Abstract

UD Mekar Sari and Bina Sejahtera group is facing a lot of problems to make their product, among others :1) Oven Processing use the rolling machine which is relative modestly with small capacity. 2)Packing productwhich is manually done l by hand and use the candle to gum the plastic packer. 3)Mixturing flavour is also stillmanual so that is less flatten. Planning and making two semi-automatically machine dry-frying in order to havemore amount and better results compared to the appliance use conventional machine. This was also giving theknowledge of appliance, working safety and operation of quality product. The Community service started fromtechnical scheme and appliance making machine, then activity in field executed at 09 November 2013 for therecognition of appliance demonstration and also working safety recognition. This activity was conducted in desaBaluk, kabupaten Jembrana attended by 16 competitive people from various participants, among others : groupmember of Bina Sejahtera, team of community service, students of Mechanical Enginering Departement ofUniversity Udayana, some members from local society. Abstract

Shortage of cleanwater for domestic use, low levels of education, lack of jobs and welfare is a matter of generalpopulation in Indonesia. The aims of this community service is to raise the water from the Merocot’s fountainto settlements with applications of Hydraulic ram. The method used is applicable existing technologies andparticipation of the community in improving the standard of living welfare together. The results of this activity isthat Merocot’s spring water, with ad is charge of 0.7liters/sec in the dry season and greater reach 2liters/sec duringthe rainy season, entered the shelter first and pumped with hydrant pump to higher ground by itself. Prototypehydrant pump output discharge 4.375liters/min, input pipe diameter 1inch, 3/4inch-diameter pipe output, outcome pump 82 meters high, the amount of valve2 pieces, the slope of 65?installation, operation time of 24hours.Institutional SPAM village is managed by the communities themselves with the election of members’ democraticconsensus. Administrators who will manage and take care of spam IbM results from the University of NTB. Societyhas the skills and soft skills to solve the drinking water problem in the future and another place. Abstract

Edutourism is a program combining elements of tourist activities with education. Edutourism is expected tobe a means of preserving the culture values and introduce the history and culture of Indonesia. This is becausethe phenomena among the younger generation who are no longer interested in studying history. Sekolah TinggiPariwisata Pelita Harapan, Universitas Pelita Harapan developed educational travel programs catering for studentsof junior high schools to enhance interest in learning history. Students of SMP Negeri 2 Kelapa Dua Tangerangwere selected to attend this edutourism program by visiting Monumen Nasional and Museum Sejarah Jakarta. Thisprogram was conducted on Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 with total participants were 20 students and two teachers.Edutourism program was led by lecturer and guided by students of Travel Industry Management. The studentsand the team from Travel Industry Management were very enthusiastic during the edutourism. Benefits obtainedby the students through this program are (1) improving the understanding about historical sites in Jakarta, (2)widening the knowledge about historical sites in Jakarta, and (3) developing the partnership between the SMPNegeri 2 Kelapa Dua Tangerang and Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Pelita Harapan, Universitas Pelita Harapan.
