Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and develop a sales force automation application based on website, to help automate sales activities in PT.ASP Breeding Farm. Development of methodology in this research is by the first stage of data collection in the form of interview, observation and literature study. The second stage Analysis and design, analyzing business process sales, business process scheduling, order business process, and data flow diagram. Application development using Content Management Systtem Odoo Version 10. The results achieved on the application of this ASPBF SFA is this application can help sales activities such as, the sales department can record sales transactions and online sales repayment, record customer data. This app assists ASPBF owners in providing bonuses for sales. This application automates sales activities in the form of SFA ASPBF it helps managers and sales / marketing in making a sales schedule well, so that sales opportunities can be utilized. This application can provide a reminder for every sales activity so it can be used to notify the marketing of every activity that must be done Key Word : SFA, Sales, Force, Automation

Abstract

In accordance with the regulations set by the government in the process of graduation of course, needs criteria for determining the graduation of participants, especially in vocational information and communication technologies in the sub department office tools. In the process of determining graduation at UPTD BLK Kuningan, it needs a decision support system. One method that can be used for decision support system is using the Profile Matching. This method is chosen because it is able to select the best candidates from a number of course participants in Kuningan District, determining graduation course participants of UPTD BLK for assessment in determining the graduation, in this case the participants meant that the weight value for each attribute, such as aspects of intelligence and aspects of the work attitude, then it is conducted ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, in this case is the best course participants.Keywords : SPK, Graduation Course Participants, Profile Matching Method

Abstract

Purchasing is the most important thing in a business process company. Every business activity must make the purchase process, whether it is engaged in services, buying and selling, or industry. Similarly, what happens in PT Bersama Cipta Rasa Mulya, a company engaged in the sale of bread always makes purchases of credit on raw materials needed for production activities. The process of recording credit purchase transactions and repayment of credit purchases is still done on a page by page so there is often a delay in making the report. Therefore, tools are needed to make reporting easier and more automated. This raw material purchase application can manage the recording, ordering, purchasing, returning purchase, recording of credit purchase repayment, and reporting on supplier assessment. The methodology chosen to build tools in the form of this application is a prototype methodology that is adapted with the needs of authors in data collection. While the tools used in system design analysis is Flow map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, and Entity Relationship Diagram. Implementation of system design uses Visual Basic for Applications by using Microsoft Access 2013 as a database. This application can facilitate in recording transactions and making reports relating to the purchase of raw material credit and facilitate in making supplier selection decisions before making purchases of credit transactions of raw materials. Keywords: Credit Purchase, Raw Material, Supplier Rating, Database, Prototype

Abstract

researcher took the theme "Webgis based Information Systems of Space Utilization in Kuningan Regency (A Case Study at Regional Development Planning Agency Kuningan)". The location of this research is done in Kuningan Regency. This research will be focused on the first problem i.e. how to use space in Kuningan is, second, how to show information about city spatial more quickly and accurately is. The purpose of this study is to facilitate in obtaining information on spatial and non spatial data quickly about the use of space in the district of Kuningan and by using digital map is expected to obtain information more integrated between spatial and non spatial data. This research can be useful among others that can be practically used as a reference by stakeholders in the utilization of space. The results of this study are expected to provide references in the field of academic computer science, especially in the field of information systems. The method used in the process of geographic information system development of space utilization mapping in Kuningan uses waterfall model. The analytical approach uses structured analysis. The programming language used in this research is PHP with MySQL as database, while for the development of GIS-based mapping tools uses ArcGIS or ArcMap and then the .shp file format is converted into .jpeg or .png format. Spatial use in Kuningan District is implemented with existing map based on planning result from local government of Kuningan Subdistrict.Keywords: Information System, Urban Space Utilization, GIS, Webgis, digital map

Abstract

Integrated Academic Information System of Kuningan University (SIKADUKU) is an integrated academic information system built and developed in Kuningan University as a strategic step in organizational management. UNIKU as an organization needs to pay attention to the existence of factors that can influence effectiveness of the use of Information System so that the occurrence of "productivity paradox", can be minimized for that need to do empirical test about factors influencing individual user in using information system and its effect to system effectiveness so the value of benefits can be achieved as expected. This study was made with the aim to know the factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of information systems SIKADUKU in the University of Kuningan. This study will discuss the effectiveness measured by using the factor of user satisfaction. According to stakeholders’ point of view, effectiveness is a consideration of the benefits gained by users over the use of information systems (Seddon et al., 2000 in Widowati Achjari, 2004). Then, the factors that can affect users’ satisfaction are system quality, information quality, service quality, while individual users give influential factors that is belief of the power of Web system (web self- efficacy), personal innovativeness and attitude towards the portal. The research method used is quantitative by using Questionnaire instrument, then it is analyzed by using Linear Regression with SPSS 21 software assisted. Keywords: Academic Information System, Technology Acceptance Model, IS Success Model, User Satisfaction, Single Benefit

Abstract

Application Based Asynchronous Learning model is a self-learning model for the beginner of nature lovers who want to learn about the basic material about nature lovers, while the model of development using asynchronous learning models. Asynchronous learning is learning independently. Learners can interact with each other with material that has been provided at the time of their choosing. A discussion thread is an example of an asynchronous learning (5: Fajar Galuh Sujiatmoko: 2013). The operating system used for the development of applications is android operating system, Android is an operating system for mobile phones based on Linux. Android provides an open platform to developers for creating their own applications to be used by a variety of mobile devices (5: Eriza Siti Mulyani: 2012). In Additional  supporting softwares for application development are PHP and MySQL.The method used for the development of this application is RUP (Rational Unified Process). RUP is a software engineering process of defining the good (well defined) and structuring a good (well structured) (Rosa U.S. and Shalahudin M, 2011). By designing this application is expected to make easy in the learning process.

Abstract

Kuningan is one of the regencies in West Java which has various tourism objects. Beside nature tourism, there are also many other tourism objects such as modern water tourism that provide water boom, historical tours, religious tourism and culinary tourism. Now days the information of these tourism destination is usually through mouth to mouth, mass media, browsing¸ and social media. It makes that not all tourism objects can be visited, due to lack of information and location of scattered attractions that are difficult to reach by public transportation. This study offers an android application that can provide convenience to tourists who want to visit the tourism objects. This application provides information about the existing attractions from the start location information, facilities, opening hours and closing and guides to reach the location by using the Location Based Service method. Any travelers can download the app and run it on a smartphone. Users of the app can choose the tourism objects by category and the system will provide guide facilities to the tourist sites you want to visit. This application is expected to be a solution to the above problems and it becomes a tourism promotion media in Kuningan Regency.Keyword : Travel apss, LBS, Kuningan, Android

Abstract

Design of a web based Library Information (A Case Study at Kuningan University) is a means to manage and obtain book library data that exist in the University of Kuningan. The management of this application includes book collection with book code, book lending, book returns, borrowing fines and so on which are integrated between the University library data and the available library data in the faculty. This library system will be integrated with the academic system for verification of certificate submission data in which the students must submit the final project result, paper or thesis along with the statement stating that the students do not have a loan or arrears in the library. The results obtained in this library information system is in the form of reports of data visits, registration, borrowing, returns and penalties with adjustable output per Faculty, department, academic year and overall.Keywords: Library Information System, University of Kuningan, Online Library, WEB-based Library
