Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediator variable. The present study was conducted on 78 employees of sharia banking in Banda Aceh City.  The sampling using saturation method. This study uses two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study are: spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. Questionnaires measured using a Likert’s Scale. Test validity, reliability, normality, multikolinearity and analysis regression using SPSS Statistics 17.0. The findings indicate that spiritual intelligence has a negative influence on organizational commitment; spiritual intelligence has a positive influence on job satisfaction; job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment. Spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment. As a result, the effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment is mediated by job satisfaction. Keywords: spiritual intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceived web quality towards online shopping attitudes, with trust as a mediating variable. The samples used in this study were 200 respondents who have accessed and made purchases on Lazada.co.id website. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that the perceived web quality had a significant effect toward online shopping attitudes. In addition, the results showed that the trust variable partially mediated the influence of the perceived web quality toward online shopping attitudes. The better the owned perceived web quality, the better the perception of the trust, thus the higher the customer’s online shopping would be.                                                                                        Keywords: Perceived Web Quality, Online shopping attitudes, Trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and perceived supervisor support to the turnover intention with the job embeddedness as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study are employees of Bank BRI in Banda Aceh. Methods This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Sample simple random sampling. The method of analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the variables involved. The results of this study showed that perceived organizational support significant positive effect on turnover intentions. Perceived supervisor support significant negative effect on turnover intentions. Additionally result that the job embeddedness partially mediate, and perceived organizational support on turnover intentions and perceived supervisor support partially mediate, the influence of the perceived supervisor support to the desire to move.  Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support,      Turnover Intention and Job Embeddedness

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Location and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction at low price housing in Hadrah Poperty. This research use probability sampling and the method used is proportional sampling. The respondend is consumer who has bought house at Hadrah Property. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument for this research method with the number of respondents as much as 120 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression is used to test and analyze hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the variable price and facilities have a significant effect (sig 0.05) on customer satisfaction, while Location has no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (sig 0,05).Key Word: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Location, Facility

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value, customer expectation, corporate image and service quality on customer satisfaction. The empirical study conducted at Indosat Ooredoo user in Banda Aceh used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 150 people they are Indosat Ooredoo’s customers, who have subscribed at least one month. Non-probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Purposive Sampling. Methods MRA (Multivariate Regression Analysis) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the perceived value is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, customer expectation is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, corporate image is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction and service quality is positive and significant related to customer satisfaction, then simultaneoustly perceived value, customer expectation, corporate image and service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Perceived Value, Customer Expectation, Corporate Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of online resources from electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), a neutral site, the manufacturer's website to purchase intention cars in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh people who use online resources to find information about the car before making a purchase. Respondents are prospective car buyers. The samples used were selected through non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and then the data is processed using software SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the resources of the electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), neutral websites, manufacturer websites have a significant influence on consumer purchase intention.  Keywords: Electronic Word-of-Mouth (e-WOM), Neutral Websites, Manufacturer Websites, Purchase Intentions

Abstract

This aims of this study is to determine the effect on employee motivation of public service general hospital in Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh on the attitudes of workers to match the values of the individual and the organization as a mediating variable. Empirical studies conducted in a public hospital employee Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh using a questionnaire as an instrument of research, which sampled in this study is equal to 93 medical and non-medical personnel who are employees of public hospitals dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire. Methods Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as tools of data analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of public service has significant effect on worker attitudes, motivation of public services significantly influence the suitability of individual values with the organization, the suitability of individual values with the organization significant effect on worker attitudes and in addition obtained results that match the values individuals with partially mediate the organization of public service motivation influence on the attitudes of workers.Keywords : motivation of public service, labor's attitude, and compatibility values individuals with the organization.

Abstract

This research examines about the effect of corporate governance quality level to corporate risk-taking. On the research, there are one independent variable that is Corporate Governance Perception Index and one dependent variable that is corporate risk-taking which is measured by systematic risks and non-systematic risks. The sample of this research was taken from all companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and also included in the rank of The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) on 2011-2013. The sample were taken by purposive sampling method. Total sample that were used are 13 corporates with total observation data are 39. Statistical methods using simple linear regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis. The result of this research indicates that the level of corporate governance quality has a negative impact significantly to corporate risk-taking as measured by systematic risk or non-systematic risk. Abstract

 This research aims to determine the effect of nepotism on organizational silence, alienation and organizational commitment. The sample used in this study were employees working at PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires were successfully analyzed 120 questionnaires. Probability sampling system had been used for sampling technique because the profitability of the elements in the population to be selected as the sample is known, and the type used is total sampling. Simple Linear Regression is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed that the independent variable nepotism show the positive influence and significant (sig 0.05) on organizational silence, alienation and organizational commitment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived informativeness and entertaiment on consumer purchase intentions with variables trust as mediators. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents who are customers of Lazada.co.id Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Partial Least Square analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that perceived informativeness and entertaiment has effect on purchase intention. In addition, the results obtained that the trust variables partially influence the perceived informativeness to purchase intentions, and variables full mediatingl influence the perceived entertaiment to purchase intentions. The higher perceived informativeness and entertaiment, the higher the trust, the stronger the purchasing intention of the consumer.
