Abstract

Family support is crucial used by individuals to solve the problem, an effective family will help people to get good social interaction. Family support has been linked to an individuals response in the face of leprosy. The purpose of the study was to determine Relationships With Family Support Social Interaction In Hamlet source Glagah Tanjung Kenongo District Pacet Mojokerto. Design analytical research with cross sectional approach. Existing population leper families in the hamlet of the village of Tanjung Kenongo source Glagah Mojokerto District Pacet many as 180 people to obtain a sample of 45 people were taken by cluster random sampling. Independent variable and the dependent variable family support social interactions in patients with leprosy. The data were taken using a questionnaire. Having collected the data processing performed and followed by statistical test chi square test using SPSS version 17.0. research results show ρ (1,000) > α (0.05), so that H0is accepted it means there is no relationship between family support social interactions in patients with leprosy. Abstract

A child doesn’t have sins, really irritable to the environment and still depend on another. Children need happy life in safe and comfort condition in order to be able play and learn to adult optimally. But most of parents force their children to work to raise family income, everytime children can disturb their growth and development. This research is aimed to know description of orphan children abuse in Pulorejo Downtown Prajuritkulon Mojokerto. This research uses descriptive method. The population of this research is all of orphan children in Pulorejo Downtown Prajuritkulon Mojokerto as many as 23 childrens, Sampling technique used is total sampling technique. The result of this research shows that orphan children abuse in Pulorejo Downtown Prajuritkulon Mojokerto is all of respondent (100%) due to emotional abuse, neglected andcommercialization, 73.9% due to physical abuse, and 26.1% due to sexual abuse.Analysis of data used univariate analyze that result frequencies distribution and percentage. Abuse to the children is really hurt physically or emotionally, sexual abuse, neglected, commercial exploitation and anothe exploitation, that cause injury and real disadvantage or potential tothe children’s health, children life, dan children’s growth and development. This abuse need better and more serious handle from associated side not only government but also society.Key words:children, abuse, orphan

Abstract

Learning achievement is a measure of success in a learning process. Many factors affect a persons learning achievement. In this study only focused on achievement motivation factors and learning styles of students. Theoretically, learning achievements may be affected by the achievement motivation and learning style of the individual. Research Purposes: (1) Determine the effect of achievement motivation on learning achievement midwifery care of pregnant women (2) Determine the effect of differences in learning styles on learning achievement midwifery care of pregnant women (3) identifying interaction effect of achievement motivation and learning styles together on learning achievement midwifery care of pregnant women. Methods :The study design was a causal comparative research. Research target population is all students enrolled Midwifery third semester as a student active in the STIKes BinaSehatPPNI Mojokerto academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 171 people. Sample of 64 people selected by proportional cluster random sampling technique.Instrumen:There are two methods used to collect the data that is questionnaire and study documents such as documents the average value of the learning outcomes of midwifery care of pregnant women. Data were analyzed using two way ANOVA models Results: (1) There is a difference in learning achievement is very significant between students with high motivation with students who have low motivation with significance 0.002 < 0.05. ( 2 ) there is a difference of at least one of the differences of learning achievement pregnant women between students with a visual learning style , auditors and kinesthetic with significance 0.012 < 0.05 . (3) There is interaction between learning style and motivation to learn prestsai student with an F = 3.501 with a significance of 0.037 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is Determine the effect of achievement motivation and learning styles individually and jointly on learning achievement pregnant women in midwifery care midwifery students STIKes BinaSehat PPNI Mojokerto.Keyword: Achievement Motivation, Learning Styles, Learning Achievement Maternal Obstetric Care.

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting one of the most common early symptom and cause most of the stress associated with pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting are often overlooked because it is regarded as a normal consequence of the beginning of pregnancy without knowing the great impact it has had on pregnant women, especially in the fetus. Pregnant women do not have enough knowledge about morning sickness because of the lack of experience of the subject, so it can not determine the action that should be done. This research aims to determine independently handling morning sickness in pregnant women in BPM Hj. Ninik Artiningsih, SST., M. Kes Kelurahan Blooto Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto. This research use descriptive method with variable self handling morning sickness. The research population was all pregnant women have experienced morning sickness on May 2016 total of 33 people in BPM Hj. Ninik Artiningsih, SST., M. Kes Kelurahan Blooto Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto. The sampling technique used is consecutive sampling. The results showed that selfhandling morning sickness in pregnant women in BPM Hj. Ninik Artiningsih, SST., M. Kes Kelurahan Blooto Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon kota Mojokerto most are quite good, as many as 15 people (60%). Analysis of the data used is the frequency distribution table. Education level and occupation of respondents influence the handling of independently conducted by the respondent, where the higher education respondents would make respondents more easier to find information, and respondents who become housewives have more time so that it can carry out the handling independently against morning sickness.Keywords:Morning sickness,pregnancy, selfhandling.

Abstract

Origami is an art of paper folding resulting in a variety of shapes, for example shapes of animals, flowers or transportation. Origami can hone fine motor skills through the fingers of the hands of children while folding the paper. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of play origami on the development of motor skills in students in kindergarten Dharmawanita group B Wonokusumo village Mojosari District of Mojokerto. This study design is pre experiment with the approach of one group pretest-posttest design. Variable research is giving the game origami as an independent variable and development motoric skills of preschool children as the dependent variable. The research population is the whole student group B TK Dharma Wanita Wonokusumo village Mojokerto as many as 42 respondents. Samples were collected by use purposive sampling as many as 26 children. Data collected use the instrument DDST, before and afther to gived origami game, then analyzed editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and tested with the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test results showed α = 0.05 and ρ = 0,020 research results show that ρ <α so that H1 is accepted then there is the effect of origami game to the development of development motoic skills of preschool-aged children. Children who get a lot of stimulation or stimulation given to improve child development well stimulation was obtained from teachers or teachers of the facilities provided by the school, one of kind with origami game that same as with age of children and can stimulate the development of children with varians of models and form so that can train childrens ability to concentrate and kratifitas.Keywords: development motoic skills, preschoolers origami

Abstract

Motivation means a stimulus in human beings to act or behave. Motivation is influenced by several factors: age, education, information and employment status. The purpose of this reseach to know the description of motivation of Eligible woman to follow the Pap Smear inspection . This reseach used a descriptive design. The reseach was conducted on April 29, 2012. The population is all Eligible women who are married in kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Praurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto numbered in 41 people, while the sample numbered in 21 peope with sample taken using purposive sampling techniques. The variables in this reseach is single, that is Motivation of Eligible woman to follow Pap Smear inspection in Kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results show the motivation of eligible women to follow the Pap Smear inspection in Kelurahan Prajurit Kulon RT 01 RW 04 Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto are classified as moderate, it can be seen from the 21 respondents there were 2 people (9.52%) have high motivation, 17 people ( 80.95%) are moderate motivated and 2 (9.52%) have low motivation. Motivation is affected by age because the maturity level of age are more mature a person would think more mature, if the level education is higher usually have a wider vision, a person who has a job will have enough income to fulfill necessities of their life and are motivated following Pap Smear inspection , the more information is obtained about the Pap smear is more higher motivation to follow the Pap Smear.Key words: motivation, Eligible woman, Pap Smear

Abstract

The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in newborns in Indonesia tends to increase. Infants less than one month of age is the age group that has the highest risk of health problems, such as asphyxia. Asphyxia in newborns can be caused by various factors, one of which is pregnancy. In premature infants frequent respiratory disorder caused by a deficiency of surfactant, lung growth and development of the rudimentary thus increasing the risk of asphyxia. The purpose of the research was to determine the incidence of asphyxia by gestation in dr. WahidinSudiroHusodo Hospital, Mojokerto City. The descriptive research design. The population is all newborns were asphyxiated in dr. WahidinSudiroHusodo Hospital, Mojokerto City many as 22 infants to obtain a sample of 22 respondents taken with total sampling. The research variables are based on gestational age asphyxia. The collection of data through observation of asphyxia, after the data is collected to analyze the data by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. The results showed that the majority of newborn asphyxia were as many as 19 infants (86.4%) on gestational age <37 weeks. The younger the gestational age, organ function less and less perfect baby which can cause asphyxia. Women should be able to perform routine prenatal care, so that if there are complications or complications of treatment can be done in a comprehensive manne.Keywords: Asphyxia, Age Pregnancy

Abstract

The golden age was a time of growth and development at this age is a period of rapid and never repeated, which of children age 1 – 3 years should be given food with balanced nutrition. So that mothers play an important role in providing balanced nutrition for toddlers. The purpose of this research was to determine the role of the mother in meeting the nutritional needs of toddlers in the village, by village Bungkem, Kweden Kembar, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto district. The research design used is descriptive. The sampel is in getting as many as people who have decision criteria for inclusion with purposive sampling teckhnic. The data was taken using a questionnaire cantaining 20 question. Research result in as many as 11 people get a percentage of 55% with a negative role in education because of poor factor. Good mothers who have little education and are well educated in the expected increase understanding or searching for information about nutritional requirements needed by toodlers throught counseling at the time of early childhood facilities in the local authorities so as to address the role of the mother is negative and can improve child nutrition.Keywords: Roles, Toodlers, Nutritional needs.

Abstract

The female adolescent need sort of information about the process and the health during menstruation in order that there is no difficulty to face the first menstruation.The first information is from the mother, but she can not give the further information to the child since they couldn’t 0 well each other. This research is aimed to analize the correlation between the mother’s communication and the child by preparing the female adolescent from 10 to13 ages to face the first menstruation (Menarche) of MI Bustanul Ulum. The research design of analitic correlation uses cross sectional approach. The population is all female tenager from 10 to13 ages whom they never underwent Menarche are about 41 people which is used as Total Sampling. Analized used cross tabulation. The result showed that the better communication between the mother and the child, the move well-prepared the child facing menarche (61,5%). On the contrary, the worse communication between the mother and child, unwell-prepared the child facing menarche (82,1%). It means that there is correlation between the mother’s communication and the child by preparing the female adolescent from 10-13 ages to face the first menstruation (menarche) of MI Bustanul Ulum. It needs parents guidance for the female who will face the menarche.Keyword : Communication, preparation, Menarche

Abstract

During childbirth, a woman still has a variety of risks, bleeding, infection or lactation problems. One important indicator is the involution process went well. The phenomenon happens, there are many mothers who delayed involution. Early mobilization as an alternative option to prevent subinvolution and acceleration of the process of involution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of early mobilization against maternal post-partum uterine involution. The research design was analytic correlation with case control approach. The research population was all puerperal women in BPM Hj. Titik Rahmawati, SST Leminggir Village Mojosari District of Mojokerto amounted to 18 respondents. Samples were 38 people taken through consecutive sampling technique. Early mobilization data collection and through direct observation of uterine involution. The Data analysis uses Chi Square. The result showed almost all respondents did early mobilization at 2-8 hours post partum as many as 35 respondents (83.3%) and the majority of respondents experienced a normal involution as many as 33 respondents (72.2%). Statistical test results obtained (ρ) = 0.013, which means there is a relationship early mobilization against maternal postpartum uterine involution in BPM Hj. Rahmawati point, SST Village Leminggir Mojosari District of Mojokerto. Early mobilization is indispensable so that the process of involution postpartum mothers either walk (TFU, Uterine Contractions, lochea), preventing thrombosis and thrombo embolism, blood circulation, prevent the occurrence of puerperal infection, uterine contractions would be good so that the risk of bleeding can be avoided.Keywords: Early mobilization, involution uteri, post-partum mother
