Abstract

Nowaday, the amount of the poor people generally in Indonesia and particularly in Bali is still so high. Most of this poverty condition can be fall by the woman. It is not only economic poverty, but also multidimensional poverty such as the limitation of access in education, politic, economy, information, healthy, etc.The poverty feminization relates with the patriarchy culture which still develops in the society. Because of this culture mainly puts the woman in subordinate, the most marginal and the most discrimination position. Therefore, the woman poverty has more specific character which needs a special handling for example by using poverty prevention approach with gender perspective

Abstract

The prostitution constitute threat toward sex morality, households life, health, female welfare, and become problem for local government. However, prostitution always exist, and very difficult to destroy. Similarly, in Denpasar City the problem of prostitution never finish.The objective of this research was to evaluate (1) perception and response of female toward prostitution development in Denpasar City, (2) some factors that correlated to perception and response female toward prostitution development in Denpasar City.To determine of sample used purposive sampling method, with the amount of sample 150 persons. Perception and response of female toward prostitution analyzed in descriptive, while to evaluate some factors that correlated to perception and response of female toward prostitution analyzed by Chi-Square.The result of this research indicated that (1) perception and response of female toward prostitution development were negative category, (2) factors that correlated to perception and response of female toward prostitution were factor of economic and psychological .

Abstract

Woman in Hinduism positioned really glorify. Wowan of non becoming subordinate men but parallel to run duty wife. Cultural effect of patriarchi growing on society cause the motion step the woman of few blocked. Custom meetings seldom entangle the woman although she is a men in marriying to enter. With the existence of progress and equivalence gender hence woman own the opportunity to work in public sector not merely in domestic sector. During there is opportunity, hence opportunity which sure unfolding can be reached for by the inclusive of becoming leader. With the nature of which feminism woman can lead expressively but must also measure up to do to taking decision. To be come the leader, woman can refer Bahagawadgita, Asta Brata, Niti sastra and holy book of other Hindu.

Abstract

From several public election which held in Indonesia, before outherwise after the reformation, the amount of women representation in parliament are still less in number.As a law state, Indonesia follow the same right in law system, this large been released in UUD 1945 (constitution law) beside that Indonesia has ratification the women political right International Convention and Convention of eleminition for all Discrimination for women and established the equality sence of justice in gender.In fit as the state obligation which followed by women conventon, it has been an obligation for Indonesia to accommodate the convention rules above all the policy. And laws have made for that matter, That is why necessary to be analyzed the political law has arange the rules above.

Abstract

Since a long time ago women are struggle their rights exactly in the sector of wedding law that’s against a Poligamy in Indonesia, but it couldn’[t 100%, just Poligamy with tight condition would be allow, in spite of that condition often be forged, so that polygamy threatened a house life which to come to sorrow woman in their childs. That means failed a purpose of wedding that regulated in “UU No. 1 Tahun 1974” because that a whole women in Indonesia still struggle their rights especially against Poligamy.
