community through attributes, benefits, values, culture, personality, and service users.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence and role of local wisdom of oral speech culture as the social glue and social harmonization of the people of East Kalimantan. Local wisdom is one of the instruments to reduce or minimize the problems of social conflict, intolerance, radicalism and other forms of violence. One form or form of local wisdom is the local wisdom of oral speech culture as the national glue that has been passed down by our ancestors, the nation's founders as one of the norms, customs and principles in stepping to create calm, peace, glue and harmony in social life and patriotic.The focus of the research, namely: the name of the Local Wisdom of the Oral Culture), the Textual Definition of the local wisdom, the History / Origin of the local wisdom, the description of the implementation of local wisdom in the daily behavior of the community, the Moral Values that are owned / contained from the local wisdom, Evidence in the form of Documents / Photos Portraits as illustrations in life, and the current condition of local wisdom, is it still Live or Live out in the life of the community.The results show the local wisdom of oral speech culture, namely the words of King Senduru when he was crowned the King of Nature can be seen in the Collection of Folk Stories in Kutai, Pemda Kabupaten Kutai, 1977). Moral Value Contained in local wisdom in making decisions should always prioritize deliberation, no one will feel defeated so as to avoid resentment and resentment. Abstract

The research is aimed to investigate and analyze the soundness of commercial banks, based on Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Regulation No. 14/SEOJK.03/2017. The sample in this study was PT. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk, period 2014-2018. The analytical tool used is the Bank's health report on factors that use the net performing loan (NPL) ratio and the ratio of loans to deposits (LDR), corporate governance factors using self-assessment reports of good corporate governance (GCG), profitability factors with using the ratio of return on assets (ROA) and net interest margin (NIM) and capital factors using the capital adequacy ratio (CAR).The results of this study indicate that from the results of the study, commercial banks, commercial banks with results that are less healthy and unhealthy. Based on the NPL ratio in 2014 with unhealthy results, based on the LDR ratio in 2016 and 2017 with fairly healthy results. Based on the factors of corporate governance / GCG in 2014 the results of the assessment were not good.Based on the ROA ratio in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018 with unhealthy results and in 2017 with fairly healthy results. Based on the NIM ratio in 2014 with Unhealthy results and in 2015 with Unhealthy Results. And based on the CAR ratio of all banks in the healthy category (very healthy, healthy, quite healthy).

Abstract

The Effect of Quality of Public Service on The Level of Community Satisfaction in Tanjung Selor Sub-District Office of Bulungan Regency. This study aims to find out how the Influence of Public Service Quality on The Level of Community Satisfaction in the District Office Tanjung Selor Bulungan Regency.The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between public service variables and community satisfaction variables in the District Office of Tanjung Selor Bulungan Regency. This can be seen from the results of statistical tests where the coefficient of regression X of 0.826 states that every addition of 1% of the value of Public Servants, the value of Public Satisfaction increases by 0.826. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of variable X on variable Y is positive.Then based on the results of the Hypothesis Test can be explained that the amount of correlation value r calculate or relationship (R) is 0.766. Price r table for error level of 5% with n = 36 obtained 0.329 and for 1% = 0.424. Since the price of r calculates greater than the table r for both errors of 5% and 1% (0.766 > 0.424 > 0.329), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship of 0.766 between Public Service and Public Satisfaction. From the output above obtained the result of coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.587 which contains the understanding that the influence of public service variables (X) on Public Satisfaction (Y) is 58.7% This means the influence of Public Service variables (X) on Public Satisfaction (Y) is large / significant, the remaining 41.3% is determined by other factors not studied in the study.Meanwhile, based on coefficients table which is the output of Simple Linear Regression Test can be taken that, from the table Coefficients obtained a value less than 0.005 ( 0.001 < from 0.005) so that it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study can be proven to be true. Then based on the value of t-count, it can be known that the value of t-count of 6951 is greater t-table 2.02809 so that it can be concluded that public service variable (X) affects the variable Community Satisfaction (Y).So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of public service variables with public satisfaction variables, thus it can also be said that the formulation of problems in the research has been answered and the hypothesis proposed has proven to be correct.
