Abstract

Catering becomes a solution to consumers who want to fulfill their needs and wants without having to waste time and energy. This is also a challenge for a catering businessman to maintain and keep improving their service quality from time by time so can keep satisfying consumers. In the payment system, catering business is using down payment system. According to that case, to understand more about how the down payment application in Islamic economics perspective need to studied more details. This research aimed to analyze and understand (1) How are the down payment application of Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati in Palangkaraya City. (2) How the buying and selling system with the down payment in Islamic economics perspective.The result of this research is the application of down payment in Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati is an 'urf or a habit that is done both for catering owners and their customers. Application of down payment in catering payments in terms of the usual materials included in the 'urf fi'li, while in terms of good and bad judgments included into 'urf shahih. In practice, both in Catering Aulia and Catering Hj. Wati the amount of down payment is not specified. And if there is an order cancellation then the down payment will be refunded in full except at certain moments. Implementation of down payment viewed in terms advantages may be done as long as no party feels disadvantaged. Down payment made to avoid any breach between the catering owners and consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to see the Influence of Service Quality Dimension on Satisfaction and Consumers' Cause Back Against The Wira Megah Car Workshop Toyota Profitamas Palangka Raya Branch.This research is a quantitative research using descriptive quantitative approach. Analysis tool in this research is Smart PLS (Path Analysis) application. The research variables consist of Quality of Service (X), Consumer Satisfaction (Y1) and Come Back (Y2) as mediation variable. Samples use Accidental Sampling method as many as 100 samples from all customers of Toyota Workshop Palangka Raya.Result of research of service quality constructively can influence customer's satisfaction which have implication on intention come back in accordance with outer loading analysis result 0,867 (86,7%). Similarly, customer satisfaction variables have been able to explain and mediate quality of service variables with outer loading of 0.925 (92.5%). While for the intention variable comes back own value of outer loading equal to 0,922 (92,2%) The information indicate that statistically test service of new service to workshop is the highest indicator in describing variable of intention come back again.

Abstract

Cases of bribery involving auditors and auditees become one form of fraud that is difficult to detect. This is because of both parties are equally enjoying the benefits of the outcome of such unethical and immoral behavior. The increasing number of corruption cases, specifically bribes in the government sector from year to year in Indonesia makes the role of public sector auditors such as BPK RI questioned. In addition, some of the perpetrators of corruption are adherents of Islam, which is interesting to criticize because Islam is a religion that upholds the value of honesty and truth. This research used qualitative research method with postmodernism paradigm because the researcher wanted to study the relevance of classical Islamic philosopher, Al-Kindi’s thought with the truth value in the accountability and transparency principle. It is done as an effort to integrate the meaning of accountability and transparency principle according to accounting with truth value according to Al-Kindi’s thought to get deeper meaning which if useful for auditor in carrying out its function, in order to work in accordance with professional ethic code by upholding ethics and morality value

Abstract

The increasing popularity of technology-based pasyment system substanstially changes conventional payment system design from cash payment system to non-cash payment system. Gradually, the expansion is impressive enough to change paradigm of economist in micro-transaction settlement, as well as becoming the root of Less Cash Society spirit creation.One of the instruments of non-cash payment which has been a trend today is E-money.It is an electronic-based non-cash payment. Some studies showed that there was a positif impact to monetery policy earned from this trend, its influence in the level of velocity of money and the effort to reduce the use of cash payment as an effort to hold inflation flow. The purpose of this study is to find out maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dimension, which is a philosophical study about the real purpose of Syariat Islam. In this study, the data was analyzied by Qualitative-normative approach using inductive-analysis method. Maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dimension was observed using the theory of maṣlahah principle as a tool of analysis. It aimed to find out the advantage of e-money either in conventional eco­no­mic concept or Islam concept, which is the aspect of utility and maṣlahah. Maṣlahah has become part of integration in studying Maqāṣid al-syarī’ah. It's due to the real meaning ofmaṣlahah is implement the purpose of syara’ as an effort in developing human life ge­ne­rally for now and hereafter. By observing maṣlahah principle toward e-money pro­ducts in­clu­ding its derivative products which have become a trend these days, so it shows that the products of e-money only benefits the secular dimension. Precision in considering maṣ­lahah is indeed essential as extracting the ukhrawi dimension which has the same purpose with syariah principles, considering it e-money has the potential to completeness choice of product for sharia financial institution.

Abstract

Urban society is a group of social creatures that need each other in a common life called the community. Accounting as a science is used every day and every moment in human life. Pancasila is also proved to have a meaning related to that has been written in the Quran as the holy book of Muslims. This paper will discussed about accounting in the urban era based on the point of view of Pancasila and Al-Quran. This research is based on the ontology aspect of the relitas that occurs in Indonesian urban society.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan rukun Islam yang ke lima yang berarti bahwa zakat hal yang penting dalam Islam. Salah satu bukti bahwa zakat merupakan hal yang penting dalam Islam adalah peristiwa yang terjadi di masa khalifah Abu Bakar yang memerangi kelompok yang tidak ingin membayar zakat. Zakat dalam Islam dianggap sangat penting oleh karena terkait dengan masalah ekonomi umat Islam. Salah satu upaya untuk menumbuhkan ekonomi umat adalah melalui zakat sehingga zakat memegang peranan penting di dalam ajaran Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode pendekatan teks, baik dalam teknik inter­pretasi­nya maupun dalam analisisnya, namun terkadang meggunakan interpretasi secara interkteks dengan alasan hadis Rasulullah adalah personifikasi dan penjelas Alquran.
