Abstract

The awarding of investment grade to Indonesian Stock Exchange marked an excellent development in the national capital market. This could be the key to attracting foreign investors that will further integrate the Indonesia capital market with international markets. Increasingly integrated capital market will also be more vulnerable to international issues such as the volatility of global stock indices as well as the volatility of world commodity prices (crude oil, CPO, gold etc.) as indicated by IHSG response to these issues. To minimize risk and maximize the return are the main goal of investment. Both of these two objectives can be achieved through stocks diversification and the portfolio development. Optimal portfolio requires the right stocks diversification. Therefore, investor needs to have information about which stocks are affected and unaffected by world commodity prices prior to diversifying. The goal of this research is to examine the way to form optimal portfolio from the group of companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and affected by world commodity prices. Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) method used for stationary test of time series data and residual regression models. Regression Analysis conducted for co-integration test between commodity prices and IHSG. Error Correction Model used for correcting short-term errors. Optimal portfolio formed with Single Index Model and Treynor Index used to measure the optimal portfolio performance. Result of the study showed that gold, crude oil, platinum, rubber, corn, cotton, and Arabica coffee are the global commodities that can be used to predict the direction of IHSG movement.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of service quality and design of services quality improvement for e-commerce B to C (Business to Customer) and C to C (Customer to Customer) based on the perception of Jakarta customers. This research was conducted on Lazada and Blibli customers for B to C and Tokopedia and Bukalapak for C to C in Jakarta. The method used is eservqual method with 8 dimensions that is fulfillment, reliability, responsiveness, information, customer service, security, website design and empathy. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods for drafting proposals for improving service quality. The results of this study found that there is a gap in each dimension that is fulfillment: -0.55, reliability: -0.54, responsiveness: -0.76, information: -0.58, customer service: -0.75 , security: -0.60, website design: 0.47 and empathy: -0.68. The IPA results show that there are 24 quality attributes that must be corrected immediately with a proposed improvement plan that is the management of website content, procedures for updating and installing website content, information on the website integrated with order handling processes, customer service management, customer complaint service procedures, standards customer communication, integrated order handling management, optimization and efficiency of order handling processes, return procedures, customer data management, security of transaction processing and customer service media development. .

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat adalah salah satu kegiatan yang sangat diharapkan untuk dapat terlaksana dengan baik, sebab dapat meningkatkan dan menambah ilmu pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kita akan mengolah buah pare yang rasanya pahit menjadi cemilan di rumah Tahfiz Kalifah Aulia. Buah pare yang segar dicuci terlebih dahulu lalu dipotong potong dimana buah pare tersebut terlebih dahulu dibuang bijinya. Selanjutnya buah pare yang dipotong potong tersebut ditiriskan untuk diolah. Adapun bahan bumbu yang digunakan seperti kunyit, bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, garam. Bahan ini digilng halus. Selanjutnya kita cairkan tepung dengan menggunakan santan kelapa serta ditambah telur, lalu bahan ini kita aduk dan campurannya dibuat merata. Selanjutnya bahan tepung serta bumbu dicampur. Proses tahap selanjutnya dilakukan proses penggorengan dengan memasukkan minyak goreng ke dalam kuali, selanjutnya buah pare dicampur dengan bahan bumbu, siap untuk digoreng. Setelah warnanya berubah coklat siap untuk diangkat, yang menunjukkan hasil gorengan telah matang. Diperoleh rasa renyah buah pare goreng dengan santan kelapa sebagai pelarut tepungnya sebesar 80% dan pelarut air untuk pelarut tepungnya rasa gurihnya diperoleh 60%.

Abstract

Perusahaan PT X menghasilkan biodiesel yang berasal dari bahan baku minyak kelapa sawit. Proses untuk mendapatkan biodiesel melalui tahapan proses pemurnian, transesterifikasi dan kemudian menghasilkan produk metil ester atau biodiesel. Hasil biodiesel yang diperoleh merupakan reaksi antara (minyak nabati) dengan senyawa kimia methanol dengan bantan katalis. Perusahaan PT X dalam hal ini menetapkan standar bahan baku salah satu adalah kadar digliserida maksimum 0,2%. Data kadar digliserida perusahaan PT X menunjukkan kadarnya diatas 0,2 %, dengan jumlah produk yang outspec sangat banyak sehingga hal ini menunjukkan adanya sistem produksi yang bermasalah. Kerugian kualitas atau Quality Loss Function, ini disebabkan kerusakan dalam tahap proses pembuatannya, yang akan mengalami kerugian berupa material, waktu, dan energi. Hasil perhitungan quality loss function untuk produk yang mengalami kerusakan sebanyak 22816 ton.

Abstract

AbstractThis study intends to evaluate the degree of oil losses in CPO processing at the "x" business unit of the PTPN IV palm oil mill. You may examine the amount of oil loss that takes place as well as the causes of the oil loss using the seven tools technique. In order to ensure that CPO production consistently results in the best goods and preserves the quality of CPO, the PTPN IV "x" factory constantly works to ensure that oil losses that do occur are always within the company's norm threshold. As can be seen from the daily losses data, which indicates that the degree of oil loss is still beyond the company's norm threshold, the research findings indicate that oil loss throughout the CPO processing process is still quite high. The histogram shows that the Boiled Water and Final Drab stations experienced the highest average oil loss, with deviations from the average of 0.24% and 0.03%, respectively. The pressure is outside the control limits in the 20th data on the control chart at the Ampas station, with a UCL of 4.86% and an LCL of 3.07%. Oil losses are a result of four factors: machinery, human resources, raw materials, and methods. Starting with the most important, the causes of oil losses are human resources, followed by raw materials, machines, and processes. Keywords:Oil losses, Crude Palm Oil, Seven tools.  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat kehilangan minyak (oil losses) pada pengolahan CPO dipabrik kelapa sawit PTPN IV unit usaha “x”. Dengan metode seven tools dapat menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat kehilangan minyak yang terjadi serta dapat menganalisis faktor penyebab dari kehilangan minyak tersebut. Dalam proses produksinya pabrik PTPN IV “x” selalu berusaha agar kehilangan minyak yang terjadi selalu dibawa batas ambang norma perusahaan agar  produksi CPO selalu menghasilkan produk yang terbaik dan menjaga kualitas mutu CPO. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kehilangan minyak pada saat proses pengolahan CPO masi sangat tinggi, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari data losses harian yang menunujukan bahwa tingkat kehilangan minyak masi berada diatas batas ambang norma perusahaan. Dengan histogram dapat diketahui rata-rata kehilangan minyak paling tinggi terjadi pada stasiun Air rebusan dan Drab akhir dengan selisih terhadap norma 0,24% dan 0,03 %. Pada peta kendali distasiun Ampas pressan berada diluar batas pengendalian pada data ke 20 sebesar 4,93 % dengan UCL 4,86 % dan LCL 3,07 %. Faktor penyebab kehilangn oil losses terdapat 4 faktor yaitu Mesin, SDM, Bahan Baku dan Metode. Penyebab kehilangan oil losses mulai dari yang paling dominan adalah SDM, bahan baku, mesin dan terakhir metode. Kata Kunci:                                      Kehilangan minyak, Minyak sawit mentah, Tujuh alat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical conditions and psychological factors partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. XYZ. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal research design. The population of this study were all employees of PT. XYZ. The sample of this study was 20 employees of PT. XYZ. Data collection used primary data measured directly by an independent laboratory and secondary data obtained from company documents related to this study. using multiple linear regression analysis and the data obtained will be inputted into minitab. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it can be seen that there is a negative influence between psychology and employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.00165, meaning that if psychology increases by 1%, ployee performance decreases by 0.00165% based on the F test to see whether the independent variable has a significant relationship overall with the dependent variable, using ɑ = 5% or 0.05, testing is carried out simultaneously. the data obtained has an F value of 1.72 using ɑ = 5% obtained a p value of 0.009 while in the T test using minitab it is seen that the p value is below ɑ = 0.05 which means that we can reject. Therefore, the four parameters are statistically significant.

Abstract

Food security is a major challenge for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) with limited resources and agricultural land. This study aims to optimize the use of vacant land to enhance food security at the Markaz Penghafal Al-Qur'an of Yayasan Layar Dakwah. The research methodology includes the application of agricultural techniques such as raised bed construction, selection of superior seeds, and efficient plant maintenance. The results show that utilizing vacant land with appropriate agricultural methods can increase food productivity and reduce dependence on external supplies. Tomato plants demonstrated the highest productivity at 2.25 kg/m², followed by red chili (1.75 kg/m²) and shallots (1.25 kg/m²). Additionally, the involvement of students in agricultural activities provided added benefits in terms of skill development and increased motivation. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of agricultural techniques with the pesantren education system, as well as the implementation of simple agricultural technologies that can be applied sustainably. Therefore, this research offers practical solutions to improve food security in pesantren and empower students in the field of agriculture.

Abstract

Inventory management of raw materials is a crucial aspect in ensuring the smooth production process of the palm oil industry. This study examines the effectiveness of integrating forecasting models and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to optimize the inventory of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) raw materials at PT Salapian Indo Sawit. The palm oil industry in Indonesia represents about 3.5% of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and provides employment for more than 17 million people. Inaccuracies in raw material inventory management lead to disruptions in the production process and inefficiencies in operational costs. The literature review shows that MRP methods with lot-for-lot techniques have been effectively implemented in various industries, but their application in the palm oil sector is still limited. The objective of this research is to analyze optimal forecasting methods for CPO raw material requirements and evaluate the efficiency of MRP implementation compared to conventional methods. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of forecasting methods (Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing) with MRP specifically for the palm oil industry, considering the unique characteristics of the palm oil supply chain. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with demand and historical production data from June 2020 to May 2021. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing method with ?=0.5 provides the best forecasting accuracy (MAPE=0.120; MSE=436.17). Implementing MRP with lot-for-lot techniques results in significant efficiencies, including a reduction in order frequency (26.67%), a reduction in order quantity (7.63%), and a reduction in initial inventory (8.10%). This study concludes that integrating an accurate forecasting model with the MRP system is effective for optimizing CPO raw material inventory and enhancing the operational efficiency of the company.
