Abstract

This study was conduted to examine the effect of Organizational Knowledge Sharing practices against job satisfaction with Employees learning commitment and employees adaptability as a mediating variable study on PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda North Aceh. Respondents in the study were 140 employees of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda Aceh Utara (Simple random sampling). The analysis model used in this study is path analysis Mediating  (Baron Kenny, 1986). Based on result found that organizational knowledge sharing practices is influence positively over job satisfaction, organizational knowledge sharing practices is influence positively over Employees learning commitment, organizational knowledge sharing practices is influence positively over employees adaptability, Employees learning commitment is influence positively over Job satisfaction, employees adaptability is influence positively over Job satisfaction, employees learning commitment and employees adaptability is mediating the relationship between organizational knowledge sharing practices over job satisfaction.  Keywords : Organizational Knowledge Sharing Practices, Employees Learning Commitment, Employees Adaptability, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of profitability on leverage in the company, the effect the structure of the assets to leverage on the company, the effect of growth companies to leverage on the company, the size of the company to leverage on the company and to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, the company's growth and size of the company to leverage on the company. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange  located at Jl. Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190. The object of this study is profitability, asset structure, growth, and size as the independent variable and leverage as the dependent variable of the companies belonging to the banking company's shares on the Indonesia Stock  Exchange. The research proves that the profitability variable values obtained tCountby 2,757 while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of 0.011, variable asset structure obtained the value of tCountby 3,037, while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.006, Growth Opportunities Variable obtained the tCountamounted to 2.428 while the tTablevalue just 2.045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.023, while the size of company variable obtained the value of tCount by 1,028, while tTable stand with 2,045, the result of this calculation indicates that tCounttTable with a significance level of point by 0.314.Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Growth, Company Size and Leverage

Abstract

This study examined the Influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction With Knowledge Sharing as Mediation Variables (Study on Employee’s Central Office of Banda Aceh). The data was collected On the Employee’s Central Office of Banda Aceh. A total of 114 respondents were included. Analytical methods of this research is Hierachial Linear Modeling (HLM) and used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed: 1) Cultural organizations significant effect to job satisfaction in employee’s Central Office on Banda Aceh. 2) Cultural organizations significant effect to knowledge sharing on employee’s Central Office in Banda Aceh.  3) Knowledge sharing significant effect to job satisfaction on employee’s Central Office in Banda Aceh. 4) Knowledge sharing mediating the influence of organizational culture to job satisfaction on employee’s Central Office in Banda Aceh.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Knowledge Sharing

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of Dividend per Share , Retrun onEquaty , and Net Profit Margin on Stock Price Manufacturing company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange . The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method of sampling based on certain criteria . That was selected seven mining companies in the sample were then performed multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of which partially and simultaneously .This study found that partially Dividend per Share a significant negative effect on the price of shares in the company , Net Profit Margin and no significant negative impact on Stock Prices of companies , Retrun on Equity positf influential and significant to the company's stock price . Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Supervisor Difficult goals on Abusive Supervision while considering Hindrance Stress, Anger, and Anxiety as a mediating variable. The sample for this research is consisted of 111 employess from banks Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. This research used a questionnaire as the research instrument method. The probability sampling technique is used in this research. The technique of taking total sample population is simple random sampling. Hierarchical analysis methods Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect to the variables involved. SPSS 20 is used for analyzing the data. Correlation and regression analysis is used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variable. Result indicate that both the first stage Difficult Goals effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Difficult Goals effect on significant Hindrance stress. Hindrance stress effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Difficult goals effect on significant Anger and Anxiety mediating the Hindrance Stress. The second stage, Hindrance stress effect on significant Abusive Supervision. Hindrance Stress effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Anger and Anxiety effect on significant Abusive Supervision. Hindrance Stress effect on Abusive Supervision mediating the Anger and Anxiety from employee Bank Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh branch. Abstract

This research was conducted to find the effect of job embeddedness to the quality of work life and to the organizational citizenship behavior of the staff of University of Syiah Kuala Biro Administration. The sample used in this research are the staff of University of Syiah Kuala Biro Administration whom totaled 329 respondents. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. Random sampling was used as sampling technique. As much of 150 questionnaires distributed and only just 110 questionnaires could be collected. Linear regression analysis was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all variables involved in this research. The results showed that: 1) job embeddedness significantly effect to quality of work life of the staff of University of Syiah Kuala Biro Administration. 2) job embeddedness significantly effect to organizational citizenship behavior of the staff of University of Syiah Kuala Biro Administration.  Keyword: Job Embeddedness, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
