Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the perception of the consumer of the motorcycle of Honda Trade Mark in Kutai Kartanegara.This research is held in 3 months in . Kutai Kartanegara.The data  collection by : Field Work Research by observing and giving questioners., Library Research).The analisis of the data is by   Arithmatic Mean; and  Chi Square Test.The results of the research are :The average rate of the consumers is that they like the ones which thin body, easily to ride, good striping, effiient and the high sale value.The Honda Beat is good enough. The value of the consumer perception is < than Chi value degrees table (10,597There is no difference betweeen man and womn towards Honda Beat.

Abstract

Since the birth of Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning about industrial disputes settlement, the parties to the dispute becomes easier and aided in order to settle a dispute between them. Instrument provided also become more diverse compared to the old rules. Like instrument of mediation, conciliation and arbitration. However, in the application stage, not many people understand the difference between the disputing mediation and conciliation which in terms of the origin and function of mediation from conciliation has a characteristic that varies as a mediator in the nature of a passive mediation while in conciliation konsiliatornya more active in resolving disputes. In the settlement of industrial disputes mediation is used as the main instrument for solving broader scope than conciliation. Mediation can handle disputes over rights, interests, employment termination (PHK) and disputes between unions in one company. Conciliation made limited progress on conflict of interest, termination of employment disputes and disputes between unions in one company. Although in reality most of the industrial dispute that involves a dispute over rights. The writing instrument of mediation and conciliation mengkomparasi comprehensively describe the advantages and disadvantages of each such instrument.

Abstract

Regent of East Kutai in 2007 issued a Mining Permit for General Survey (PU) being applied by the PT Sarita Prima Coal, so regent issued a decree East Kutai Regent Number: 597/02.188.45/HK/XI/2007 concerning Permit Renewal Authority Mining General Survey to PT. Sarita Prima Coal covering 25,000 hectares which is located in Muara District Ancalong East Kutai regency.After a year since the permits issued and carried out evaluation of the company's mining permit holders in the East Kutai regency, which is meant the company was PT.Sarita Prima Coal, including those considered to neglect the rights and obligations for mining and other efforts related to the environment and so forth based on findings of which have never paid Fund Appropriation Region, Pays Fixed Annual Fee and Guarantee all seriousness has never been paid to Local Government. From the results of studies of and evaluation of Spatial Control Team and the East Kutai regency, then based on the Decree on the second dictum h letter issued on the permit holder and the East Kutai District Regulation Number : 13 Year 2004 on Regional General Mining Permit Article 20 paragraph 1 letter c, then the Regents authority to revoke the permit issued Decree East Kutai Regent Number :  188.4.45/569/HK/XI/2008 concerning Revocation of DecreeEast Kutai Regent  Number : 597/02.188.45/HK/XI/2007 about Mining Permit Renewal Public Inquiry to PT. Sarita Prima Coal covering 25,000 hectares which is located in Muara District Ancalong East Kutai regency.License Revoked by the Regents and / or other authorized officials, because, in violation of applicable regulations as contained in the regulation of this area, and / or other legislation applicable in the field of mining and did not meet the obligations specified in the relevant Permit, Holder IUP who did not carry out mining activities without giving reasons that can be accountedfor.Revocation of this is the PT. Sarita Prima Coal who feel aggrieved to sue the local government in this case as a regent who issue permits. The law suit filed in Samarinda State Administrative Court. At the first level Court decision dated June 25, 2009, the Defendant is the regent of East Kutai won. Plaintiff PT. Sarita Prima Coal appealed to the Court of Level II in the State Administrative High Court of Jakarta which is precisely the verdict in favor of the plaintiff even / Comparative PT. Sarita Prima Coal. The process of both parties are parties of the Local Government to re-appeal to the Supreme Court until now the process is still ongoing.Implementation of the mining of the existing system in the East Kutai regency there are some weaknesses, namely the Environmental Control, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication, Monitoring, including the permit issued.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to know the correlation between the working motivation , the level of the education and the expirience of the training and the performance of he staff in the Education Service in Malang Regency. The problem formulations are : (1) How is the performance the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?,{2) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (3) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (4) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (5) How is the motivation  of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?  (6) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?, (7) How is the performance of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?. To solve  the problems above this research is designed as fllowss (1).The discriptive problems will be solved in the discriptive report.(2).To solve the quantitative problems will be solved in statistical way.For the second problem the design is correlation one held in Malang.The sample is using  Krejcie Table by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling .It is , therefore , the sample is 103 persons among 135 persons as population.                The results of the research by SPSS  are (1) The motivation of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good.(2) The education level  of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good. (3) The training exxperience of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is very law. (4) The performance  of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good. (5) There is found it is a  positive correlation  between the motivation and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang (6) There is a significant correlation  between the education level and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang dan (7) (6) There is a significant correlation  between the training experience and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang.Based on the results abaove , the researcher suggests as in the following among are  (1) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to the training. (2) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to continue their studies.(3) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to pay the finance of the training. (4) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to the training. (5) The experrience of the staff training is only to give a small effect to the performancee  so it is good to evaluate the training activities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the objective of the finance report (business and non-business) as the main component of the conceptual Financial Accounting Standars Board (FASB) .The method of the research is a library one by electronic media and some literature/books . It makes an effort to plug in the accounting  by focusing to the investor and creditor as the dominant  position .The decisition of them is the one to be   served by the information holders through the report.  It must be useful for the users and having value or utility to decisition making of them by way of reliabilty and relevance.There are not only  investor as well as creditor but also the free riders as the users of the information . The accounting informations covering company wealth, income, and economic events. The finance reports ar expected to help the users to make an  economic  disicion becaues the high economic rentability and marginal profit motivate the managers to give detailed information .by those will ensure the investor towrds the profitabilty and encaourage compensation towards the managemen.The report of the accounting must be based on  the standard opertional procedure .which influences the economic actors which is hoped , therefore , the prosperity distribution will happen through the three particpant namely investor and creditor as intended users, and others as free riders and  manajement as reporting entity.The usage of the inforrmation for the investor reserched emperically through the relation of  the published ccounting information  with the change of the security value of the company will be useful for the assestment of the company concerned.

Abstract

 The problem of this study is whether the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of a significant effect on customer loyalty, and of the five variables examined which has the most dominant and significant influence on customer loyalty at Cafe D 'Puncak in Samarinda.Marketing management is the analysis, planning, implementation and monitoring of programs aimed at causing exchanges with target markets with a view to achieving the company's goals. The first hypothesis of this study is the quality of service which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of a significant effect on customer loyalty at Cafe D'Puncak in Samarinda and the second hypothesis is the reliability (reability) has the most dominant influence and significant customer loyalty at Cafe  D'Puncak in             Samarinda.                The population of this study is that consumers Cafe D'Puncak, while the sample is the smallest part of the population that is considered representative or may represent respondents overall. In this study, researchers took 50 samples. The sampling technique using nonprobability sampling that the incidental technique. Where sampling by coincidence, that anyone who by chance met with researchers can be used as a sample if the person who happened to be found are considered suitable as a source of data.               The data that has been collected in an analysis using multiple linear regression. The formula used to calculate the linear regression is: Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b5X5 + e. The author using SPSS.               Based on the analysis and discussion, showed that the quality of services such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings support the first hypothesis. Variables are dominant and significant effect is variable physical evidence. These findings reject both               hypotheses.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of acceptance of usability, acceptance ease of use and psychological influences to attitude in using information technology. Attitude will influence the behavior specifically in utilizing information technology concern shown by the behavior. Data was obtained through the questionnaire survey with a purposely sampling technique with the criteria,accountants who utilize tax website that www.pajak.go.idin performing their work. Accountants who are being sampled of this study is accountants in private companies. Analysis of the data in this research uses Structura lEquation Modeling (SEM) with an alternative method of PLS(Partial Least Square) which is assisted with the application program Smart PLS.Based on the results of the research be concluded that 1) there is no significant relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude variables in the utilization of tax website (www.pajak.go.id.); 2) there is a significant relationship between the variables of perceived ease of use and attitude in the use of website taxation (www.pajak.go.id); 3) there is no significant relationship between the variables of psychological attachment and attitude in the utilization of tax website (www.pajak.go.id); 4) there is a significant relationship between attitude and behavior variables intention to use the website taxation(www.pajak.go.id).

Abstract

ABC ketchup is ketchup first time in Indonesia produced by ABC PT.Heinz Indonesia.Destination this study to determine the effect of advertising and brand awareness on product purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC  soy sauce in Samarinda Indonesia and to know between advertising and brand awareness, which is more variable influence on the purchasing decisions of soy sauce PT.Heinz ABC in Indonesia in Samarinda.A primary issue in the writing of this study is whether advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia samarinda.Basic theory used marketing management, advertising, brand awareness and decision purchase.Hypothesis: advertising and brand awareness significantly influence purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce in Indonesia and advertising samarinda dominant influence on purchasing decisions on PT.Heinz ABC soy sauce Indonesia in samarinda.The analytical tool used ismultiplelinearregression.These results gain coefficient of determination (R2) of the regression equation of 0.773 or 77.3% which shows that advertising and brand awareness simultaneously accounted for 77.3% of the purchase decision (Y) ABC soy sauce in the village river siring northern districts samarinda samarinda city.The simultaneous influence of proving that the influence of these two variables proved and of the two variables are the most influential advertising variable (X1). From the results of these studies should further improve Ketchup ABC advertising program with the program more attractive and more appropriate use of the media to increase brand awareness so that consumers' purchasing decisions Ketchup ABC increasing. In addition, Ketchup Company ABC should consider other means of promotion in addition to advertising in order of performance and corporate objectives can be achieved with more good. technique this study support the hypothesis.

Abstract

 This  research is held in East Kalimantan during the year of 2012 to 2014 .The method of the research is kualitatif one.The collection of the data is taken from the library ,and news paper.The theory of the dependent and independent variables taken from literature  such as books in the library of the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda and others.The news was taken from newspapers Tribun Kaltim and Kaltimpost.The result of the research is that most of the DOB in East Kalimantan is succesful in managing the government.Especially for the South-East Kalimantan as the pormising DOB (new area autonomy)  is still in the discusssion because there are many arguments whether people agreee or disagree .Some who agree they say that its better to make DOB (new area autonomy)  South-East Kalimantan to encourage the area to develop.On the other hand who do not agree to have DOB  South-East Kalimantan it is imposible to do because the resource of the area is very limited.
