Abstract

The Purpose of economic development in Batu city basically are to realize the prosperous society, both materially and spiritually. To achieve this purpose the government of Batu city implement various economic development program. The impact that are often forgotten is regional disparity. This Research aimed to analysis how large the regional disparity happen in each district, identifying causes and effort to overcome the disparity. The Results using Williamson Index, Entropi Theil Index showed that disparity in Junrejo district are more highly than two other district. Based on pearson correlation show that are realtionship between economic growth with disparity that happen in Batu city. Keywords: Disparity, Economic Growth, Entropi Theil, Williamson

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the firm commitment to the environment in achieving social live welfare. This research aims to analyze the effect of CSR of PT. Batamindo Investment Cakrawala to social live welfare. The indicators of CSR are corporate social responsibility goal, corporate social issues, and corporate relation program. The indicators of welfare live are progress on health, education, and economic activity. Based on ordinary least square, this research concludes: corporate social responsibility goal, corporate social issue, and corporate relation program PT. BIC have a positive effect on social live welfare at Batamindo Industrial Area.Based on the findings, the policy of corporate social responsibility by PT. Batamindo Investment Cakrawala should be focused on local social values. This approach is very important in order the CSR program by firm can effectively and efficiently functioning. Abstract

Food is represent requirement of most elementary human being in experiencing their life,  so that food can be conceived of rights of human life. Relate at result of mapping by Bappeda Sub-Province of Malang (2007) and result of Mapping of food gristle area, district of Jabung become priority in handling of food gristle area. District of Jabung is district owning physical facility and non physical most minim. Therefore, according to researcher need the existence of relevant study about food gristle potency and also local characteristic and policy direction in improving food resilience District  of  Jabung  Malang Sub-Province. The Result of this research mapping of food gristle potency by using 12 indicators in District of Jabung have not village which enter priority handling of very area gristle, gristle and rather gristle. But that way in analysis each of  indicator of course thera are still rather area of  gristle, gristle or even very gristle. Policy direction of which can do is maximizing area potency district of Jabung either from facilities and basic facilities aspect and also the make-up of agricultural produce. Keywords: Gristle Food Potency, Policy Direction

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the influence of foreign direct investments, domestic direct investments, and capital expenditures towards the Indonesia economic growth 2010-2013. Quantitative research design was employed in this study. The data used are secondary data with panel data. Panel data utilized cross section data comprising 33 provinces in Indonesia while the use of time series data in 2010-2013. The analysis method applied was panel regression analysis method with a Fixed Effect model. The result of this study demonstrated foreign direct investments, domestic direct investments, and capital expenditures have positive and significant influences towards provincial economic growth in Indonesia from the year 2010-2013 partially and simultaneously.Keywords: Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Direct Investment, Capital Expenditure, Economic Growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find perception Sanitair industrial central’s businessman associated of financial literacy level, financial literacy pattern, and impact of financial literacy to the people in surrounding. This research is using qualitative and designed for qualitative case study. The research is conducted in sanitair businessman’s community. The researcher did a research before having problems by using interviews and observations. The analysis techniques used are data reducing, data display and conclusion.The conclusion of the research showed that there are 3 levels; well literate, sufficient literate, and less literate. All of them are making a positive pattern and medium level. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of rice distribution channels, as well as knowing the price received by farmers from the price paid by consumers, and those who enjoy the largest margin in the rice distribution channel. In that condition, confirmed by the obtained policy for rice distribution arrangement that is fair marketing margin. This research was conducted in the area Singosari Malang. Watugede village chosen as a sample, because the village has a community food distribution agency which is a program of the government which became the central point of rice production. The approach is quantitative descriptive analysis. Determination of respondents using purposive sampling is to select a sample of farmers as much as 100 people. Selected farmers based on the consideration of his cultivated rice area and education (ability to provide the required information).  Keywords: rice, business administration, marketing distribution channels

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the interest of students on the use of BRIZZI electronic money. This research is qualitative descriptive by using case study method or approach. The results showed that integrated KTM (Student Identity Card) does not increase the use of BRIZZI electronic money among students. Abstract

This research was to describe the government implementation of economic tourism policy and its impact on community through empowerment program in Batu City. As one of new autonomus region in east java, Batu City use geographic advantages that is concern in tourism sector to raise region economic development. Using qualitative fenomenology approach to analize. There are two strategic policy in Batu City that implementing in tourism development, first is conventional paradigm policy and then sustainable paradigm policy. Each implementation of the policy has brought different consequences and impact on development in Batu City. As a result, emerging programs aimed at improving the development of tourism to reduce conflicts that can occur and to increase community participation as empowerment through community based tourism concept, increasing the role of local SMEs and creating city branding called "Shining Batu". Success in community development in the area of tourism is determined from the role of stakeholders, and therefore required a synergy mindset and active participation of all entity to realize the welfare of society in Batu City.Keywords: tourism, government policy, community empowerment

Abstract

Indonesia has a diverse culture where culture is an attempt of a man to maintain their identity. The role of local culture on the characteristics of rural economic development will be explained through the Universal Cultural Elements. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the role of culture Ngadas Village Poncokusumo Malang on the characteristics of rural economic development, and (2) the characteristics of the village economic development Ngadas Poncokusumo Malang. This study used a qualitative approach, while the type of research is ethnography. Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation covering the cultural and economic development of the village. Results of the study are (1) the cultural community is very influential on the characteristics of rural economic development. Abstract

Regional Income is income earned something of a region directly. The greater the income the greater the area of regional development can be implemented in accordance with the regional budget. In order to compile this study, the authors conducted a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Namely to describe the phenomenon that is qualitatively with expectations could potentially open-interpretation of subjective interpretation. By interpreting the data on the reception pattern profit company owned by the regional implications to increase revenue in the budget Lamongan District Government. This research was conducted in the district of Lamongan in January to June 2015. Based on the results of the analysis of the calculation of the contribution that profit enterprises in the year 2010 to the year 2014 still has contribution but not optimal. This means that the profit enterprises still contribute to regional revenue Lamongan though not completely.Keywords: Regional Income, Local Company, Regionally-Owned Enterprises
