Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of debit cards and electronic money to consumption expenditure Development Economics of students, State University of Malang. The type of this research is quantitative research, and data used is primary data from questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample in this research is 150 students out from 240 students in Development Economics, Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. The results indicate that according to the hypothesis test there is a positive and significant influence between the use of debit cards and electronic money to consumption expenditure of Development Economics student, State University of Malang students of 2014. The use of debit cards and electronic money also affect the students consumption expenditure. It is caused by non-cash payments are easy to use. Psychologically, anyone will spend their money easier in non-cash payment than in cash form. The results of this research indicate that Development Economics students in State University of Malang are consumptive. Keywords: e-money, consumption expenditure, debt card

Abstract

The development of internet in Indonesia is quite fast and the majority of users are students. Internet growth made every fields include banking provided internet based service that called internet banking. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors that affect student’s intention to use internet banking by used the combination model of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Independent variables used in this research are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norm, and Experience. While the dependent variable is Student’s Intention to Use Internet Banking. The results show that perceived ease of use and experience are significantly influence students to use internet banking and  perceived usefulness and subjective norm are unsignificantly influence students to use internet banking. The usefulness of internet banking did not make the students feel interested to use internet banking, one of the reasons is usefulness of internet banking is limited to non-cash transaction  Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norm, Experience, TAM, internet banking

Abstract

The development of investment credit and working capital credit in the regencies/ municipalities in East Java so rapidly, with an average of over 20% per year from 2003 to 2012. The benefit of the credit on the increase in output, employment and the social welfare need to be evaluated. This study finding that the benefit of the investment credit for the social welfare is negative, but the usefulness of working capital credit is positive. After the analysis is done, the cause is the shift of investment from labor-intensive to capital-intensive investments, where in capital intensive investment, labor absorption is low. As a further consequence, social welfare decreased despite increase in investment credit occur. It is advisable to make an investment credit policies that easy accessable to micro, small and cooperatives that can absorb more labor than of medium and large enterprises. Keywords: investment credit, working capital credit, output, labour absorption

Abstract

This study aims to determine how is the contribution, growth, effectivity level of parking retribution towards district own source revenue of Malang Regency in 2010-2014 and how realization of forecasting trends parking fees of Malang Regency in 2015-2019. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The data chosen are secondary datas which are realization and targets of parking retribution in Malang Regency as well as realization and targets  district own source revenue of Malang Regency region in 2010-2014 period. The results showed (1) The contribution of parking retribution towards district own source revenue of Malang Regency experiences fluctuation. This is caused by the renewal of regional regulation about policy official announcement of parking costs. (2) The growth of parking retribution experiences fluctuation. This is pursuant to realization of parking retribution which is focused only on the targets achievement without considering the history growth of it in previous years. (3) Effectivity level of parking retribution towards district own source revenue of Malang Regency classified effective. (4) The realization trend forecasting parking fees of Malang Regency in 2015-2019 continues to increase. Keywords : region revenue, parking retribution, contribution

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the influence of foreign direct investments, domestic direct investments, and capital expenditures towards the Indonesia economic growth 2010-2013. Quantitative research design was employed in this study. The data used are secondary data with panel data. Panel data utilized cross section data comprising 33 provinces in Indonesia while the use of time series data in 2010-2013. The analysis method applied was panel regression analysis method with a Fixed Effect model. The result of this study demonstrated foreign direct investments, domestic direct investments, and capital expenditures have positive and significant influences towards provincial economic growth in Indonesia from the year 2010-2013 partially and simultaneously.Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Direct Investment, Capital Expenditure, Economic Growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find perception Sanitair industrial central’s businessman associated of financial literacy level, financial literacy pattern, and impact of financial literacy to the people in surrounding. This research is using qualitative and designed for qualitative case study. The research is conducted in sanitair businessman’s community. The researcher did a research before having problems by using interviews and observations. The analysis techniques used are data reducing, data display and conclusion.The conclusion of the research showed that there are 3 levels; well literate, sufficient literate, and less literate. All of them are making a positive pattern and medium level. Abstract

Regional Income is income earned something of a region directly. The greater the income the greater the area of regional development can be implemented in accordance with the regional budget. In order to compile this study, the authors conducted a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Namely to describe the phenomenon that is qualitatively with expectations could potentially open-interpretation of subjective interpretation. By interpreting the data on the reception pattern profit company owned by the regional implications to increase revenue in the budget Lamongan District Government. This research was conducted in the district of Lamongan in January to June 2015. Based on the results of the analysis of the calculation of the contribution that profit enterprises in the year 2010 to the year 2014 still has contribution but not optimal. This means that the profit enterprises still contribute to regional revenue Lamongan though not completely.Keywords: Regional Income, Local Company, Regionally-Owned Enterprises

Abstract

Income inequality in Indonesia has been worse for the past ten years, therefore the right policy is really needed to reduce inequality. However, to know what is the right policy that can reduce income inequality, studies about the inequality itself is necessary. The purpose of this study is to give picture about in what condition high inequality happened and why inequality increased. The methods used are static decomposition and decomposition of changes inequality or dynamic decomposition. The result of this study show that highest inequality happened between population with different education level of household head. There was indication that education level of household head already increased, but it still did not contribute significantly to reduce inequality. Therefore to reduce inequality, Indonesian people should be supported to increase their education level.    Keywords: changes inequality; dynamic decomposition; inequality; static decomposition

Abstract

A programme of reducing garbage leads the community, government, and corporate field to attentively limit the trash heap, recycling, and reusing garbage through the efficient and well-regulated efforts commonly called 3R Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Probolinggo is the town in which developing regulate a policy of management garbage with Waste Bank by 3R concepts. This research aims to find out the management and role of Waste Bank in Probolinggo. It is conducted by using qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection is obtained by using direct observation and interview to resource. The result shows that 3R concepts used by waste bank in Probolinggo is carried out fairly well in working along with society particularly in sorting the garbage. Therefore, aware of environmental issues is not on government but society will cooperatively in role to protect environment. Waste bank is economically good for society beside environmentally worthwhile.Keywords: 3R Concept, Waste Bank, Society
