Abstract

Tenaga listrik sudah menjadikebutuhan utama bagi masyarakat Indonesia, tetapi tidak dapat dihasilkan secara instan melainkan melalui suatu proses produksi pembangkitan energi listrik di pembangkit listrik. PT PJB Unit Pembangkitan Muara Tawar merupakan salah satu unit pembangkit di Kabupaten Bekasi dengan daya terpasang 2,062 MW, produksi listrik disalurkan melalui SUTET 500 KV ke Gardu Induk Cibatu dan Cawang.  Permasalahannya adalah sering terjadi gangguan yang mengakibatkan kerugian produksi dan ketidakandalan sistem jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi pembangkit gas turbin dengan menggunakan Generating Availability Data System (GADS), analisis probabilitas dan reliability menggunakan distribusi weibull.  Aplikasi Failure Modes Efect Analisys dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai Risk Prioritas Number (RPN) prioritas dan strategi pemeliharaan guna melakukan perbaikan kinerja. Hasil analisa kesiapan unit pembangkit diperoleh hasil antara 88,16 - 88,24 persen, nilai capacity factor (CF) antara 58,44 - 65,59 persen. Jumlah kegagalan gas turbin GT11 sebanyak 19 kali dan menghasilkan parameter beta sebesar 0,6096 dan eta sebesar 1133,6664; gas turbin GT 12 kegagalan sebanyak 15 kali menghasilkan parameter mean sebesar 5,6919 dan standar deviasi  sebesar 2,6612; sementara kegagalan gas turbin GT 13 dengan parameter lamda sebesar 0,0003 dengan jumlah kegagalan 10 kali.  Hasil analisis Pareto ditemukan lima peralatan kritikal, selanjutnya dilakukan Failure Mode Efect Analisys untuk rekomendasi pemeliharaan.

Abstract

As a manufacturing company before production, they should make production planning and calculate the production costs. One of the production cost planning tools are production budget. The company usually budgeting their production cost by prediction total cost, not consider the product, material, labour and mechine, its make company harder to evaluate the absorption of production budgets. Activity based budgeting method (ABB method) was a budgeting tools considering activity. The goal make this information system help company make production planning considering activity and evaluate company performance by evaluate the absosrption of budgeting (comparision between budget and realization). This information system built with the object-oriented method and development model with SDLC, use the programming language PHP and CodeIgniter framework. This system has the functionality to make production budget such as budgetary costs of raw materials, the cost of direct labor, and factory overhead costs based on the activity and also make transactions in accounting journals and ledgers and make realization budget reports and make comparison report between budget and realization and evaluating. The functionality of application has run 100% after tested with black box testing and user acceptance tests have been performed.

Abstract

Competition in the education industry is becoming a major challenge for the University in carrying out activities of educational services. The University sued for creative thinking in implementing the strategy of competing to produce a higher quality education services, starting with the screening of students up to the graduates received industrial market. Universities need to do engineering management by applying the concept of supply chain management or supply chain management (SCM).  The purpose of this research is to analyze the proposed framework performance SCM Bina Darma University by using the method of AHP-SCOR.  Determination of the proposed Key Performance Indicator (KPI)), which became a benchmark in performance measurement involves three stakeholders universities namely the University organization, supplier, and customer interests on the flow of the SCM.  The method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SCOR is used to assist in determining priority criteria SCM University.  The results of the identification and measurement of the values obtained with the model of SCOR for each process performance as follows: plan valued at 2.64, source of value worth 4.69 4.04, make, and deliver valued at 11.82. The total value of SCOR for universities was 23.19, prioritized improvement on performance with the smallest value i.e. the process Plan with a value of 2.64.

Abstract

Heavy equipment market in Indonesia is very large, the opportunity to increase heavy equipment business is wide open, and all competitors provide the best products and services for their customers. For this reason, companies need to develop an international standard system. The system is known as Quality Management System (QMS) and developed in ISO 9001: 2015 standard certification. ISO 9001 is a standard that contains the requirements of the Quality Management System issued by the International Organization for Standardization (IOS). Companies that become the object of research is heavy equipment company engaged in the sale of heavy equipment and after-sales service. The problem that is going on in this company is that there is a lot of down payment for the purchase of units and spare parts that cannot be billed due to the documents that are related to the purchase process, many of which are non-existent and also missing, besides that there are also many complaints regarding the availability of spare parts and service, this is one of the indirect impacts of not implementing QMS ISO 9001: 2015. The research objective is to evaluate the current condition of the Heavy Equipment Company and assess the readiness of the Company in meeting ISO 9001: 2015 standards. The method used is Gap Analysis requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. Calculation on Gap Analysis uses a checklist made based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, and the results will show how much the readiness of the Heavy Equipment Company meets the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of service quality and design of services quality improvement for e-commerce B to C (Business to Customer) and C to C (Customer to Customer) based on the perception of Jakarta customers. This research was conducted on Lazada and Blibli customers for B to C and Tokopedia and Bukalapak for C to C in Jakarta. The method used is eservqual method with 8 dimensions that is fulfillment, reliability, responsiveness, information, customer service, security, website design and empathy. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods for drafting proposals for improving service quality. The results of this study found that there is a gap in each dimension that is fulfillment: -0.55, reliability: -0.54, responsiveness: -0.76, information: -0.58, customer service: -0.75 , security: -0.60, website design: 0.47 and empathy: -0.68. The IPA results show that there are 24 quality attributes that must be corrected immediately with a proposed improvement plan that is the management of website content, procedures for updating and installing website content, information on the website integrated with order handling processes, customer service management, customer complaint service procedures, standards customer communication, integrated order handling management, optimization and efficiency of order handling processes, return procedures, customer data management, security of transaction processing and customer service media development. .

Abstract

Distribution center has an important role in an industry's supply chain management to facilitate logistics management requirements so that the product distribution process becomes smooth and fast. The purpose of this study is to determine the best location that can be used in determining the location of the distribution cente in pharmaceutical industry.  This research uses the center of gravity method to calculate optimal location that will be considered. From the results of this study, the calculation using the Center of Gravity method found that the location of the selected distribution center was at the coordinates (-6.257108; 106.7315), the settlement area of the village of Jurangmangu Timur. The available area according to warehousing rules does not allow the construction of the distribution center in residential area of Jurangmangu Bintaro village, empty area is available around 4 KM west of T8 Pakulonan Alam Tangerang Selatan, this area provides warehousing by offering a combined trading center, office and integrated food and beverage plaza with shelter have advantages as distribution center. The new proposed distribution center location is located 14 KM south and 13 KM from the north of the available warehouse, the new suggested location is closer to and located between current distribution locations.

Abstract

PT. Laksana Teknik Makmur is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of car accesories in Indonesia. One of the products produced is a tank washer with a high defect rate in the production process of 11 percent. This study uses the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) as a tool to solve problems about improving the quality of the process of making tank washer. The initial analysis for Define shows that CTQ (Critical to Quality) is the largest defect of the wave, which is 4.1 percent of the total defects of tank washer. From the measurement results in the Measure stage, the DPMO value is 108475 with Sigma Level 2.73. Then Analyze is done to get any factors that cause wave defects. On the Improve stage using Ishikawa's method, the results of the new Standard Operating Procedure are recommended. In the final stage, Control is carried out after the implementation of the new SOP for 1 month, the result is that the wave defect value drops to 2 percent and the Sigma Level value increases to 3.326 with the value of DPMO 20424.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the product quality problem experienced by one of dry SLS manufacturing company in Indonesia. The high number of non conforming product during the past year makes the sales target to be unachievable and caused the loss due to many rework process. Tools are used in this research is to apply the seven tools approach. Flowchart, Pareto chart, and histogram are used to calculate and determine the problem to be fixed. Collection of improvement idea is done by brainstorming and improvement analysis is done by using Fishbone diagram. The results of the improvements made good results are marked by decreasing the number and percentage of non conforming product more than 50 percent of the amount of non conforming product on the previous condition prior to the improvement.

Abstract

Pradamas Toys is a small and medium industrial company in producing dolls with yelvo fabric base material. The purpose of this study is to know the waste in the puppet production process at Pradamas Toys and to propose improvement of production process to minimize waste and improve production process efficiency in Pradamas Toys. This research uses lean approach with value stream mapping (VSM) tools, at the beginning of the research done depiction of current state mapping on Pradamas Toys, after that do problem analysis using line balancing to leveling cycle time, fishbone diagram used to know factors causing production problem puppets and waste identification in each production process, then analyzed 5 Why and 5W1H to give suggestions for improvement of production process at Pradamar Toys. At current state mapping the production process time is 18.6032 minutes with a lead time of 9 days. After doing the calculation and equalization cycle time by using line balancing, then got the proposed future state mapping for doll production with process time of 14,7300 minutes and lead time of 5 days.

Abstract

Consumers of two-wheeled vehicles in Indonesia continue to increase every year. This encourages manufacturers of two-wheeled vehicles to meet consumer needs by making vehicles in a timely manner. The biggest problem in two-wheel manufacturing companies is mainly the amount of delivery delay with a percentage of 67 percent originating from the line welding robot so that shipments to customers are not met. The purpose of this study is to improve production by applying the value stream mapping system. In the initial stage, cycle time, transportation time and lead time are analyzed. Next is the identification of waste that occurs on the Mainstand 2SD line for improvement using relayout.  After improvement, relayout lead time fell from 12 days to 6 days or down 50 percent. After improvement, production results have not reached the target with an average of 22.18 parts per hour while the target of 24 parts per hour is equivalent to the average yield of 7220.60 parts per month while the target is 8184 parts per month which means achieving the target of 94 percent.
