Abstract

PT Pamapersada Nusantara or better known as PAMA is a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk. There are several divisions in PAMA, one of which is the PLANT Division which is the focus of this research. To improve this performance, a special Information Technology System was created for employees. In order for application development to run better and in line with the company, an analysis is carried out which is expected to be a benchmark and company recommendation to optimize the information system. The analysis was carried out using the COBIT 5 framework method, the researcher focused on the MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate, Assess Performance and Conformance) domain. Then for the method is observation and interview, researchers use this method to be able to collect accurate data With this method, researcher can provide recommendations regarding the results of the IT governance analysis to ensure and optimize that the information system runs according to the company’s wishes based on the COBIT 5 framework standardization. The average result obtained is level 3 for the current condition and level 4 for the expected condition. The recommendation of this study is that companies can implement regular monitoring SOPs on existing IT management and governance.

Abstract

Student Division Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur manage various scholarship for student, one of them is Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah scholarship, the process include is where UMKT Student Division need to estimate eligible student receiving scholarship based on 4 criteria, the problem may occur is to many scholarship applicant but scholarship quota is limited it’s hard to choose eligible scholarship recipient among student applicant. By using AHP and TOPSIS to determine KIP Kuliah Scholarship Recipients, AHP used to given weight to all criteria, DTKS (0.539), Family Condition (0.086), Family economy (0.093), House Condition (0.282) and topsis used to process all student applicant year 2022 or alternatives, by using ahp and topsis to determine scholarship recipients the model gain 77% accuracy rates.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, individuals forget about their health, plus during the pandemic, the indoor air quality becomes more of a concern. Maintaining air quality to be healthy and good for humans is by keeping the amount of pollutants in the air, such as Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), and Formaldehyde (HCHO), at a predetermined and agreed threshold. We propose an on-board air quality index detection system for indoor and forecast the AQI in the future. The system will use a Raspberry Pi 4 and a WP6003 sensor device that will capture parameters for the AQI. The parameter data is analyzed using a correlation matrix to determine the parameters that affect each other. Then classified using fuzzy logic to determine the quality index based on the value of each parameter. Then forecast using the ARIMA and LSTM methods for the next 30 minutes. The forecasting accuracy is calculated using the RMSE and MAPE metrics. The result shows that CO2, VOC, and HCHO are related. Comparison of the forecasting results of the two methods concluded that the LSTM outperformed ARIMA to forecast the AQI for the next 30 minutes based on the previous 10 hours of data.
