Abstract

In the 21st century, though women still face some degrees ofdiscrimination in the Japanese job market, there have been a number ofcompanies that both foster women's equality and reward them on a talent basedsystem. An existence of women should not be under estimated, Women have amysterious power, despite not being used to their full capacity, due to their desireof marriage over lifetime employment. On literature work, a few of the Japanesecarrier woman displayed in it. One of them is Moyoco Anno’s work, mangaHataraki Man. Hiroko Matsukata is a woman who works for a magazine company.She puts all she has into her work, and is known as a strong, straightforwardworking girl, who can at will turn herself into Hataraki man (working man) mode.Despite Hiroko's success at work, her life lacks romance.

Abstract

The conflict is a social process that customarily takes place in people's lives andis believed to be a main fact, whether in modern society and traditional society. So withthat occurred in the community of the society Lombok exactly the hamlet communityBagek Dewa and the hamlet community of the Dayen Rurung, Ketara village. On therecord of its history, conflicts inter the two hamlets has indeed been taking place sincelong ago and still continues to this day. The hereditary conflict can be said to be a featureof social relations in identifying inter society.The problem examined in this study are: how the historical background of theconflict, the factors that influence, as well as how solutions and constraints in thesettlement. This research aims to study the historical background of the conflicts betweenthe community and the factors that cause and solution and obstacles faced in the questcompletion. The theory used is the trigger of conflict theory Simon Fisher, conflict theoryof Ralf Dahrendorf and Lewis Alfred Coser, as well as Pierre Bourdieu's theory ofviolence. The analysis used in the study was qualitative with engineering datamanagement through in-depth interviews and observations directly to the community aswell as analysis of documents.Results of the study, namely the conflict hereditary intercommunity hamlet BagekDewa and the hamlet community of the Dayen Rurung in the Ketara village effected by aarid mountainous geographic conditions adjacent to the sea and the superiority of thegenealogy, which claims the identity inter both communities. Factors that affect conflict,namely; historical factors, social, communication, economics, politics, law, the divisionof the territory. As for the solution of conflict reduction efforts as is by way of mediation,negotiation, and law proceedings (arbitration) and the constraints of lack of attentionand efforts of the government in the follow-up to the two communities in conflict as wellas the application of the law of function don’t maximum has a slash select sharply downand dulled up.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the discourse of political campaign inelection. Billboards and banners of political campaign in election is used as an object ofresearch. The object of research was analyzed by using speech act theory, illocutionaryspeech act theory, and implicature theory. In terms of the speech act found speech acts ofdirect and indirect. In terms of the illocutionary speech act found assertive, directive,commissive, and expressive speech act. Then, in terms of the implicature, the discourse ofpolitical campaign aims to convince civil society to choose them.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Aspek Perkawinan dalam Novel Benang-Benang SambenKarya Djelantik Santha Analisis Sosiologi Sastra". This study uses the theory Sociologyof Literature which refers to the structure and system of customary marriage in Bali. Thisstudy aims to describe the structure of the build Novel Benang-Benang Samben andexamine and analyze various forms of marriage are reflected in the Novel Benang-Benang Samben.The method used in the stage of providing data using methods refer to thetechnical note. In addition, using interviews with recording techniques and record theimportant things gained from the interviews. Furthermore, in the stage of data analysisusing descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods supported by. In this stage alsosupported by descriptive analytic techniques. At the presentation stage of data analysis,the method used is formal and informal methods. The techniques used in this phase is atechnique in the analysis flow scheme.The results of this study indicate that; (1) analyzes the structure of the buildNovel Benang-Benang Samben six that incident, plot, character and characterization,setting, theme, and the mandate, (2) forms of marriage contained in the Novel Benang-Benang Samben by Balinese customary law recognizes two forms namely marriage,ordinary marriage and marriage nyentana, and there are also other forms of marriagecontained in the Novel Benang-Benang Samben marriage on pada gelahang. While themethod or system of customary law marriage by Bali today is known that there are twoways, namely by way of marriage memadik and marriage by means ngerorod (runtogether). Both methods are chosen depending on the engagement process (magelanan),(3) The prohibition in marriage is a marriage with kin (gamia gamana), as well as theissues contained in the story of polygamy Novel Benang-Benang Samben.Novel, Marriage, Structure.

Abstract

Kolokasi adalah kata – kata yang sangat erat hubungannya dengan kata – katatertentu dimana sebuah kata hanya bisa dipasangkan dengan kata tertentu saja.Beberapa kata – kata dinyatakan bersinonim apabila memiliki arti yang sama secaraharfiah. Kesulitan bisa terjadi dalam pemilihan kata – kata yang akan digunakankarena adanya sinonim. Namun, dengan adanya kolokasi atau medan makna, makakesulitan tersebut bisa diatasi. Untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan kolokasi antarasatu kata – yang bersinonim - dengan kata lain, maka diperlukan penelitian yangmendalam. Novel Island Beneath the Sea karya Isabel Allende digunakan sebagai datadalam tulisan ini. data terdiri dari kata – kata sifat yang bersinonim. Denganmenggunakan kombinasi teori dari Leech (198) tentang makna kolokasi dan Ullmann(1977) tentang kolokasi dalam sinonim. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian, ditemukanbeberapa kata sifat yang bisa digunakan pada konteks yang berbeda – beda.Ditemukan pula kata sifat yang bisa digunakan pada konteks lain, namun maknanyabisa berubah atau menjadi tidak spesifik. Sedangkan ada juga kata sifat yang tidakbisa digunakan pada konteks lain, dengan kata lain hanya bisa digunakan padakonteks aslinya saja walaupun kata – kata sifat tersebut bersinonim.
