Abstract

AbstrakBanjir merupakan fenomena yang hampir selalu terjadi setiap tahun di berbagai daerah di seluruh Indonesia dengan bermacam variasi siklus. Pada musim hujan, tingginya curah hujan yang dan daerah aliran sungai yang menyempit dan terjadi pendangkalan, tidak lagi mampu menampung aliran air sehingga terjadi banjir bandang. Mekanisme peringatan banjir berjalan dengan kearifan lokal secara tradisional yang sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan dan kemampuan cepat tanggap dari personal yang ditugaskan mengawasi sungai. Oleh karena itu inovasi pengembangan dari sistem yang ada diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi dan data secara berkala dan menjadi peringatan lebih awal terhadap banjir bandang guna meminimalisir dampak.Pengolahan citra dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar inovasi dari mekanisme peringatan banjir yang ada. Metode Background Substraction dilakukan untuk mendeteksi secara otomatis Tinggi Muka Air (TMA) pada papan kontrol (Peil) melalui IP Camera yang menjadi parameter input bagi sistem dan diolah menjadi informasi bagi pihak berkepentingan. Deteksi level ketinggian air / TMA  berdasarkan penunjukan warna merah pada papan kontrol (Peil) dengan background subtraction, dilakukan pada skala nyata, yang dikembagkan dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap proses pendeteksian level ketinggian air yang meliputi jarak jangkauan IP kamera dan sudut dan juga posisi ketinggian IP kamera dengan intensitas cahaya.Hasil analisis deteksi Tinggi Muka Air (TMA) pada papan peil berupa jarak  jangkauan dan sudut  IP kamera dalam mendeteksi dan melacak level TMA yaitu optimal pada jarak 200 - 600 cm dengan sudut 30, 45, dan 60 derajat,  skala TMA Peil dapat terdeteksi dan dapat dianalisis. Pada parameter  posisi ketinggian IP kamera dengan intensitas cahaya, hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ketinggian posisi IP Kamera dari 1150 – 1250 cm dengn intensitas cahaya antara 786 – 1980 lux,optimal dalam menangkap area Skala TMA Peil agar terdeteksi Kata Kunci: Banjir Bandang, Pengolahan Citra, Backgroun Subtraction, Level Tinggi Muka Air (TMA). AbstractFlooding is a phenomenon that almost always occurs every year in various regions throughout Indonesia with a variety of cycle variations. In the rainy season, high rainfall and narrowed watersheds and silting up are no longer able to accommodate the flow of water, causing flash floods. The flood warning mechanism operates with traditional local wisdom that is highly dependent on the availability and responsiveness of the personnel assigned to oversee the river. Therefore the innovation development of the existing system is expected to be able to provide information and data on a regular basis and be an early warning to flash floods to minimize impacts.Image processing can be used as a basis for innovation from existing flood warning mechanisms. The Background Substraction method is carried out to automatically detect High Levels of Water (TMA) on the control board (Peil) via an IP Camera which is an input parameter for the system and is processed into information for interested parties. Detection of water level / TMA based on the designation of red on the control board (Peil) with background subtraction, carried out on a real scale, developed from previous studies. Tests carried out on the process of detecting the level of water level which includes the distance range of the camera's IP and angle and also the position of the IP camera's height with light intensity.The results of analysis of detection of water level (TMA) on the peil board in the form of the range and angle of the IP camera in detecting and tracking the level of the TMA is optimal at a distance of 200-600 cm with angles of 30, 45, and 60 degrees, the TMA Peil scale can be detected and can be analyzed. In the parameters of the IP camera's height position with light intensity, the results of the analysis show that the IP camera's height position from 1150-1250 cm with light intensity between 786 - 1980 lux, optimal in capturing the Peil TMA Scale area to be detected.Keywords: Flash Floods, Image Processing, Background Subtraction, High Level Water Face (TMA)

Abstract

Pengalaman pada masa anak-anak usia dini memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam keseluruhan proses perkembangan aspek-aspek kepribadian pada masa-masa kehidupannya. Sehingga, pendidikan anak usia dini membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan stimulus yang berdasarkan realita serta mampu membawa pengetahuan sebanyak mungkin dalam kegiatan bermain anak-anak sebagai kegiatan belajar utama bagi anak usia dini.Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat memberikan alternatif media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian, Gawai (Gadget) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan karakter dan interaksi sosial anak usia dini, baik positif maupun negatif. Secara positif, Gawai dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan anak usia diniPenelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah aplikasi media pembelajaran anak usia dini berbasis augmented reality pada android. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menerapkan algoritma Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) dengan metode pengenbangan aplikasi menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP)Aplikasi media pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) berbasis augmented reality pada android,  dapat meningkatkan stimulus pembelajaran bangu ruang berdasarkan realita serta menyajikan pengetahuan bangun ruang  menjadi lebih menarik. Berdasarkan hasil uji User Acceptance Test (UAT), aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan tim Guru PAUD dalam memberikan penjelasan Bangun Ruang secara lebih menarik dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini

Abstract

Integrated Academic Information System of Kuningan University (SIKADUKU) is an integrated academic information system built and developed in Kuningan University as a strategic step in organizational management. UNIKU as an organization needs to pay attention to the existence of factors that can influence effectiveness of the use of Information System so that the occurrence of "productivity paradox", can be minimized for that need to do empirical test about factors influencing individual user in using information system and its effect to system effectiveness so the value of benefits can be achieved as expected. This study was made with the aim to know the factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of information systems SIKADUKU in the University of Kuningan. This study will discuss the effectiveness measured by using the factor of user satisfaction. According to stakeholders’ point of view, effectiveness is a consideration of the benefits gained by users over the use of information systems (Seddon et al., 2000 in Widowati Achjari, 2004). Then, the factors that can affect users’ satisfaction are system quality, information quality, service quality, while individual users give influential factors that is belief of the power of Web system (web self- efficacy), personal innovativeness and attitude towards the portal. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan  untuk adalah mengkaji faktor-faktor yang berpengaruhi terhadap pemanfaatan WiFI dalam menunjang proses pendidikan di lingkungan kampus Universitas Kuningan.Penelitian ini akan membahas seberapa besar pengaruhnya faktor-faktor pemanfaatan WIFI-ID terhadap manfaat individu pengguna dalam menunjang proses pendidikan, sehingga hasil penelitian ini  diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi lembaga untuk memberikan pelayanan  di bidang internet dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan  di lingkungan Universitas Kuningan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen Kuisioner, kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan  Regresi Linier dengan berbantuan software SPSS 21. Kata Kunci: Pemanfaatan WIFI , Manfaat Individu, Proses Pendidikan Abstract       The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing towardsthe use of Wi Fi for supporting the educational process in the Kuningan University.       This study will discusshow far the influence of factors in using WIFI-ID towards the user's individual benefits in supporting the educational process, so that the results of this study are expected to be a reference for the agency to provide services in the field of the Internet as an effort to improve the quality of education in the Kuningan University.       The method used is quantitative using questionnaire instrument, then the data is analyzed by using linear regression with SPSS 21 software. Keywords: the use of WIFI, Individual Benefits, Educational Process

Abstract

The Deffa Jaya Showroom uses a conventional system in managing its products and customers. Conventional system causes inaccuracies in the management of goods, inventory and customer data. Increased loyalty is done by providing good service. This study aims to increase consumers’ loyalties through the application of CRM. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The stages of this waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system designs, implementing systems, testing and operating and maintaining systems. Forms of CRM implementation that are applied to the Showroom are giving discounts on certain products and certain days, giving discounts on each cash purchase, a means of product discussion that is a means of communication between customers and the Deffa Jaya Motor Showroom in discussing about products that will be purchased by the customers, and a means of criticism provide criticism or suggestions for the Deffa Jaya Motor Showroom. The application of CRM in this system is expected to be able to improve services so that it impacts on increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

One of the cultures of Kuningan Regency that still exists today is traditional musical instruments whose numbers and types, historical information and how to play are increasingly rare to be introduced in schools and studios. One of the efforts to preserve and introduce traditional musical instruments in Kuningan Regency to the community, is by holding annual traditional musical instrument festivals, but these efforts have not been able to increase public knowledge about information from traditional musical instruments in Kuningan Regency. Technology that is able to provide information on traditional musical instruments and is able to be attractive and interactive is absolutely necessary as an alternative effort. Augmented Reality application by implementing the FAST Corner Detector algorithm can be built as an alternative to the introduction of traditional musical instruments in Kuningan Regency. This application was built using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) system development method. Application of Augmented Reality Introduction to Traditional Musical Instruments in Kuningan Regency can provide information about the types of musical instruments as well as examples of sounds and videos on how to play traditional musical instruments as a means of media in an effort to preserve traditional musical instruments in Kuningan regency in society, especially the younger generation.Keywords : Augmented Reality, FAST Corner Detector, Rational Unified Process,Traditional musical instrumen

Accounting Information Systems of Purchasing and Sales Process functions to manage the company's financial data.This study is aimed to delevop an accounting information system of  purchasing and sales process that can handle the data management of large amounts and uncontrolled goods, especially in Lestari Minimarket. Main concepts in the designing and developing Accounting information systems of purchasing and  sales process uses PHP and MySQL, so that financial accounting data can be managed appropriately and accurately. Abstract

Internet Safety is one of the concepts in utilizing and using Internet technology to protect oneself from possible risks or dangers in the digital world. The growing internet affects all areas of life both in cities and in villages. Cibinuang Village is one of the villages in Kuningan district where the majority of the people are farmers. Currently the people of Cibinuang village are starting to recognize and use the Internet in their daily lives. Based on a survey on Internet usage by the people of Cibinuang Village, they are still using it to find information, watch entertainment, play games and social media. There are problems in the use of the Internet in society, namely that people are vulnerable to receiving false information or hoaxes, school children are addicted to playing online games without a time limit, the use of social media is not optimal. The purpose of this Internet Safety utilization training activity is to provide knowledge and insight about the benefits and dangers of the digital world. So that with this training the people of Cibinuang village can be wise and careful in using the Internet. The partners of this activity are the apparatus and the Cibinuang village community. The training method is carried out with presentations and demonstrations on Internet Safety . The results of this activity are increasing public insight and knowledge regarding the use of Internet Safety

Abstract

AbstrakMata pelajaran Biologi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa/i di SMA NEGERI 1 Kuningan. Pengenalan animalia coelenterta merupakan salah satu materi mata pelajaran biologi yang dipelajari oleh siswa/i dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional yang digunakan oleh guru berupa buku yang menampilkan gambaran animalia coelenterata 2D, sehingga  siswa/i terbatas dalam mendapatkan gambaran lengkap Animalia coelenterata. Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung belum efektif dan belum dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa/i pada saat pembelajaran dikelas. Maka dari itu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality dapat menjadi salah satu langkah penyelesaian dalam mengatasi hal tersebut. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda antara dunia nyata dengan dunia maya berupa objek 3D yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata oleh siswa/i, agar pembelajaran pengenalan animalia coelenterata lebih menarik dan tidak monoton karena menampilkan gambaran  animasi 3D. Untuk membangun aplikasi pengenalan animalia coelenterata, perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) serta penerapan algoritma SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) untuk pendeteksian titik keypoint pada marker. Pendeteksian titik keypoint dilakukan pada marker yang ada didalam program. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu siswa/i dalam mempelajari pengenalan animalia coelenterata karena gambaran animalia coelenterata terlihat lebih nyata dengan Animasi 3D, gerakan animalia coelenterata dan deskripsi animalia coelenterata. Kata Kunci:SIFT, Augmented Reality, Animalia Coelenterata, UML

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar policy essentially aims to accelerate the achievement of national goals of education. One of the major changes in the policy is the implementation of the National Assessment (NA) which substitutes national exams and changes the focus of assessment into literacy and numeracy skills. This leads to a demand for teacher to adapt learning process and classroom assessment for facilitating students’ literacy and numeracy skills. Therefore, teacher understanding about the element in national assessment is a very important factor in the implementation of National Assessment. As the response, this study collects data about teacher understanding from 100 elementary and junior high school teachers in the Kuningan Regency area. The results shows that the elementary and junior high school teachers already have a good understanding of the objectives of NA and awareness that the implementation of NA would have an impact on providing a more varied learning and assessment experience. However, it is shown that the good understanding and awareness is not supported by capability to develop literacy and numeracy questions. The support for improving capability in making questions that align with the NA is needed in order to provide appropriate measurement and assessment of student learning outcomes and provide the basis for decision making in the classroom learning process.
