Abstract

The strategic planning that will be applied concerns the information system of village government, then this system can be called as e-Government. This refers to the definition of e-Government according to the US Federal Government that the e-Government of information delivery and government online services via internet or other digital tools, in building an integrated information system required strategic planning of each village, sub-district and district / city in development, strategic planning is useful as a reference of IT that will be used to be directed and can give maximum contribution. To overcome this, modeling of information technology architecture as a guide for the development of integrated information system. The IT Governance model approach uses the TOGAF ADM Framework.The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework and method for enterprise architecture that provides a methodology for analyzing the overall business architecture. There are three commonly accepted architectural domains as part of the overall enterprise architecture. The three domains are supported by TOGAF: Architecture Development Method (ADM) that explains how to find a company / institutional / organization architecture in detail according to business needs, and this is a core part of TOGAF.Once all components in the modeling within the TOGAF ADM framework are formed then the next strategy determines which activities will form an application, which will later be integrated. In order to the entire system in communicating effectively through a network that has been established. Thus the system to be built has a service orientation. Here is an overview of Services Oriented Achitecture (SOA).The purpose of this research is to produce Enterprise Architecture Modeling, which can be used as a foundation for the development, implementation of technology and information system for the village. Designing EA-based architecture models tailored to village activities that can simplify the implementation of information systems using TOGAF ADM and SOA work frameworks. It can generate an integrated information system strategic plan as needed.

Abstract

Policies in a non profit oriented organization also prioritize customer service. The development of information systems and information technology will have an impact on improving the quality of service, this applies in government that manages the community, makes the government to build and develop information systems to help business activities, to achieve organizational goals and services for stakeholders especially those related to data , information, technology and applications. The development of this information system must be aligned with the direction of the organizational strategy (enterprise), but some cases of managing information systems do not do linear mapping, but in parallel this is caused by the readiness of technology and the ability of human resources in mastering science and technology.The objective is to design a village population enterprise architecture data in the form of a blueprint that includes business architecture, data architecture, and application architecture to support village business activities using the TOGAF framework. As for designing using the facilities provided by TOGAF, the Architecture Development Method (ADM) using 6 phases owned by ADM .. The results of this study are expected to make practical contributions for decision makers in village government in planning the information system architecture in village management according with the vision and mission set.

Abstract

AbstrakStrategi dan kebijakan dalam suatu organisasi yang non profit oriented juga mengutamakan pada layanan konsumen. Perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi akan berdampak pada persaingan yang semakin ketat, hal ini berlaku juga di dunia pendidikan terutama bagi perguruan tinggi yang dikelola oleh masyarakat (swasta), membuat pihak pengelola untuk membangun dan mengembangkan sistem informasi dalam membantu aktifitas bisnis, untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi serta  layanan bagi stake holder terutama yang berhubungan dengan data, informasi, teknologi dan aplikasi. Pembangunan dan pengembangan sistem informasi ini harus selaras dengan arah strategi organisasi (enterprise), ditemukan beberapa kasus pengelolaan sistem informasi mengalami kegagalan dalam mencapai tujuan (objective) organisasi karena pemanfaatan ini tidak sesuai dengan arah dan tujuan perguruan tinggi (organisasi).The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) merupakan framework dan metode untuk arsitektur enterprise yang menyediakan metodologi untuk menganalisis arsitektur bisnis secara keseluruhan. Terdapat tiga domain arsitektur yang diterima secara umum sebagai bagian dari keseluruhan arsitektur enterprise ketiga domain tersebut didukung oleh TOGAF yaitu Architecture Development Method (ADM) menjelaskan bagaimana menemukan sebuah arsitektur perusahaan/lembaga/organisasi secara rinci sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnisnya, dan ini adalah bagian inti dari TOGAF.Tujuan membuat pemodelan arsitektur enterprise Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon berupa blueprint yang meliputi arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, dan arsitektur aplikasi guna mendukung aktifitas bisnis Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon menggunakan framework TOGAF. Adapun dalam melakukan pemodelan mengunakan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh TOGAF yaitu Architecture Development Method (ADM) dengan menggunakan 6 fase yang dimiliki oleh ADM. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pemangku keputusan di Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon dalam merencanakan arsitektur sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Strategi perguruan tinggi swasta dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dengan   menggunakan metode TOGAF AbstractStrategies and policies in a non-profit organization focuses on customer service. There are three domains of architecture which are generally accepted as parts of the overall enterprise architecture supported by three domains of TOGAF namely Architecture Development Method (ADM) explaining about how to discover an architecture company / institution / organization in detail in accordance with business needs, and it is a core part of TOGAF.The purpose of making enterprise architecture modeling of NU University Cirebon in the form of a blueprint covering business architecture, data architecture and application architecture is to support business activities in the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Cirebon using TOGAF framework. For the modeling using the facilities provided by the TOGAF Architecture Development Method namely (ADM) used 6 phases owned by ADM. Abstract

Smk Cibening is one of the schools in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The process of this course is intended so that the students can complete the school according to their abilities before continuing to a higher level, namely college. The current process of majors has disadvantages including the unavailability of special application to support courtesy, in helping counseling teachers to determine the right direction, so that the process takes a long time and also can occur a lot of consideration. to help the teachers in determining the majors of students at SMK Cibening. This study uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The criterias used are report cards, national examination results (SKHUN) and majors. The final results of this study found that the decision support system with the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is able to overcome the problems in the process of determining the majors at SMK Cibening.Keywords: decision support system, WATERFALLl, with Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method

Abstract

The process of providing tools in the Kuningan university environment is still done manually, namely by writing what items or tools are needed by each unit, the task force is submitted to the field of facilities and infrastructure managed by the University. This research was conducted to design and create and implement an integrated inventory system with inventory using barcode scanners using web network media, so that the scanner readings can be processed by the inventory application via a PC connected to a network of workstations in each task force at Kuningan University. . The development of an integrated inventory system with inventory of goods uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) application development method. Rational Unified Processis a software engineering method developedWithusing the concept of object oriented, with activities that focus on developing models using the Unified Model Language (UML). In the inventory and inventory system, there are three actors, namely management and executor. The actor is a management who is a registered provider in the system who has full access rights to manage monitoring data and report goods data periodically. Meanwhile, two actors are not only users who have limited access rights according to their needs. In user actors, there are derivative actors who become users of the system, because those listed in the application are faculties.Keyword : web base  inventory aplication

Abstract

The village development is no longer the authority of the central government authority but the authority of the regional government is more dominant in organizing, planning and making development policies in accordance with Law no. 32 of 2004. The policy of local government authorities is to facilitate the achievement of the level of community welfare. Structural changes in government that began in 1999 in the government structure that is close and directly in contact with the community, namely the village government. The implementation of village governance is still in the nature of public and administrative services. With the stipulation of Permendagri No. 84 of 2015 concerning the organizational structure and working procedures of the village government. Therefore, village involvement in development consists of village government stakeholders, community organizations and community leaders. The Cihideunggirrang village government in its performance must be supported by superior and professional human resources. The human resources of the Cihideunggirang village government must always be improved either through seminars, counseling, or training. To optimize the improvement of human resources in the Cihideunggirang village government, as village officials in all their activities must be supported by facilities and capabilities in the field of technology. This is very important because by involving technology, all the work carried out by the Cihideunggirang village apparatus can be assisted effectively.

Abstract

The National Assessment is an evaluation program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve the quality of education by photographing the inputs, processes and outputs of learning in all educational units. Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is conducted to measure reading literacy and numeracy. Reading literacy is defined as the ability to understand, use, evaluate, reflect on various types of written texts to develop individual capacities as citizens of Indonesia and citizens of the world and to be able to contribute productively to society. Numeracy is the ability to think using mathematical concepts, procedures, facts, and tools to solve everyday problems in various types of contexts that are relevant to individuals as citizens of Indonesia and the world. Prior to the implementation of AKM at SDN 1 Bojong Cilimus, it was necessary to carry out a simulation for grade 5 students so that the implementation of AKM could run smoothly and students could work on literacy and numeracy questions properly according to the expectations of all parties. Abstract

An educational institution located in Kuningan Regency, specifically in Jalaksana District, has implemented the independent curriculum with differentiated learning to meet students' learning needs based on their learning styles. However, determining learning styles requires a lengthy process and time. Moreover, the criteria used for determination have not yet referred to students' learning styles, resulting in inaccurate identification of students' learning styles. To address this issue, a decision support system using the profile matching method is employed, which compares students' actual data values with the expected profile to identify competency gaps. This method uses criteria such as communication, learning, memory, and attitude. The goal is to facilitate the school in determining students' learning styles. The outcome of this study is the generation of recommendations for students' learning styles calculated using the profile matching method. The calculations yielded the highest score of 4.6 for the visual learning style and the lowest score of 3.6 for the auditory learning style. The accuracy rate obtained is 97.92% or in another word it can be said that it is effective and accurate for the school to use in determining students' learning styles.

Abstract

Semaphore is a way to send and receive news by using a flag, paddle, trunk, bare hands or gloves. The semaphore learning at School at this time still uses the Scout's manual and it is only in the form of 2D images and it is also delivered by the Scout coach. So that students tend to get bored in learning the semaphore movement and lack of understanding and education in the learning process in this modern era. From the existing problems, the semaphore movement learning application and semaphore quiz were built using augmented reality technology based on android to provide interesting and interactive learning. This application was built by adding the Blum-Blum Shub (BBS) algorithm for the randomization process which functions to generate random numbers in a mathematical process with the resulting output is a series of binary numbers. Application created uses Unity 3D, and developed uses the RUP (Rational Unifed Process) method. With this application, it can make easier for students to understand the material in semaphore learning

Abstract

The computer laboratory management application plays an important role in managing computer laboratory resources, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and usage monitoring. In today's digital era, the development of computer laboratory management applications must take into consideration the need for efficiency and effectiveness in management. Therefore, in this research, a computer laboratory management application will be developed using the web based Content Based Filtering method. The Content Based Filtering method will assist in managing the computer laboratory usage schedule by considering the preferences and needs of each user. This application is developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The results of this research are expected to help computer laboratory managers improving the efficiency and effectiveness of computer laboratory management.
