Abstract

The strategic planning that will be applied concerns the information system of village government, then this system can be called as e-Government. This refers to the definition of e-Government according to the US Federal Government that the e-Government of information delivery and government online services via internet or other digital tools, in building an integrated information system required strategic planning of each village, sub-district and district / city in development, strategic planning is useful as a reference of IT that will be used to be directed and can give maximum contribution. To overcome this, modeling of information technology architecture as a guide for the development of integrated information system. The IT Governance model approach uses the TOGAF ADM Framework.The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework and method for enterprise architecture that provides a methodology for analyzing the overall business architecture. There are three commonly accepted architectural domains as part of the overall enterprise architecture. The three domains are supported by TOGAF: Architecture Development Method (ADM) that explains how to find a company / institutional / organization architecture in detail according to business needs, and this is a core part of TOGAF.Once all components in the modeling within the TOGAF ADM framework are formed then the next strategy determines which activities will form an application, which will later be integrated. In order to the entire system in communicating effectively through a network that has been established. Thus the system to be built has a service orientation. Here is an overview of Services Oriented Achitecture (SOA).The purpose of this research is to produce Enterprise Architecture Modeling, which can be used as a foundation for the development, implementation of technology and information system for the village. Designing EA-based architecture models tailored to village activities that can simplify the implementation of information systems using TOGAF ADM and SOA work frameworks. It can generate an integrated information system strategic plan as needed.

Abstract

Marketplace is an online sales system in which there are buyers and sellers who are usually used by businessmen to market their products or services, because they are considered more effective and efficient. The system that will be created will produce an online market in which there are food products from various different restaurants. This system implements an operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method to establish good relationships with existing customers and to obtain new customers. This system is based on Android and it is built with the Java programming language, MySQL database as a data storage and testing methods using white boxe and black box texting. Entities involved in this system are customers, sellers and admin. The seller can manage the data including food data, discount, sales data, send orders and withdrawal of sales balance. While the admin can confirm the request for withdrawal of balance and manage user data that is deleting user data if there is a request or there are other problems. Customers who want to order food must first be registered in the system, then make payments via bank transfer and after that confirm the orders that have been paid. Then the delivery of orders is done by the seller with the provision for a minimum purchase of several portions for locations very far from the seller. Customers who have already registered in the application can see information in the form of food discounts, foods that are most favored by buyers and the latest products marketed by sellers.

Abstract

Konveksi Blackone is a cloth maker company in the Cikijing District area - Majalengka and it is located in Sukamukti village, Sukaraos block. The problem faced by this company is the uncontrolled stock of goods both raw materials and finished goods so that it disrupts the stability of the company itself. on the system is running, the company is not controlling the stock of goods both raw materials and finished goods so that it disrupts the stability of the company itself. Customers also have difficulty in getting the goods ordered. Then in the process of recording the goods carried out manually either the data of the goods, recording records or recording the reports. Because data collection in processing data is still recorded manually so it is less effective in processing information. After going through various stages of testing design and implementation of the SCM method for Web-based Information Stock Information Systems on Blackone Convection, it can facilitate the company to manage the inventory process of raw material requirements, production processes and distribution of goods and increase the effectiveness of delivering information in the form of reports. This system encourages the efficiency of costs that must be spent by the company in every process carried out both the order process of products, raw materials, production and distribution of goods, this is because the distribution of goods for the company is easier and so is production.

Abstract

Rian Farma Pharmacies still uses manual management system of drugs inventory so that it can be lost or damaged, and at the time, the bookkeeping and data checking medication take too long so that the pharmacy is difficult to manage the supply of drugs quickly and it is difficult to plan a number of booking which will be ordered. Based on the condition, the writer creates a design system for the management of drug stocks at Rian Farma pharmacy which aims to facilitate the pharmacy to manage inventory stock of drugs such as goods in and goods out and for planning reserve in the amount of stock that will be the ordered. In inventory management information system, the writer uses Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). It is a method for determining the amount of the minimum limit stock and the amount of stock to be ordered. The system development uses Waterfall method. Waterfall has several stages in building a system such as analyzing, designing, coding, testing and maintaining. The stages are mutually continuous and repeated to form a waterfall. By using this system, Rian Farma pharmacy can find out how the optimal number of orders booked back to the supplier so that the stock of drugs in the warehouse can be optimal. The reporting process is fast and accurate, and easy to search the data because it is integrated with the database so that the controlling stock of the drug is easier and faster

Abstract

Fajar Luragung department store is one of the companies that implements a reward program for employees who deserve it. The reward is an award as a form of corporate gratitude to employees who have worked well. The selection of best employees is the process of evaluation about how well the performance of employees is in accordance with the standards set by the company. However, the number of criterias that must be considered make the selection team confused in determining the best employee to be rewarded. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can determine the best employees based on many criterias, one of them is the Profile Matching Method. This study uses the Waterfall model system development method and the programming languages used are PHP and MySQL. The final result of this study found that the decision support system with the Profile Matching method was able to overcome the problems in the process of selecting the best employees at the Fajar Luragung Department Store.
