Occupational Health and Safety was very important to protect employees, patient and visitor from occupational illness and occupational accident. Occupational Health and Safety Standard in Hospital was regulated by Decision of The Minister of Health Number 1087/Menkes/SK/VIII/2010. Ahead of accreditation, management has made many efforts to implemented Occupational Health and Safety in Regional Public Hospital of Semarang District. The achievement of accreditation result was 5 star with 80% of its passing grade including Occupational Health and Safety. However, the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety culture post accreditation has not yet been well occupied. The research aimed in analyzing the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety culture at a Regional Public Hospital of Semarang District after accreditation process. It is a qualitative research by using observation and depth interview. The interview was performed on hospital employees, the head of hospital’s accreditation team, Occupational Health and Safety team secretary, medical services management, patients and visitors. The interview based on the research variable such as employee’s assumption, Occupational Health and Safety values, Occupational Health and Safety artifacts and Occupational Health and Safety culture. The result shows that Occupational Health and Safety culture at Regional Public Hospital of Semarang District is not well implemented. Management commitment and good leadership is necessary due to the Occupational Health and Safety culture implementation.

Occupational health and safety is one of the efforts to improve hospital services, especially in terms of health and safety for human resources of hospital, patient, visitors, and the surrounding comunity. One the hazards sources associated with K3RS in the radiation hazard that is part of the physical hazard. The radiology installation of RS X uses ionizing radiation in its services process. The purpose in this researchis to analyze the implementation of safety and health of radiology installation. Design of observational research with qualitative approach. Population research all human resources radiology installation unit (two people). K3RS (one Person), informant triangulation medical services manager (one person). Data were collected by in depth interview and observation techniques. The results of the identification indicate the limitations of human resources training, facilities and infrastructure, budget realization and coordination. Implementation based on government regulations has been implemented, both from the number and standard of human resources education, as well as fascilities and infrastructure such as lead protection, calibration and completeness of personal protective equipment. Some things that have been set at the beginning of plannning can not be realized, such as budgets and coordination commitments. It is advisable to increase human resources training, prioritize budgets that have been included in the initial plan, complement of incomplete facilities and infrastucture, increase the realization of the established coordination commitments

Traditional services or service by dukun is a phenomenon of community tradition that needs to be evaluated, especially related to birth assisstance. The scope of delivery by health workers was still low of 68% in 2016.This was qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The subjects of this study were maternal mothers who gave birth within the last 1 (one) year selected from the highland region and lowland region in the Uesesi Puskesmas area. Data were collected by in-depth interview techniques. Processing and data analysis using content analysis. Results showed that there were predisposition factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors which influenced the behavior. The predisposition factors were 1) the informant is able to explain about healthy labor but unable to explain the safe delivery 2) The informant is still more inclined to the service of dukun maternity 3) The high trust of informant to the dukun maternity. The enabling factors were 1) access to utilize the service of dukun maternity is easy because dukun apply method "pick up ball" 2) Cost of labor can be reached by informant. The reinforcing factors were family and some toma support while some other toma leads to no longer utilize the services of dukun maternity.It is advisable to develop strategies to minimize the number of shamans who perform delivery services, provide education and understanding to the community about delivery by health personnel, and to update and conduct regular meetings on issues related to midwifery science so as to create a quality profession.

Poor collaboration can affect the quality of service to patients, thus affecting the recovery of patients. For the profession, collaboration can affect the relationship and the job satisfaction of both doctors and nurses. Poor collaboration between doctors and nurses in hospital management can can influence a decrease number of Bed Occupation Rate and an increase in length of stay so that it can have an impact on patient satisfaction.This study used a quantitative design and descriptive analytic with qualitative approach through observation, review of documents, in-depth interviews with informants who already selected and determined using cross sectional approached. The sample in this study were all general practitioners and all nurses who work in Permata Medika Hospital until December 2015, ie 15 doctors and 15 nurses.The results show that the control of power is still difficult due to a balanced relationship between the two professions and poor communication. The scope of practice between doctors and nurses has established good collaboration. The shared interests of the two professions do not pay attention and see the procedure of service. At the collaborative goals of doctors and nurses there is overlapping responsibility for reasons of rushed work without regard to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and job description.The Recommendations for management are need to be carried out definite career path for nurses, increase the knowledge and enhance the collaboration both nurses and doctors, increase the collaboration between nurses and doctors, follow up the results of service audits need to be coordinated and controlled

The indicator achievement of minimum service standard (MSS) for the accuracy of distributingdrugs in Pharmacy Unit of Keluarga Sehat Hospital has not been achieved, even the incidence ofthe distributionerror from 2013 to 2016 continues to increase. The purpose of this researchwas to analyze the quality control process in the implementation of MSS in Pharmacy Unit of Keluarga Sehat Hospital. This was a qualitative research, with research subject 3pharmacy officers and 3 people of pharmacy management services.Data collectedby in-depth interview and observation of pharmaceutical performance report data and analysed by content analysis. The result of the research showed that the evaluation of pharmacy staff performance has not been implemented, because there is no performance appraisal indicator yet. Comparison was done only by comparing reports with general target, medical support manager double job resulted in no feedback to Pharmacy Unit, and so it has not supported the implementation of MSS. The Improvement of performancehas not been implementedand has notfound the concept of improvement. The new management will attempt to conduct a comparative study, including pharmacy installation into the Quality Control Group (GKM) or Problem Solving for Better Health (PSBH), find the cause of the problem and develop the policy. It can be concluded that the quality control of the MSS in the Pharmacy Unit still not going well and need to be improved especially related to quality performance appraisal and performance improvement based on the SOP.

The System processors mortality inpatients there is the problem performance computer. Research objectives, evaluate system processors mortality computer based, based on method of Healt Metricks Networck.This research non experiments with the qualitative method. Collection method used observation system processors mortalitas and in-depth interviews. Informants main the program administrators system as many as six informants.Informants triangulation that is supporting management system processors mortality as much as two informants. The result in components resources not all educated personnel information system or medical record, and there never has been training system processors mortality, there has been no written job description, implementers copies duty with the services provided data morbidity, the lack of space and special computer system ocessors mortality, the absence of written regulations. Components indicators there has been no database doctor ,the act of, and cause of death, and certificates death are printed. A component source of the data was not in accordance between the data on mortalitas manual there are in a register in-patient facilities with data on the computer. Components data management of the data analysis is carried out only by system coordinator processors mortality. Components data products are considered to data was incomplete. The spreading and the use of delivery via email still not yet web based and has not integrated.Advice for the hospital management to distribute and should use designed system processors mortality web-based integrated to the external DKK and Dispendukcapil

Sejak pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) beberapa dokter di Rumah sakit mengalami penurunan pendapatan, akibatnya timbul ketidakpuasan dan turunnya motivasi sehingga berakibat pada menurunnya kinerja dokter yang dimanifestasikan berupa pembatasan jumlah kunjungan pasien, pengalihan pasien dari RS ke praktek pribadi atau ke rumah sakit lainnya dan manifestasi penurunan kinerja lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompensasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja dokter pada BLUD RS dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sumber data dalam penelitian dibagi menjadi dua yaitu sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 49 orang.Analisa penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat didapatkan hasil variabel kompensasi kategori tinggi sebesar 53.1 %, variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 51,0% dan variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 53,1%. Sedangkan hasil analisa bivariate didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi memiliki nilai p value kurang dari 0,05 yang menunjukkan ketiga variabel tersebut berhubungan dengan kinerja dokter dan memiliki p value kurang dari 0,25, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan ke analisa multivariat. Sedangkan hasil uji multivariate dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik didapatkan pada variabel motivasi kerja didapatkan hasil p value =0.000 dengan Exp(B) = 8,155.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah motivasi dokter memiliki pengaruh 8,155 kali lebih baik dibandingkan dengan variabel independen lainnya.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pihak manajemen RS memperhatikan sistem pengembangan karir dan promosi, meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal, memberikan reward pada dokter dan memberikan tanggung jawab sesuai tugas dan kewenangan dokter untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dokter.

Based on the Management of Public Drug and Health Supply Profile, the availability rate of drugs in Pharmaceutical Unit Health Department Semarang 2013-2015 was 107%, 110%, and 109% .The availability rate of drugs in Pharmaceutical Unit Health Department Semarang for 3 years in a row exceeds 100% showed a weakness in drugs planning process. Objective of this study was to analyse the planning process of drugs. This was descriptive research with qualitative method. Research subject is the primary respondents who developed drug planning policy and triangulation respondents who implement the drugs planning policy. Research object was Pharmaceutical Unit Health Department Semarang and Puskesmas. Data collected by observation, documentation study and depth interview and analysed using content analysis. The result showed that drugs selection was according to FORNAS and DOEN stated by Ministry of Health. The compilation stage of drugs application using data according to LPLPO and LB-1. The calculation of drugs necessity used combination method between consumption method used by clinic and epidemiology method for program medicine. Based on the consumption method formula, the current leadtime in Pharmaceutical Unit Health Department Semarang was too high (6 months) which caused the supplies more than 100 %. The drugs necessity projection budget already sufficient because it was supported from several sources, such as APBD2, APBD1, APBN, DAK, JKN. The adjustment of drugs supply planning used VEN Analysis. It is suggested that Pharmaceutical Unit Health Department Semarang should shortened the current leadtime and increase the socialization of drugs guidelines therefore Puskesmas able to implement the epidemiology method

Data are the basis to make a decision and policy. The quality of data is going to produce a better policy. The quality assessment methods nowadays do not include all indicators of data quality. If the indicators or assessment criteria in the quality assessment methods are more complete, the level of assessment methods of the data will be higher. The purpose of this study is to develop the method of independent assessment of routine data quality in Surakarta Health Department which is previously performed using the data quality assessment of PMKDR and HMN methods firstly.The design of this study is research and development (R&D) that has been modified into seven steps, namely formulating potential problems, collecting the data, designing the product, validating the design, fixing the design, testing the product, and fixing the product. The subjects consisted of 19 respondents who are managers of data in Surakarta Health Department. Data analysis method used is content analysis.The assessment results show that, in the pilot phase of the development of data quality assessment methods which have been developed, it is basically successful, or it can be used. The results of the assessment of the quality of the data by the developed method is the quality of data collection which is very adequate, the quality of data accuracy which is poor, the quality of data that consistency exists but is inadequate, the quality of the actuality of the data which is very adequate, the quality of periodicity data that is inadequate, the quality of the representation of the data that is very adequate, and sorting the data which is very adequate.It needs a commitment from Surakarta Health Department to take advantage of the development of these methods to assess the quality of data to support the availability of information, decision-making and planning of health programs. It also calls for the development of this research by conducting all stages of the steps of R&D so that the final result of the method development will be better.

Tingginya capaian cakupanprogram pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) belum berpengaruh terhadap penurunan jumlah kasus kematian ibu di Kabupaten Temanggung. Penyebab kematian ibu terbanyak adalah karena penyakit penyerta yang seharusnya dapat terdeteksi pada pemeriksaan antenatal trimester pertama yang dilakukan oleh bidan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan antenatal trimester 1 kehamilan oleh bidan desa di Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode penelitian adalah survey analitik dengan design cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah 60 orang bidan desa yang dipilih secara systematic random sampling dari 14 Puskesmas terpilih kasus kematian ibu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan observasi langsung menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur . Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square, kualitas pelayanan ANC dinilai dengan ketepatan pelayanan bidan dalam pemberian pelayanan ANC sesuai standar asuhan kebidanan dan standar operasional 10 T ANC.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas pelayanan antenatal trimester I kehamilan oleh bidan desa adalah beban kerja(p = 0,002), pengetahuan(p = 0,006) dan supervisi(p = 0,002). Faktor yang tidak berhubungan adalah dana (p = 0,570), ketersediaan dan pelaksanaan SOP(p = 0,164), dan ketersediaan peralatan(p = 0,251). Ada hubungan bersama – sama variabel beban kerja(p = 0,002) pengetahuan responden(p = 0,006) dan supervisi(p = 0,002)dengan kualitas pelayanan Antenatal Trimester I Kehamilan.Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatandan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Temanggung untuk lebih memfokuskan bidan desa pada tugas pokok utamanya sebagai pemberi pelayanan KIA disamping tugas tambahan bidan desa lainnya. Mengadakan peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang asuhan pelayanan antenatal secara merata untuk seluruh bidan yang kegiatannya dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi fasilitatif sesuai petunjuk tekhnis pelaksanaan yang telah ditentukan. Kepada Bidan Koordinator dan bidan desa diharapkan bersama – sama menguatkan kembali komitmen untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas pelayanan antenatal pada setiap ibu hamil yang dilayaninya.
