Abstract

Role in Increasing Efficiency Organic Fertilizers Inorganic Fertilizer and Soybean Production Edamame (Glycine max L. Merill) on The Ground in Subgroup Vertic Epiaquepts at Pegok Denpasar. The study entitled "The Role of Organic Materials In Inorganic Fertilizer Efficiency Improvement and Edamame Soybean Production In subgroup Vertic Epiaquepts" conducted from July to October 2016 at the Faculty of Agriculture Experimental Farm UNUD to design a randomized block design (RBD). The treatments tested were: 1) P0 = control (without fertilizer); 2) P1 = standard NPK fertilizer (300 kg/ha Phonska); 3) P2 = 5 t/ha petroganik + 50% NPK 4) P3 = 10 t/ha petroganik + 50% NPK; 5) P4 = 15 t/ha petroganik. The results showed that the treatment tested significantly affected parameters: plant height maximum, the number of branches/clump, number of pods containing/clump,the percentage of pods containing/clump, production pods contain/plot, heavy berangkasan fresh/clump, and the estimated production of peas contains /ha. Estimated production of pods contain/ha in a row from the highest are: P3 (22.45 tonnes/ha), P4 (17.73 tonnes/ha), P2 (17.01 tonnes/ha), P1 (16.63 tons/ha), and P0 (10.80 tonnes/ha). Agronomic efficiency indicated by the RAE in each treatment were tested in order are: P3 = 199.83%, P4 = 118.87%, P2 = 103.50%. When compared with the standard fertilizer treatment (P1), the P3 increased efficiency of 99.83%, in P2 by 3.5%, and in P4 amounted to 18.8%.

Abstract

Study of Organic Fertilizer Providing High and Puddle of Results for Rice Varieties Cigeulis in Subak Sembung Denpasar City. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the staple vital food of Indonesian people. National rice production has not been able to meet the needs of the population, despite many efforts such as the use of improved varieties, fertilization, the use of agricultural machinery, and the use of pesticides. This study aimed to determine the effect of water level and organic fertilizers on crop yields of rice. This experiment used randomized block design in a factor groups, namely the combination of the water level and the dose of organic fertilizer. This research using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the effect of treatment of the variables tested. If treatment significantly it will be followed by LSD test 5%. The results showed that the treatment is a combination of water level and organic fertilizers provide a very real effect on the growth and yield of rice (dry grain harvest/ha). Harvest dry grain yield per hectare obtained at the highest AMP2 treatment, namely without flooding water and organic fertilizers and 6 ton / ha at 10,78 ton / ha were significantly higher 33,78 % compared to the treatment of farmers ie 8,07 ton / ha (AGP0), but not significantly different from AMP1. Based on the research results, it can be recommended the application of water-saving cultivation of organic fertilizer with a dose of 4 tons / ha needs to be done to improve rice yields.

Abstract

Use Of Manure Composting For Seed Of Long Beans (Vigna sinensis L.) in Subak Basang Be. This study was conducted in March 2015 until July 2015 in Subak Basang Be, Village Perean, Baturiti District, Tabanan, Bali, aims to test the use of a dose of fertilizer which can provide the seed with the highest quantity and determine the effect of compost on the quality physical and physiological seed beans. This study uses a randomized block design (RAK) with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The fifth is the control treatment (P0), 5 t/ha (P1), 10 t/ha (P2), 15 t/ha (P3), and 20 t/ha (P4). The results showed that a dose of compost 10 t/ha enhances growth and yield. Seed yield per hectare obtained as much as 381.43 kg/ha, the seed is the same height as that obtained at a dose of 15 t/ha and 20 t/ha. The treatment dosages of 10 t/ha can improve physiological seed quality (germination (96.80%) and vigor storability (68.40%)). Value germination and vigor power savings as high as those achieved at a dose of 15 t/ha and 20 t/ha.

Abstract

The Effects of 2-iP and NAA on The Growth of Dendrobium Hybrid Plantlets of in Subculture. The research was conducted during period of May to October 2016 at The Laboratory of Plant Tissue Culture, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. The research employed a completely randomized design with 9 treatments and 3 replicates. The treatment were ZA = MS + 1 ppm 2-iP + 0,00 ppm NAA; ZB = MS + 1 ppm 2-iP + 0,25 ppm NAA; ZC = MS + 1 ppm 2-iP + 0,50 ppm NAA; ZD = MS + 2 ppm 2-iP + 0,00 ppm NAA; ZE = MS + 2 ppm 2-iP + 0,25 ppm NAA; ZF = MS + 2 ppm 2-iP + 0,50 ppm NAA; ZG = MS + 3 ppm 2-iP + 0,00 ppm NAA; ZH = MS + 3 ppm 2-iP + 0,25 ppm NAA; ZI = MS + 3 ppm 2-iP + 0,50 ppm NAA. The result showed that treatment of 2-iP and NAA significantly affected number of leaves, length of leaves, total of fresh weight and oven dry weight of plantlet. The concentration of 2 ppm 2-iP and 0,00 ppm NAA was the best treatment for optimal growth for Dendrobium plantlet during subculture.
