Abstract

Service quality gives encouragement to consumer to tie a good association with a company. Good service will give an impact to decision of consumer to buy and also to the company itself. A good service quality is very important to create a consumer’s satisfaction, especially in direct proof, capability, attentiveness, and warrant of a consumer’s satisfaction. According to that reasons, so the statement of the problem of this research is the influence of service quality to consumer’s buying decision in Alfamart in Palangka Raya city. This research is using a quantitative approach with survey. A population of this research is consumer of Alfamart in Palangka Raya city. The sample that is taken for this research amounts to 96 respondents which is taken with random sampling. Furthermore, for prequalification test is using normality test with Kolmogorov smirnov and Q-Q plot. Data analysis method is using correlation of product moment and simple regression using SPSS 16. From this study, it is found that the quality of the service and consumer’s buying decision in Alfamart in Palangka Raya city have strong relation according to the result of coefficient of product moment which amounts to 0,810. It is also found the amount of sig that is 0,000 which means there are significant relation. Furthermore, test of simple regression shows the amount of determination of coefficient 0,656 which means the influence of service quality to the consumer’s buying decision is 65,6 %. It is found also the amount of t count which is 13,386 which is bigger than t table, so it can be concluded that service quality has significant influence to consumer’s buying decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect level of skepticism of Islamic bank customers where researchers try to see the paradigm of thinking and consumer attitude using the perspective of Theory of Reason Action (TRA)from Ajzen and Fishbein (1980). The survey was conducted on 597 Islamic bank customers using a Google form distributed online. All hypotheses proposed in this study are supported. These results show that in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia, researchers find that the level of skepticism will decrease as customers better understand the information received and evaluate information according to their needs and according to their expectations. Researchers try to contribute both practically and theoretically.First, practically this research provides important information for practitioners that customers still have a skeptical attitude towards sharia claims from Islamic banking. Finally, theoretically this study contributes to the literature by testing the skepticism of Islamic banking customers which is still a research gap in marketing research and consumer behavior in general and the research of sharia banking in particular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang perspektif Imam Malik tentang pengawasanharga (studi terhadap harga sembako oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya. Fokus penelitian ini tentang: fenomena harga sembako di pasar Palangka Raya. Peran Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dalam melakukan pengawasan harga sembako di pasar Palangka Raya, Perspektif Imam Malik terhadap pengawasan harga sembako yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan fiqh. Objek penelitian adalah harga sembako sedangkan subjeknya Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dilanjutkan dengan pengabsahan data dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian dan analisis menunjukan bahwa fenomena harga sembako di pasar Palangka Raya, fluktuatif yaitu turun-naik, manakala harga naik disebabkan beberapa faktor; sembako dipasok berasal dari Jawa, gagal panen, biaya sewa lapak mahal, menjelang bulan ramadhan hingga menjelang idul fitri dan hari natal. Peran Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya dalam melakukan pengawasan harga sembako di pasar Palangka Raya, petugas dari dinas tersebut melaksanakan tugasnya dengan cara memantau ke pasar, melakukan dialog dengan para pedagang sembako, mengadakan operasi pasar dan pasar murah/pasar penyeimbang dan pembinaan kepada para pedagang. Perspektif Imam Malik terhadap pengawasan harga sembako yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya, yaitu terdapat sedikit perbedaan. Menurut Imam Malik pemerintah boleh menentukan harga sedangkan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Palangka Raya bukan sebagai penentu harga melainkan hanya mengawasi dan mengadakan pasar penyeimbang untuk menstabilkan harga pasar.

Abstract

This research background in IAIN Palangka Raya as one of the colleges that there is a container for printing human resources and potentional knowledgeable in the world of work. One of the graduate printed is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam with competence in the Islamic finance. But the facts on the ground are not little public data show that graduates become more dominant than the employees in Islamic banking scholars who really has the educational background of Islamic economics. The problem begins with the researcher tried to explore data about the SWOT analysis of the needs of potential economic scholars of sharia in Islamic banking city of Palangka Raya. The problem in this research are 1) Strength, 2) weakness, 3) opportunities, 4) the threats facing prospective Bachelor of Islamic Economics IAIN Palangka Raya on Islamic Banking city of Palangka Raya and 5) How can the application of a SWOT analysis in developing prospective Bachelor of Islamic Economics IAIN Palangka Raya Britain on Islamic Banking city of Palangka Raya. This study used qualitative research methods, the research subject is the faculty of economics and business of Islamic banking Islamic and 4 cities Palangka Raya ie BMI, BSM, BRIS and BPR Mitra Amanah. Data collection techniques through, observation, interviews and documentation; validating data through triangulation techniques, then the data analyzed by data reduction, a data display and conclusion verification. The results of this study are 1) The strength of a. have a basic knowledge of Islamic banking b. have a scholarly foundation related to Islamic financial institutions c. Output Islamic scholars who are experts in Islamic economics. 2) The weakness in terms of academic, SDM Teachers, curriculum learning, relationship. While the non-academic terms that mindset is still low degree candidate. 3) Opportunities have added value, priority religion, knowledge about Islamic banking contract-agreement, an understanding of the products; have communication skills and proficiency in a polite and courteous and knowledge in the field of Islamic religion. 4) Threats to the economy in the banking degree candidate is not looking at the educational background, dressed and physical conditions prescribed for frontline staff. 5) The results of a SWOT analysis required by prospective students of Islamic Economics Iain Palangka Raya on Islamic banking: a. Internal 1) Improving the teaching of human resources. 2) Development of the learning curriculum. 3) improve the relationship in the field of education. 4) Provide training in human resource development sharia economics degree candidate b. External Improvingstudent mindset to be able to develop themselves independent, creative, innovative and high work ethic.

Abstract

The people of Palangka Raya city in today's modern era made angkringan as a place of social interaction and place of consumption for all social layers of society. Therefore the authors seen the existence of business opportunities angkringan. Angkringan was a place to buy food and drink "typical". As for the formulation of the problem (1) How the sales strategy angkringan to achieve sales targets? (2) How was the business opportunity of angkringan in Palangka Raya city? (3) How was the feasibility of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city? This research method used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was done by used interview technique, observation, and documentation. The technique of determining the subject in this study used purposive sampling technique was the technique of determining the subject based on several considerations determined. Data validation was done by used triangulation. Further data the processed and analyzed with several stages: data collection, data presentation), conclusions (withdrawal by viewing data presentation), and Verification (drawing conclusions to answer from problem formulation). The results of this research were: (1) marketing strategy of angkringan business in Palangkaraya city to increased market share after passing strategic stages that was choosing strategic location, there wass no limited for all circle become its consumer, food menu provided safe for consumption, possible, clean place, affordable price and promotion through banner, social media and mouth of mouth; (2) angkringan business opportunities in the city of Palangka Raya had good prospects in the future and have the competence to do it, supported by the results of SWOT analyzed (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats); (3) feasibility study of angkringan business in Palangka Raya city, Jekan Raya Sub-district, the whole aspected was considered feasible. The market and marketing aspected of angkringan business was feasible to run because it has the market potential and the opportunity to market its products this was seen from the number of potential customers owned by the business. The social and cultural economic aspected can be said to be feasible because it had opened the job field, then from the aspected of business law angkringan was considered feasible because of the exemption from the Regulation of the Minister of Trade which states that not all businesses should be permits included the angkringan business.

Abstract

Abstract

Permasalahan kinerja merupakan permasalahan yang banyak diteliti karena kinerja merupakan aspek yang paling penting di dalam keberlangsungan suatu organisasi. Karyawan membolos, pemborosan sumber daya, penggelapan uang, rasa bosan dan malas merupakan permasalahan kinerja yang harus dicari tahu penyebab dan solusinya. Asmaa-ul Husnaa merupakan pintu rahasia terbukanya ilmu-ilmu Alloh, yang akan menuntun kita menuju jalan yang dikehendaki-Nya. Jika pengamalan dan pemahaman Asmaa-ul Husnaa ini diterapkan di dalam pekerjaan maka karyawan akan memiliki kinerja yang unggul dengan cara pengamalan sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan seperti yang diajarkan para ulama.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif solusi bagaimana melakukan pembinaan kepada karyawan secara mendasar dengan dzikir Asmaul Husna sehingga kinerja karyawan akan terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu seiring dengan peningkatan ketulusan bekerja karena Alloh, merasa selalu diawasi Alloh dan kedekatan dengan Alloh yang melahirkan rasa ketenteraman hati dan merasa cukup dengan apa yang dimiliki karena limpahan rahmat dan ampunan.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori atau penelitian pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan macam hubungan tertentu, pengaruh, atau menetapkan perbedaan antar kelompok atau independensi dari dua atau lebih dalam suatu objek yang diteliti. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode eksperimen yaitu melakukan intervensi terhadap subjek penelitian melalui pengamalan dzikir, kemudian melakukan pengukuran dan observasi pasca pengamalan secara rutin untuk mengatahui pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan.
